      @InSidious: Of course it has to be removed but voluntary removal would be better to provide a base upon which one can discuss. By simply reporting it, we come off as arrogant folks stomping on a newcomer (even though we're technically right of course). Asking him to remove it / get permissions and report it if he doesn't comply would've been a better course of action IMHO.
