A complete rework would be interesting, but I think it deserves a bit more than just a simple Photoshop filter.

KotOR 1 does indeed use most of the same icons, although they are colored differently to blend with the GUI. I wouldn't think a KotOR 1 icon pack would be difficult to derive from the icons Nomnisang is already creating.

First of all, wow, that looks incredible!! I'm pretty much speechless, and this is without a doubt the most impressive head mod that I've seen to date. Unfortunately, I can't be much help with any of the rigging or skinning, because I haven't got a clue how any of that works. In any case, excellent work, I'm humbled by how amazing it looks.

Another thing, and you've done a good job so far, is that in the last two he kinda looks angry, and then confused/terrified. Maybe the combination of the edited eyebrows and mouth contributed to this? I think easing up on those features would really improve it. But it's really beginning to look like Kenobi.

The hair color seems off to me, maybe it should be a bit more brown?

Maybe try dragging it and dropping it onto the material editor first?

That should work, as should the dragging and dropping for the texture. What format is your texture?

Drag and drop the texture from wherever it's at onto your physical model in GMax.

It unfortunately ruined my liking for the Revan model after looking at it for so long.

The problem was that Revan's cape in KotOR 1 didn't have animations. The other problem was that my mind decided to remedy this by animating over 18,000 frames of cape and belt, frame by frame... But what are you trying to do?

I'm still continuing on this project. I have re-mapped the scout clothing model successfully, and I'm going to keep on going. It takes me around 2-3 hours to re-map an individual model, so it really just depends on the time I have available. I have also decided the method I will use to distribute this fix. I'm planning on including the models and duplicates of the male textures but with female names. This will avoid affecting appearance.2da, and should allow backwards compatibility for mods that don't include female textures, in addition to any custom characters or party members in mods. With this fix installed, modders will be able to simply copy the male texture, give it the female name, and include it.

Those clouds look really good to me!! Nice and subtle, and an excellent touch. They seem quite realistic and are a good fit for Tatooine.
