  1. I have been up all night. I have sent Kainzorus Prime the recolored version. If he thinks it's OK for you to have it, I imagine he'll forward the recolored version of his mod that I sent to him. Either way, my part in this concluded. Have an excellent day while I (finally) go to sleep.
  2. My PM to you is ready, assuming a positive response from Prime.
  3. If he gives permission in this thread, I'll send you a recolored version via PM.
  4. If this fella could import BF2 armor, he wouldn't be asking for help.
  5. I won't for two reasons: 1) I'm not altering another person's mod and distributing it without their permission. 2) I don't wish to be responsible for walking you through how to install it.
  6. Your best bet is to grab this mod by Prime and recolor the stripes yourself.
  7. The instructions have been updated accordingly - along with some advice for Steam users as well.
  8. Read this recently What's the chance that a comprehensive list of those issues could be compiled?
  9. The one above was supposed replace this one. They contradict each other.
  10. Looks like you didn't use a few of my cards and the updated one I gave you. This one was important, IMHO.
  11. So I went to your YT channel to find your 2 new videos, as DS was having a hiccup a few moments ago and they weren't listed. DS comes back up and I see this for the Curse of the Sith video. And the same for the Azagth N'Dul Loot video. What pray tell has happened?
  12. Oh my, my. Looks like I might have another sound set for y'all!  I'm thinking it'll be up on Tuesday (No promises though.)  This one isn't from SWTOR though...

Is it the natural counterpart to the Hayter voice pack, and undoubtedly a firm favourite of @Kainzorus Prime's?

I don't even have to listen to it in order to laugh.  But no.

All will be revealed when the pack is uploaded.  ;)

My apologies, folks.  I thought I would have had what I needed to release the mod by now but this is real life, so there were complications.  (This is why I don't make promises about delivery dates!)  My next new mod (not an update to an old one) will be what I was talking about.

  13. I'll have to save this to my archive for my next KotOR1 play-through. Thanks, DP!
  14. You're welcome. My next sound set should be the (male) Jedi Consular from SWTOR.
  15. My files only deal with the Player Character. Did you delete or remove files that you weren't supposed to? Re-read the mod instructions and see if you may have had an issue somewhere.
  16. OK, now that the (male) Jedi Knight is done, I'd like to work on a Jedi Consular sound set. In fact, I've already started! It makes the most sense to choose a force wielder for the PC lines so the choice was obvious. That and the fact that I've only done one male sound set so far makes the Consular the best choice. As having crowdsourcing has already proved successful, I'd like to enlist your help (yes, you) in putting this together. Revised instructions for the sound set follow. . . ignore the date. Those providing lines that I either haven't found yet or are better than what I have found will be credited.

[K1] SWTOR Male Jedi Knight - PC Replacement Soundset AUTHOR: Sith Holocron ORIGINAL RELEASE: 19 JAN 2019 GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1. [This mod will not work in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2. See Description for more details.] Description: By request, now your (male) character in KotOR1 can sound like the male Jedi Knight from SWTOR! Hopefully, I've found suitable lines for the PC various scenarios. You'll have to let me know in the review section below. (Details are better than just leaving stars, you see.) Feel free to link videos of the lines in use if your review. I would've done it myself but my computer has not been brought to repair shop yet. This mod is only for Knights of the Old Republic 1. Knights of the Old Republic 2 - although it has the voice files for the male and female PC - that game doesn't have them activated, rendering the Exile mute. In order to use this mod in Knights of the Old Republic 2, you must install JC's Player Soundset Restoration for K2 in KotOR2 before this mod. That being said: As this mod is strictly designed for KotOR1 and not for KotOR2, any sounds that do not end of playing what you expected should not be reported to me. Installation: ----------------- You'll not be dropping these into your Override like my usual mods. This time you have new steps to follow. 1) Move the original KotOR1 files that share the file names in this mod to a place you can find them. (I recommend a folder on your desktop but you do you!) Those files will be located in the "Streamsounds" folder. 2) Extract the files from the 7z folder. Grab the new files from that extracted folder and put them in Streamsounds folder. Note: If you're using the mod on Steam this quote may prove helpful. Uninstall: -------------- Remove my files from the Streamsounds folder. Put the original files that you saved elsewhere back in the Streamsounds folder. Legal Disclaimer: ------------------------- All materials and copyrights belong to LucasArts, Bioware and Obsidian Entertainment Inc. I own none of the materials, and I'm not making any money out of this mod. It is to be distributed as-is without alteration, unless notified in writing of permission granted by me. This mod is not to be distributed for profit, either. I hereby state that I specifically do NOT wish this mod to be uploaded to Steam Workshop. I may release this on NexusMods at a later date but I don't wish others to do so. Usage in other mods must be requested and approved by me in writing before your use. Special Thanks: ----------------------- Kainzorus Prime - For the mod request and for valuable assistance in finding many of the lines!

  19. A complete list is vital. Here's the issue: even if the mods are completely compatible with both TSLRCM 1.8.5 and M4-78 1.5, they may not be compatible with each other. To quote the compatibility list... If you're starting your mod build from scratch anyway, how much more of an issue will it be to accurately list what you're putting in it? It's helpful for this thread and you'll be the ultimate beneficiary.
  20. @downloadman1, you say you're F2P and not subscribed, but are you at least preferred? (Here's a handy chart so you can tell the difference.)
  21. It was OK, I guess. So far, I've thought the Imperial Agent story the best. I haven't finished the Smuggler story to Chapter 3 yet and I haven't even started a Bounty Hunter story yet. Check out this thread if you'd like to see the rest of my characters, @downloadman1 (My post is the very first one in that thread.) When I get all stories to Chapter 3, I'll make my list of best to worst in The Old Republic section or I'll make a blog.
  22. I will consider doing requests! However, I'm going to ask for help. I'll personally only work on voice pack at a time. (That's fair, right?) 1) Consult the Word document that covers both the male and female lines in KotOR1. 2) Go check some YouTube let's plays and time stamp from those video for good options for a line replacement. Also include the quote from the document that you suggest should be replaced with your time-stamped quote. Having done this for a while, I have a good idea which categories will be the toughest to find so I recommend concentrating on these: lines for arming mines, disarming mines, and being poisoned. Remember, we're covering the PC so the line has to sound like he's doing whatever activity being discussed, and not tasking someone else to do the task. Update (16JAN19): I've started work on this but crowdsourcing good lines (as mentioned above) will help produce a better quality end product. So help if you can.
