VarsityPuppet 1,085 Posted January 1, 2015 I checked my override for TSL and it's at 488 MB - although if I factor in the rims folder (I throw my permanent skins and models in there) I come in at around 1.8 GB. Where are you guys at for override?
Malkior 476 Posted January 1, 2015 Mine is, 1.58 Gigs? I'm surprised myself considering how many textures I have in there. Well, I guess it's because .tga files are small in file size.
Xuul 224 Posted January 1, 2015 Right now? Mine is at 1.8 GB. I'm not sure what it would look like with the mods I actually use to play the game though
Mephiles550 227 Posted January 1, 2015 As of right now, around 1.85 GB for TSL. Kotor 1 is currently uninstalled. Back when I would go super crazy with my Kotor mods, I would have an override folder filled with around 2.5 - 3.0 GB worth of files. A few game breaking bugs started to become noticeable near the 3.0 mark, though. The Ultimate Saber mod is great, but it causes so many conflicts with other mods That it got annoying to handle them all. Whenever I had USM installed, the only restored content I ever had was the original version of M4-78, and some other small bits of restored content. Good times. Hassat Hunter 571 Posted January 1, 2015 228MB (just TSLRCM and M4-78EP with some assistance tools like wherami)
Mutilator57 140 Posted January 1, 2015 Currently my Override folder for K1 sits at 1.8 gigs composed of 9 000 or so files. Bear in mind that size is with Brothers of Shadow and so many other mods with conflicts galore! The amount of do-it-yourself fixes to ensure compatibility amazes even me. As for TSL a healthy 1.6 gigs from 3 500 files-as if my computer wasn't already lag-prone enough...
Hassat Hunter 571 Posted January 1, 2015 Seeing all those GIG+ overrides does make me wonder... how much of TSLRCM's content/fixes are you overriding and thus not even seeing, without you might even noticing that it's a mod conflict and supposed to be changed 0_o
Kexikus 995 Posted January 1, 2015 My TSL override is 1,2 GB big at the moment, while K1 ist at 40 MB with almost no mods installed since I didn't play it on this PC yet. Seeing all those GIG+ overrides does make me wonder... how much of TSLRCM's content/fixes are you overriding and thus not even seeing, without you might even noticing that it's a mod conflict and supposed to be changed 0_o Not that much in my case I'd say because I've got about 1 GB of textures and most of the rest is probably TSLRCM^^
Kainzorus Prime 205 Posted January 1, 2015 Well, if you were to look at my Override folder, it would be quite auspicious that I'm wearing baggy pants. That's a penis joke, by the way. 882 megs for K1. 1,78 gigs for K2.
Zhaboka 91 Posted January 1, 2015 479 megs for K1 (no Brotherhood of Shadow this time around), 926 megs for TSL. I'm actually a little disappointed.
diegodb 28 Posted January 1, 2015 Like Hassat Hunter only TSLRCM and M4-78EP. 226MB.

Mutilator57 140 Posted January 6, 2015 UPDATE: Found some old and rather large texture mods sitting around my hard drive and installed them - Some of Vurt's stuff among others. TSL is now up to 2.32 gigs.
MrPhil 58 Posted January 14, 2015 549 MB, though that's because I got lazy and decided not to install the other planet reskins than Peragus and Telos...

Fair Strides 509 Posted January 17, 2015 Darth Insidious, would K1RP translate to K1R or is it a separate mod? Also, what is SammiDC's Dialogue Tile Fix?
InSidious 237 Posted January 18, 2015 Darth Insidious, would K1RP translate to K1R or is it a separate mod? Also, what is SammiDC's Dialogue Tile Fix? I meant K1R. I'm not aware of any other released K1 Restoration Projects. SammiDC's Dialogue Tile Fix is this.

VarsityPuppet 1,085 Posted January 18, 2015 TSL: 4.46GB. A lot of HD texture mods here. K1: 2.08GB. Care to share some of the texture mods? I've been collecting them, but can't seem to get enough. I want TSL to be unrecognizable.
Squall Lionhart 81 Posted January 18, 2015 TSL is at 2.85 GB, thought it would be smaller K1 is at 393 MB, thought that would be bigger. Main mods are TSLRCM, M4-78 EP, and many other restoration mods.
Hassat Hunter 571 Posted January 18, 2015 What other restoration mods would you use alongside??? -Achilles' Crippling Strike -Ebon Hawk HD Textures and Bao-Dur Shader Fix by Darth Shan After I read about Achilles mod I tested Crippling Strike and found it to work just fine. Not sure why he ever claimed it was broken? Also Bao-Dur Shader Fix is included in TSLRCM, so you wont need it seperately.

As for Crippling Strike, I may be misremembering and/or confusing it with the way this was restored in TSLRP, but I thought the major difference was that Achilles turned it into an active feat, which was activated like an active Force Power (e.g., Push). Hassat Hunter 571 Posted January 19, 2015 Hmmm, recalled he simply replaced Bao-Dur's passive feat with Handmaidens passive feat on account of base crippling strike not working. Though when I tried it out myself, it seemed to work just fine...
