  1. All of my blogs now have one of those pictures that (usually) indicates the title of the blog. I’ve numbered all of my blogs since I’ve started creating them and I’ve finally reached 100 of these things. Wow. 100 blogs. Someone, please call a doctor! Instead of me rambling on yet another niche topic, I’ll now invite you to go through the previous 99 blogs and see if there’s something you may have missed from me. I’d like you to have opportunity to consider if there’s something you might add to the conversations I’ve previously started. Yes, I do realize that many of the blogs are locked. You’ll be able to tell because it has this picture as the blog’s title picture. If you encounter one of these locked blogs and you still want to acknowledge it, I believe you can still drop either a “like”, or “light side” icon, or a “thanks” icon on the blog. If you’re going to comment on M4-78 stuff, I would recommend you limit the comments on the “like/love” blog on M4-78 EP version 1.5, the “disappointed/hate” blog on M4-78 EP version 1.5, or the “M4-78: Set Decoration” blog covering all of Zbyl2 and Hassat Hunters versions of M4-78 EP. Having detailed reviews of version 1.5 – split in the pro and con blogs – will help me work on another chapter on the documentary if at some point I decide to resume working on it. Note that as of this date: version 1.5 is only available on Deadly Stream. Version 1.3 is only on the Steam Workshop, and MODDB has version 1.2. As I’m preparing to move across the country relatively soon, I’ll be holding off making any new blogs until I am settled in a new place. I haven’t even figured out where on the east coast that my wife and I are moving to so I can’t offer any estimates. And let’s be honest, time estimates aren’t one of those things that I like doing any way. (Have you ever seen my signature? LOL) If you do decide to comment on my blogs, I want to read your comments and not look at one of these . . . This . . . is less helpful to me than something like this . . . or this With the last two pictures, I know what you're trying to say and have more information to use when replying to the comment and/or making new mods. (In the above example, I corrected the mod by putting the missing file.) The likes and thanks icons don't give me any hook to work with. So my faithful reader: Keep safe, keep modding, leave some comments (on my blogs, my mods, and my videos), and I’ll see you at some point on the other side.
  2. Might I ask why you don't like having a mod hosted in more than one place? If it's a matter of having to divide your time between the sites to do troubleshooting, well you've already announced the mod here anyway. Nice gun. BTW.
  3. He uploaded K1 fixes while I believe you had TSL ones?
  4. I have had more than a few requests to have as a sound set. Now, the lines from SWTOR wouldn't enable me to create a full sound set for SWTOR's but I had come up with a alternate way of creating a sound set. Now I haven't received the lines from these folks yet but I have been promised to have them eventually. Don't bug these people by asking them when they're going to hand in the lines. That will annoy them and you won't get the sound set... Spoilers follow... And this Revan voice actor - which admittedly was a long shot - didn't get back to me but at least you get to see what the artwork would've looked like.
  5. Thought I'd pimp out my old "Ord Mandell" video for old time's sake. It was the one of the first videos that I used GLIntercept in. I wonder if this video and my Lonna Vash video were responsible for Mrmann's series of videos being pushed out on a more regular basis. Do you think there is something to that theory?
  6. @DarthVarkor has deleted his HD trailers. He doesn't recall why he did that. If you're interested in making a HD trailer, please post your results below and make sure to let me know you've done so!
  7. View File [K1] Imperial Agent (Male) - PC Replacement Soundset AUTHOR: Sith Holocron ORIGINAL RELEASE: 08 FEB 2019 GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1. [This mod will not work in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2. See Description for more details.] Description: So . . . have you felt I’ve been giving a bit too much love to the light side of the Force with last few sound sets? Fair enough. Now you’ll be able to play with a character with some character - the smooth, suave Imperial Agent from SWTOR. Wreak havoc . . . but with some measure of subtlety. And always with style. This mod is only for Knights of the Old Republic 1. Knights of the Old Republic 2 - although it has the voice files for the male and female PC - that game doesn't have them activated, rendering the Exile mute. In order to use this mod in Knights of the Old Republic 2, you must install JC's Player Soundset Restoration for K2 in KotOR2 before this mod. That being said: As this mod is strictly designed for KotOR1 and not for KotOR2, any sounds that do not end of playing what you expected should not be reported to me. Installation: ----------------- You'll not be dropping these into your Override like my usual mods. This time you have new steps to follow. 1) Move the original KotOR1 files that share the file names in this mod to a place you can find them. (I recommend a folder on your desktop but you do you!) Those files will be located in the "Streamsounds" folder. 2) Extract the files from the 7z folder. Grab the new files from that extracted folder and put them in Streamsounds folder. Note: If you're using the mod on Steam, this quote may prove helpful. “I threw the files in Streamsound. I managed to fix it by verifying game files through steam and reinstalling the mod though!” Uninstall: -------------- Remove my files from the Streamsounds folder. Put the original files that you saved elsewhere back in the Streamsounds folder. Legal Disclaimer: ------------------------- All materials and copyrights belong to LucasArts, Bioware and Obsidian Entertainment Inc. I own none of the materials, and I'm not making any money out of this mod. It is to be distributed as-is without alteration, unless notified in writing of permission granted by me. This mod is not to be distributed for profit, either. I hereby state that I specifically do NOT wish this mod to be uploaded to Steam Workshop. I may release this on NexusMods at a later date but I don't wish others to do so. Usage in other mods must be requested and approved by me in writing before your use. 9. I think this is the way I'll be going . . . Thanks for your assistance.
  10. Hey there folks! The next soundset I plan to release will be the Imperial Agent from SWTOR. However, I'd like your help choosing the picture for the soundset, if you don't mind. Here are your choices. 1. The Standard Picture: On the Bridge 2. The Agent in Conversation (This will be cropped to remove HUD elements) 3. Agent walking away from an explosion. 4. Same pose as picture number 1 but I replace the background with another locale from the SWTOR universe (which you'll have to suggest)
  11. While adding the profile picture, I discovered: Some of my pictures are gone because of the Photobucket Purge. Highly unlikely that I still have them but I do, I'll put them up. I had the reason wrong why I never got that Gazebo. It wasn't the Galactic Loremaster that a player had to complete . . . Oh well. Update: added the above information to the original post.
  12. It really depends on what modders want to do with the character as they are only limited by their ability and their imagination. If Vash was recast, who's to say that she'd even want to go Dantooine? It might even be a modder's favor for her not to want to go to Dantooine as the other Jedi Masters do not acknowledge her being there at any point in the Rebuilt Jedi Academy discussion. Let's look at few things that could be done - and folks could add items below as they occur to them. Continue the discussion on Force Bonds that currently exists in the game disc files? Would knowing more about the Force Bonds be of interest to a player? Have lengthier discussions with Vash on the nature of their player's current alignment? Perhaps Vash might offer an apology (on her own behalf that is, not the Council's) for throwing the Exile out of the Order? Expanded training montage? Could Vash have additional feedback on the Masters that the Exile has encountered already? Additional comments branching off of whether your Exile spared them or attacked them? How about some more information on what she did on the planet? She has to have more information on the nature of planet of M4-78. Assuming we're talking about a version of a mod that includes Kaah, then she was standing right next to her hacker padawan having things explained to her. Her (relatively) calm outlook compared to Kaah's might offer different outlooks on M4-78 as a whole. And perhaps the player could suggest to Vash what she could do next? Maybe tie Vash into other mods that aren't connected to M4-78 right now (i.e. Korriban Expansion, Vash being a resource to consult about those pesky missing Jedi Holocrons, having her pick up and train Kaevee, etc.)? And that's just off the top of my head.
  13. View File [K1] Female Smuggler from SWTOR - PC Replacement Soundset AUTHOR: Sith Holocron ORIGINAL RELEASE: 03 FEB 2019 GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1. [This mod will not work in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2. See Description for more details.] Description: Now your PC character in KotOR1 can sound like the female Smuggler from SWTOR! Hopefully, I've found suitable lines for the PC various scenarios. You'll have to let me know in the review section below. (Details are better than just leaving stars, you see.) Feel free to link videos of the lines in use if your review. I would've done it myself but my computer has not been brought to repair shop yet. This mod is only for Knights of the Old Republic 1. 15. Hi there all.  I've made three new blogs recently.  Check them out and post if you have relevant insights to share. Likes also accepted. ;)

Blog #96 - What do you HATE about the M4-78 EP?
Blog #95 - What do you LIKE or LOVE about M4-78 EP?

Blog #94 - The Problem with Master Vash

    1. narshaddaarocks

      narshaddaarocks

And I just added an idea to your list!

I agree with you, let's give Master Vash the ending she deserves.

@narshaddaarocks if you've played the 1.5, your input would be appreciated in the "loved this about M4-78" or "hated this about M4-78" blogs.  (Yes, you can post in both if there are things that both liked and disliked.)

    3. narshaddaarocks

      narshaddaarocks

@Sith HolocronI actually have not yet, but I will comment on those as soon as I do play it which shouldn't be long.

  16. In your own words, can you tell me what you are disappointed with or downright hate about the M4-78 Enhancement Project. At the very least, it would be amusing to read some short entries about what you thought was annoying about the mod. If I were to work on the documentary again, it also might prove to be a helpful repository of quotes I could work from. If you like (or even love) the M4-78 Enhancement Project, I have a whole other blog dedicated for that topic. It’s just easier to make a pros and cons list if I have the two sides separated. I’m just trying to keep these two columns separate. Yes, you can post in both blogs. Note: This is only regarding the version 1.5 of the M4-78 Enhancement Project. I am completely uninterested in previous versions as some complaints may have been fixed by later versions. Blog #87 is now locked so traffic can be directed here.
  17. In your own words, can you tell me what you like and/or love about the M4-78 Enhancement Project. At the very least, it would be amusing to read some short entries about what you thought was worthy about the mod. If I were to work on the documentary again, it also might prove to be a helpful repository of quotes I could work. If you dislike the M4-78 Enhancement Project, I have a whole other blog dedicated for that topic. I’m just trying to keep these areas separate. 18. Thanks for the comment! I believe is this one you might be referring to. (It's actually where I got the screen cap for the Blog Title because I got lazy!) Pssst: Why the dark side points?
  19. I do. I've sent you a PM. Read it and think it over?
  20. I'd be remiss in not pointing out my loading screens for Crouscant which are a partial alternative for HK-42 Jedi Temple Extension. I say "partial" as you would still want his rotating Coruscant planet for Galaxy Map. If you want my loading screens and his loading screen, first install HK-42's mod using the loading order above, then delete the following files from the Override: load_952cor.tga, load_953cor.tga, and load_954cor.tga. Only then should you install my mod.
