--------------------------------------------- Knights of the Old Republic --------------------------------------------- TITLE: Effixian's Jedi Knight Revan Robes (SW:GoH) AUTHOR: Effix(ian) CONTACT: PM me on the forums or find me on Steam ------------------------ DESCRIPTION ------------------------ This mod adds a robe that's based on Jedi Knight Revan from the mobile game Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes. You can only acquire it by using cheatcode*: giveitem jedirevan This mod adds and uses a unique appearance so that Darth Revan stays unchanged in cutscenes. * I've added 2 optional files: one to enable purchasing it from a vendor, but it might not be easy to pull off, read the changelog below. The other to add the item to the secret compartment on the Ebon Hawk. -------------------- TECHNICAL -------------------- The cape and belt were removed from the vanilla model. The texture is an upscaled and tweaked version of the Star Forge Robes, with Revan's mask added. I've added an alpha layer to give some parts a bit of a shine. The item file is the same as the Star Forge Robes*, but with: - Tweaked title and description - Light Side restriction removed - Disguise property added so that it uses the masked model *So it will be quite overpowered if you get it early on in the game ------------------------- INSTALLATION ------------------------- Run "TSLPatcher - Install Effixians Jedi Knight Revan Robes.exe" and point it to your main game's folder. --------- BUGS --------- I haven't done much testing, but this model wasn't made for player characters. So things like Force Lightning might come out of your ears, probably not something I can fix but let me know. Disguises can cause the appearance to get stuck, meaning your appearance doesn't change if you take the item off. It can be fixed with KSE if needed. --------------------------- COMPATIBILITY --------------------------- This mod adds unique assets and entries so it should not conflict with anything. ------------------------- UNINSTALLING ------------------------- 1. Remove from the Override folder: jedirevan.uti n_jedirevan.mdl n_jedirevan.mdx N_JediRevan01.tga mikastore.utm if you've added it 2. If you haven't installed any mods after this mod you can get the following file from the mod's backup folder and put it back in your override folder: appearance.2da p.s. this step is kind of optional, it should be fine to skip it. ------------------------------------- DISTRIBUTION NOTES ------------------------------------- You can use the files from this mod in your own mod if you simply credit me. -------------------- THANKS TO -------------------- Fred Tetra for KotOR Tool ----------------- Donations ----------------- My mods are free. Logical Datapads by Sdub & ebmar Version: 1.0.0 Description: One thing KOTOR seems to have is an almost endless supply of datapad items. Oh, but what are they called? Oh well “Datapad” of course. I was inspired by TSL for this mod as this is not a problem in TSL. What many people and especially new players don’t know is that the Datapad items are there sometimes to give hints to quests or flesh out the lore, Hell one of them straight up GIVES you the solution, but it’s lost in a sea of “Datapads”. After talking with @ebmar who is much more experienced with the TSL Patcher liked my idea and was onboard, I immediately got to work on new titles. I did my best to have them make sense in context and situation they are acquired. This modifies Datapads and Journal Items. (Which are really all datapads) I hope you enjoy, please let me know if you have any problems. I did my best to test it as much as I could. I did not encounter any issues. You will need to start a new game to see this mod work correctly. One final thing to note, this mod was made with widescreen mods in mind, I am unsure how it will respond to the normal aspect ratio. Installation: Run TSLPatcher.EXE and locate your swkotor folder Compatibility: Will not be compatible with anything that modifies existing datapad .UTI files K1R Compatible: Yes Tools Used: TSL Patcher ChangeEdit KOTOR Tool xoreos-tools Big thanks to the KOTOR Modding Discord!

Ladies of the Sith Army A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic Author: N-DReW25 1.3.0 Release Date: 11.12.2022 Installation: Please install the K1 Community Patch FIRST before this mod! Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe, select your option, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Once the mod is installed, delete "PLC_SSldCrps.tpc" from the Override folder. Description: On Taris, you encounter a female off duty Sith by the name of Sarna who says the following: "I'm off duty right now, so I'm not in uniform. My name is Sarna - junior officer first class with the Sith occupation force."- Sarna A 'first class junior officer' makes it sound as if she is one of the many female Sith Officer NPCs you encounter throughout the game, however, the player has the option of stealing her Sith Armor which instead suggests she is a Female Sith Soldier... so where are the Female Sith Soldiers? This mod will add Female Sith Soldiers throughout the K1 story alongside their male comrades in arms, they can be found in the following locations: Endar Spire Taris Undercity Taris Military Base Manaan Military Base Leviathan Star Forge These new NPCs are a rework of the default Sith Trooper model, giving them feminine curves and the female animations. This, combined with the new Female Sith Soldier soundset (an edit of the normal Sith Soldier soundset), will present authentic Female Sith Soldiers. Only the appearances and soundsets of the modified Sith are changed, the difficulty and loot drops of the affected Sith Soldiers remain unchanged. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. When the Female Sith Soldier dies, her arms sometimes appear to clip into the ground. This is an issue with the model and isn't something I can fix. Incompatibilities: Please report any incompatibilities! Should be compatible with most Sith Trooper reskins! Permissions: Do NOT claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission. The Female Sith Soldier models, however, are free for everyone to use! Thanks to: Maris Fett: For the neat model! A Future Pilot: For making the Sith Soldier Texture Restoration mod which was merged with this mod! Bioware: For such an amazing game! Fred Tetra: For Kotor Tool! Stoffee: For TSLPatcher! Everyone who downloads the mod! --------------------------------------------- Knights of the Old Republic --------------------------------------------- TITLE: Effixian's Cassus Fett's Battle Armor AUTHOR: Effix(ian) CONTACT: PM me on the forums or find me on Steam ----------------------- DESCRIPTION ----------------------- Cassus Fett's Battle Armor uses the same texture as the Mandalorian Armor, this mod changes that so that the armour gets a unique texture and accompanying HD icon. The look is inspired by his appearance in the comics. There's other mods that do the same, but this is my take on it. This mod won't change the item if you've already acquired it (from Adum Larp, Dantooine Courtyard). You need a fresh one (if needed you can simply cheat one in; giveitem g_a_class9009). ------------------------- INSTALLATION ------------------------- Unzip, copy the files in the subfolder to your Override folder. --------- BUGS --------- None known. -------------------------- COMPATIBILITY -------------------------- Not compatible with other mods that change or include the same files. ------------------------- UNINSTALLING ------------------------- Remove from the Override folder: g_a_class9009.uti ia_Class9_077.tga PFBH77.tga PMBH77.tga ------------------------------------- DISTRIBUTION NOTES ------------------------------------- You can use the files from this mod in your own mod if you simply credit me. -------------------- THANKS TO -------------------- - Sdub for inspiring me to work on this armour - Fred Tetra for KotOR Tool ----------------- Donations ----------------- My mods are free. [K1] Lana Beniko - PC Replacement Soundset AUTHOR: Sith Holocron ORIGINAL RELEASE: 07 JAN 2019 GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1. [This mod will not work in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2. See Description for more details.] Description: -------------------- Now your PC character in KotOR1 can sound like Lana Beniko from SWTOR! I've filled out as many of the options that I showed in the female PC voice lines document that I could. This also enables you - the player - to go through the lines and decide which is the best one to use. Options, people! Who doesn't like options? BTW, there isn’t a ported head mod for this voice to go with yet. If you wish to join the thread to offer your interest in such a thing, go to this thread. Hopefully, I've found suitable lines for the PC various scenarios. You'll have to let me know in the review section below. (Details are better than just leaving stars, you see.) Feel free to link videos of the lines in use in your review. I would've done it myself but my computer has not been brought to repair shop yet. This mod is only for Knights of the Old Republic 1. Knights of the Old Republic 2 - although it has the voice files for the male and female PC - that game doesn't have them activated, rendering the Exile mute. In order to use this mod in Knights of the Old Republic 2, you must install JC's Player Soundset Restoration for K2 in KotOR2 before this mod. That being said: As this mod is strictly designed for KotOR1 and not for KotOR2, any sounds that do not end of playing what you expected should not be reported to me. Installation: -------------------------- You'll not be dropping these into your Override like my usual mods. This time you have new steps to follow. 1) Move the original KotOR1 files that share the file names in this mod to a place you can find them. (I recommend a folder on your desktop but you do you!) Those files will be located in the "Streamsounds" folder. Do not delete or move the files that don't share the filenames included in my mod. 2) Extract the files from the 7z folder. Grab the new files from that extracted folder and put them in Streamsounds folder. Note: If you're using the mod on Steam this quote may prove helpful. Uninstall: ---------------- Remove my files from the Streamsounds folder. Put the original files that you saved elsewhere back in the Streamsounds folder. Legal Disclaimer: ------------------------------------- All materials and copyrights belong to LucasArts, Bioware and Obsidian Entertainment Inc. I own none of the materials, and I'm not making any money out of this mod. It is to be distributed as-is without alteration unless notified in writing of permission granted by me. This mod is not to be distributed for profit, either. I hereby state that I specifically do NOT wish this mod to be uploaded to Steam Workshop. I may release this on NexusMods at a later date but I don't wish others to do so. Usage in other mods must be requested and approved by me in writing before your use. Special Thanks: ---------------------------------- @HK-47 - For suggestions on other characters to use to help fill in the blanks I was having. The suggestion proved invaluable. @ebmar and @thor110 – For their unbridled enthusiasm

=Human Xor Unique Look= A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC MODIFICATION AUTHOR: Leilukin FILE NAME: Human Xor Unique Look.zip LATEST VERSION: 1.0.1 CONTACT: E-mail to leilukin@outlook.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream 1. DESCRIPTION: This mod changes the KotOR 1 NPC Xor's appearance by making him a human with a unique look to make him different from other human NPCs. This mod is a successor to my Human Xor Restoration mod, which restores Xor's original appearance as a human in the Xbox version of KotOR 1. Human Xor Restoration has been included in the KotOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP) with my permission. I make mods to make Xor a human, because I have always found it jarring that Xor openly makes anti-alien comments despite being a nonhuman himself ("You Jedi act all prim and proper, but inside you must feel the same way I do about the lesser, nonhuman species"), not to mention later I found out that Xor was actually a human in the Xbox version of KotOR. I change Xor into a human, so it would be consistent with his in-game dialogue and anti-alien nature. Human Xor Unique Look not only changes Xor into a human, but also make him have a unique look instead of a generic NPC look like his appearance in the Xbox version of KotOR 1 and Human Xor Restoration. Therefore, this mod is for players who believe it makes more sense for Xor to be a human, while also want Xor to have a unique look to stand out from the other human NPCs. I made this unique look of Xor by utilizing some assets from SpaceAlex's K1 Enhancement Pack modder's resource. The pack contains a redesign for Xor, but I decided to create my own redesign of Xor, by reskinning one of the NPC textures from SpaceAlex's pack and using the male commoner head as the base for Xor's head model. 2. INSTALLATION: Extract the Human Xor Unique Look.zip you downloaded to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KotOR directory. Run Install.exe, point the installer to your KotOR directory, where swkotor.exe is located, and let the installer do its job. I also provide am upscaled version of the texture as an optional installation. After installing the main part of this mod, go to the "Optional - Upscaled Texture" folder, drop the files into the Override folder in your directory and overwrite N_XorMiddlH.tpc when prompted. NOTE: When you install this mod, a new folder named "backup" may be created by the installer in the same folder as the installer. Do not delete the folder or the file within the folder if you are planning on uninstalling this mod. 3. UNINSTALLATION: If no backup folder was created when you installed this mod, go to the Override folder in your KotOR directory, and delete the following files: appearance.2da heads.2da g_xor.utc kas_xor1.utc N_XorMiddlH.mdl N_XorMiddlH.mdx N_XorMiddlH.tpc If a backup folder was created when you installed this mod, go to the backup folder, cut and paste any files from the folder and paste the file in the Override folder in your KotOR directory, then delete the rest of the aforementioned files that did not have a backup copy. 4. KNOWN ISSUES: None currently known. If you find any bugs or problems, please let me know. 5. MOD COMPATIBILITY: This mod is not compatible with any other mods that change or modify Xor's head. If you want to use KotOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP) along with this mod, you must install this mod after K1CP to override K1CP's restoration of Xor's Xbox appearance. This mod is compatible with KotOR 1 Restoration (K1R). 6. PERMISSION: You may use this mod as you see fit, including showing it in screenshots or making it compatible with your mod. However, both SpaceAlex and I should be creadited accordingly, with SpaceAlex being credited for the original assets from K1 Enhancement Pack. Do not release your mods containing modified files from my mod without my permission. Thank you. 7. =Belaya's Unique Look= A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC MODIFICATION AUTHOR: Leilukin FILE NAME: Belaya's Unique Look.zip LATEST VERSION: 1.0.1 CONTACT: E-mail to leilukin@outlook.com, or message to Leilukin on Deadly Stream 1. DESCRIPTION: This mod gives the KotOR 1 NPC Belaya a unique look, with two variants for her different appearances in the game as a Jedi and as a Sith. You meet Belaya when you visit Dantooine and are on your way to meet the Jedi Council. She is close to Juhani. If you choose to kill Juhani during your trials on Dantooine, Belaya will leave the Jedi Order, fall to the dark side and confront you again as a Sith at the entrance of the Korriban Sith Academy, where you will be forced to kill her. This unique Belaya look was created by SpaceAlex as part of the K1 Enhancement Pack, which has been released as a modder's resource. While this is not the first mod that replaces Belaya's generic NPC look, the mods I found previously made the change by reusing a female player character head, which could be awkward for players who happen to choose the same head for their character. Therefore, I decided to make SpaceAlex's redesign of Belaya into a standalone mod. NOTE: In order for this mod to take effect, you must load a save before visiting Dantooine for the first time, and a save before visiting the entrance area of the Korriban Sith Academy for the first time. 2. INSTALLATION: Extract the Belaya's Unique Look.zip you downloaded to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KotOR directory. Run Install.exe, point the installer to your KotOR directory, where swkotor.exe is located, and let the installer do its job. I also provide upscaled versions of the textures as an optional installation. After installing the main part of this mod, go to the "Optional - Upscaled Textures" folder, drop the files into the Override folder in your directory and overwrite files when prompted. NOTE: When you install this mod, a new folder named "backup" may be created by the installer in the same folder as the installer. Do not delete the folder or the file within the folder if you are planning on uninstalling this mod. 3. KNOWN ISSUES: None currently known. If you find any bugs or problems, please let me know. 5. MOD COMPATIBILITY: This mod is not compatible with any other mods that modify or change Belaya's head. This mod is compatible with KotOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP). This mod is compatible with KotOR 1 Restoration (K1R). 6. PERMISSION: You may use assets from this mod as part of your mod, however, SpaceAlex should be credited as the original creator of the assets, which were part of the K1 Enhancement Pack modder's resource. You may credit me for the TPC and upscaled version of the textures from this mod, but it is not necessary. 7. When dealing with crime lords, beware. Davik Kang's prize ship has a state-of-the-art security system -- it is filled with hulls gaps to suffocate the lungs and texturing errors to boggle the mind. If we want to get the Ebon Hawk flying safely, we ought to patch things up. The goal of this mod was to provide all of the same fixes provided by Ultimate Ebon Hawk Repairs For TSL to your K1 game. This mod patches the same issues as Ebon Hawk K1 Fixes 2.0 by ndix UR, as well as many of the others I worked on for TSL. The latest version includes some big improvements to the alignment of the ship's geometry and animations to the monitor textures it uses. I have included in the download a folder labelled "Animated Monitors"; these files serve provide significantly higher-quality alignments to those using either "Animated Ebon Hawk Monitors (not including Galaxy Map)" or "More Subtle Animated Ebon Hawk Monitors (still not including Galaxy Map)" by Sith Holocron, Dark Hope, and Xarwarz. I personally recommend using those texture mods for the monitors, and installing the contents of the included "Animated Monitors" folder to your override folder after installing the rest. See the Installation section for more details. If you would like to simply remove the blinking animations entirely, you can find an alternate version of the mod for download in PapaZinos' Alternates to do just that. Installation: Download the 7z file and extract the contents of the "To Override" folder to your game's override folder, found in the same directory as your main game executable. For Steam installations, this would be "Steam\steamapps\common\swkotor". 7z files can be extracted with Archive Utility on macOS, or with programs like PeaZip on Windows and Linux. For those using my monitor texture mods of choice, either "Animated Ebon Hawk Monitors (not including Galaxy Map)" or "More Subtle Animated Ebon Hawk Monitors (still not including Galaxy Map)" by Sith Holocron, Dark Hope, and Xarwarz, make sure to install the contents of the included "Animated Monitors" folder to your override. To install, simply copy the files included in the "Animation Fix Edition" subfolder to your override after copying the files from the "To Override" folder. Select "replace" when prompted. Uninstallation: Remove the files in the Included Files list below from your override. Included Files: Compatibility: Users should expect full compatibility with any other mods, so long as they do not modify/replace the above files. For compatibility with the KotOR 1 Community Patch and Darth Parametric's Taris Escape Sequence Adjustments, simply install this mod after those ones. Looking to introduce some much-improved ship animations that are made for their textures? Sith Holocron, Dark Hope, and Xarwarz have authored both "Animated Ebon Hawk Monitors (not including Galaxy Map)" and "More Subtle Animated Ebon Hawk Monitors (still not including Galaxy Map)", both of which do the job well. I recommend using either alongside the files in the "Animated Monitors" subfolder aforementioned in the Installation section. Acknowledgments: I would like to thank Symmetric, Purifier, Ndix UR, and seedhartha for making importing to Blender simple using KotORBlender, and Cortisol for making file extraction easy with the Holocron Toolset. I also want to give a shout-out to muitafruita for suggesting including the medbay walkmesh fix from TSL to K1 as a way to improve PC spawning. This modification is not supported by Bioware, Lucasarts, Disney or any licensers/sponsors thereof. Use of this modification is at your own risk and neither the aforementioned companies nor the author may be held responsible for any damages caused to your computer via this modification's usage.

This mod adds a faithful adaptation of Force Enlightenment power from TSL to K1: where the best of the Jedi's Speed, Armor and Valor powers are instantly activated at a reduced cost (30). This power is useful to quickly become ready for difficult battles. Compatibility Since this mod only adds new content and doesn’t modify existing content, it shouldn’t conflict with other mods. It works with Snigaroo’s KOTOR I Full Build Mods from reddit. Installation 1. Make sure override folder exists at game root directory 2. Run TSLPatcher to automatically install Uninstallation 1. Copy spells.2da in backup and move it to override folder. Overwrite existing spells.2da if any, otherwise remove spells.2da from override folder. Only overwrite existing spells.2da if you don't have any mod installed after this mod that touches spells.2da, otherwise this will accidentally erase any later modifications made to spells.2da. 2. Remove ip_frenlight.tga, fp_enlightenment.ncs from override folder. 3. Copy dialog.tlk from TSLPatcher backup to the main game folder (not the override folder). Overwrite the existing dialog.tlk. Known Bugs 1. Saving throw bonuses from Valor and Shield don't stack, only the highest has effect (not script issue, more of a game-engine bug). 2. Activation of Speed, Valor, and Shield on top of Enlightenment will result in additional bonuses. Fixing the problem will require massive change to the generic force power script, which is beyond the scope of this mod, but may be added for future updates. Permissions Do not claim credit for this mod and do not use assets from this mod without my permission Special Thanks - @ebmar for the awesome color-readjusted force power icon - Fred Tetra for Kotor Tool - Stoffe for TSLPatcher Legal THIS MODIFICATION IS NOT SUPPORTED BY BIOWARE/OBSIDIAN ENTERTAINMENT, LUCASARTS, DISNEY OR ANY LICENSERS/SPONSORS OF THE MENTIONED COMPANIES. There are two kinds of turrets in the Star Wars galaxy: the up turrets and the down turrets. The up turrets have all the nice geometry a turret needs, while the down turrets eschew their lower geometry in favor of nice shadows, since their undersides are not actually visible to people. A harmonious balance -- or so we all thought. It turns out that there are many opportunities to see the bottoms of the down turrets, exposing their empty underbellies for everyone to see. Their shadows are also incomplete and janky-looking. Let's restore balance to this galaxy! If you have not checked out Khoonda Turrets Model Repair, I suggest you do that as well. That will set the turrets around Khoonda to the up models instead of the down models, as they were meant to be. That will mean that they have all the geometry they need without the extra model shadows, which look no good on the higher-up turrets. Installation: Download the 7z file and extract to your override folder, found in the same directory as your main game executable. For Steam installations, this would be "Steam\steamapps\common\Knights of the Old Republic II\override". 7z files can be extracted with Archive Utility on macOS, or with programs like PeaZip on Windows and Linux. Uninstallation: Remove the folder "TSL_Turrets_Models_Repair_v1.0" from your override. Included Files: Compatibility: Users should expect full compatibility with any other mods, so long as they do not modify/replace the above files. I highly recommend using this mod in conjunction with Khoonda Turrets Model Repair, of you have not checked that out already. This mod will fix the lack of geometry issue there as well, but that one will remove the nasty-looking shadow it has. Acknowledgments: Big thank-you to seedartha, Symmetric, Purifier, and Ndix UR for making importing to Blender simple using KotORBlender, and Cortisol for making file extraction convenient with the Holocron Toolset. In addition, when Carth joins your party, he will equip two of his unique blaster pistols instead of just one of them and one regular blaster pistol. If you want to see your party members appear in their default outfits and those outfits being more useful in combat throughout the course of the game, this mod is for you. This mod was intended for the party members’ unique outfits to be usable in combat throughout the entire game. Therefore, the properties of these items may be overpowered, especially in the early game. I make no promises to make a “balanced” version of this mod, because I play the KotOR games for the story and characters and not combat. If gameplay and combat balance are very important to you, this mod is not for you. This mod was inspired by jonathan7's Party Clothing mod. Party Clothing was also what inspired me to make my TSL Improved Party Outfits mod. I eventually decided to make my own version on the mod concept for KotOR 1 as well. I set up my mod to be installed via TSLPatcher to maximize compatibility with other mods. 2. USAGE NOTES: For the best experience with this mod, it's recommended to have a completely new KotOR 1 playthrough. If you want to add these improved party member outfits manually via the cheat console or KotOR Savegame Editor, here are the item codes: Bastila’s Robe - llk_bastrobe Canderous’s Jacket - llk_candjkt Carth’s Pilot Suit - llk_carthsuit Jolee’s Robe - llk_jolrobe Juhani’s Robe - llk_juhrobe Mission’s Jacket - llk_missjkt 3. INSTALLATION: Extract the KotOR 1 Improved Party Outfits.zip you downloaded to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KoOR directory. Run Install.exe, point the installer to your KotOR directory and let the installer do its magic. NOTE: If you already have the .utc files of the human and humanoid party members in your Override folder (the file names are p_[party member name].utc), when you install this mod a new folder named "backup" will be created in the same folder as the installer. Do not delete the folder or any of the files within the folder if you are planning on uninstalling this mod. 4. UNINSTALLATION: Go to your Override folder, delete the .tga files starting from ia_cloths_201.tga to ia_cloths_206.tga and the .uti files with the "llk_" prefix (without the quotation marks). If a "backup" folder was created when you installed this mod, go to the "backup" folder, cut and paste any .utc. file(s) from the folder and paste the file(s) in your Override folder. If no backup folder was created, simply delete p_bastilla.utc, p_cand.utc, p_carth.utc, p_jolee.utc, p_juhani.utc and p_mission.utc from your Override folder. 5. KNOWN ISSUES: None currently known. If you find any other bugs or problems, please let me know. 6. MOD COMPATIBILITY: This mod will likely conflict with any other mods that modify any of the following files, especially if the other mod also modifies the party members' starting armor: p_bastilla.utc p_cand.utc p_carth.utc p_jolee.utc p_juhani.utc p_mission.utc If you want to use any other mods that modify the above files, AND the other mod is installed by putting any of the above files in Override folder, such as Weapons of the Old Republic (WotOR) or KotOR Saber Replacement (KSR) 2022, you need to install my mod AFTER the other mod. If you are using KotOR 1 Community Patch (K1CP), you need to my mod AFTER K1CP. If you want to use both KotOR 1 Restoration (K1R) and this mod, do not install the “Juhani and Jolee Original Clothes” add-on of K1R. This mod is compatible with my Jolee in Unique Outfit Introduction as this mod does not affect Jolee’s introduction on Kashyyyk before he joins your party. I recommend installing both mods to maximize immersion. This mod is not compatible with any other mod that modifies the party members' starting armor or clothing when they join your party. This mod should be compatible with any reskin mods for the party member's default outfits, unless they edit the armor slot in aforementioned .utc files of the party members. 7. PERMISSION: You may modify this mod for your personal use. However if you want to use any files from this mod for your own mod, please ask for my permission before releasing your mod. If I give you permission for it, I request that you credit me when you release your mod. Thank you. 8. Security spikes are disposable items that give the player a temporary boost to their Security skill when activated, helping them pick more difficult locks. At least, that's how it's supposed to be. That's how they work on the Xbox version, and in KOTOR 2, but security spikes don't actually do anything at all on the PC version of KOTOR 1. The cause seems to be some sort of bug in the GUI that prevents security spikes from ever appearing in their intended slot. So when interacting with a door, there isn't an option to scroll from the Security skill to security spikes, as there is in KOTOR 2. The GUI was changed for the port from Xbox to PC, and security spikes probably got left out due to oversight. I couldn't find any way to resolve the issue, though, so I came up with two alternative options. Option A Option A replicates the security spikes' intended function as best as I could manage. They’ve been given an activate item property and appear in the non-medical item slot (along with stimulants and shields). When a character activates a security spike, they receive a temporary boost to their Security skill and proceed to unlock the nearest door or container. Apart from the boost, the skill check for the lock is the same as usual: 1d20 + Security vs. the lock’s DC. Security spikes are single-use and discarded whether the character succeeds in picking the lock or not; however, they are not used up if the attempt was impossible – if there wasn’t anything in range or the lock required a special keycard, for example. Regular security tunnelers grant a +5 bonus and security spike tunnelers grant a +10 bonus. Option B Option B removes security spikes from the game, replacing them with credits. The value is equivalent to the most you could get from selling the original security spike items to a merchant. Mission’s ability to create security spikes on the Ebon Hawk is removed.

Mahalo for downloading my mod! Hope you use it to make some wild builds in the game. I made this mod because I personally really enjoy optimizing builds, and with K1 you often end up having some "dead" feats. jonathan7's mod, while doing the job, also felt like it was very incomplete since the player could miss feats if, for whatever reason, they decided to auto-level - and I also didn't like his Persuade change that came with the mod. Between those 2 things, I decided to make a more feature-complete mod that aims to do the following: Expand character build customization at both character generation and when becoming a Jedi Have auto-level lists not "forget" feats to compensate for the increased amount of feats Optimize auto-level lists mostly for companions to not have completely garbage builds, but still retain their "vanilla" build in some capacity while allowing a more smooth transition into a Jedi for players who wish to auto-level Fix T3's auto-level list (he would miss feats after a certain level if you kept him on auto-level) You got 3 flavors of the mod: 1) Vanilla Friendly is the one I would recommend for first-timers or for those looking for a "Vanilla+" experience. This removes the 2 attack feats from each of the non-Jedi classes and gives the player 3 feat points to start with. Jedi classes are unaffected by this version. 2) Bare Necessities is what I would recommend for most players. This removes almost every feat from the non-Jedi classes except for Armor Proficiency: Light, weapon proficiencies based on what each class gets from the footlocker at the start of the Endar Spire, and any auto-granted feats like Implant 1 for Scouts and Sneak Attack for Scoundrels. Soldiers get 7 feats to start, Scouts start with 5, and Scoundrels start with 4. All Jedi classes have melee and pistol proficiencies removed, and the player now gets 2 feat points when becoming a Jedi. 3) Full Custom is recommended for those looking to absolutely min-max or want to make some truly goofy builds. Every feat except for Armor Proficiency: Light and auto-granted feats are removed from the non-Jedi classes, so you will literally not be able to use a weapon unless you invest one of your points into a weapon proficiency feat. Soldiers start with 9 feat points, Scouts start with 7, and Scoundrels start with 6. All Jedi classes have lightsaber, melee, and pistol proficiencies and Jedi Defense removed, and the player now gets 3 feat points when becoming a Jedi. Players can still select Weapon Proficiency: Lightsaber and Jedi Defense as options when leveling up as a Jedi. Installation 1) Download and extract the mod folder to wherever on your computer. 2) Run the "Install Expanded Build Customization" executable from the mod folder. 3) Select your version and click on the “Start Patching” button on the bottom of the pop-up window. 4) Select where your game directory is - it should be something like C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\swkotor 5) Let the installer do its thing. 6) If there are no errors, you are good to go! Uninstallation You got 2 options: 1) You can delete both feat.2da and featgain.2da from your Override folder. OR 2) Go to the backup folder where you ran this installer, move those files back into the Override folder, and let the backups overwrite the current feat.2da and featgain.2da. Compatibility This mod doesn’t change anything except for feat.2da and featgain.2da, so it should be compatible with any mod that doesn’t make any changes to those 2 files. Even then, this mod should be ok to use with things like N-DReW25’s Sneak Attack X Restoration and Shem’s Feat Progression since my mod doesn’t touch the things those 2 mods do. This is not compatible with mods that aim to do the same thing, such as jonathan7’s Character Start Up Change, since both mods are similar in nature and affect a lot of the same things. Disclaimer Please note that I am not responsible for anything that happens to your savefile, your game, or even (Force forbid) your computer. I am under no obligation to help you if you encounter any issues with the game. If you want to include this mod into your mod, please credit me and feel free to do so.

Ixgil (the alien who gets murdered by the Sith immediately on Taris) uses Bith VO, and is tagged as a Bith, so I changed his appearance and name to reflect this. Enjoy your new Bith NPC for the scant few seconds in which he's alive! I've been told K1R does this as well, but I don't use it, nor do I particularly want to. To install, run INSTALL.exe and follow the instructions. Make sure you install this prior to setting foot outside the apartment though, otherwise it will have no effect.

Custom Selkath Animation By Alvar007 This is my first mod release, so I hope I'm doing everything all right. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- DESCRIPTION: This mod adds a new entirely custom animation made by me to the TALK_FORCEFUL unused slot of the Selkath model. This will allow the Selkath to play an "angry talk" animation whenever it's called in their dialogues which is a bunch of times. INSTALLATION: Just run the .exe that comes with this download and select the game's installation main folder (NOT override). COMPATIBILITY: This mod should be compatible with any mod that doesn't alter the Selkath model and/or appearance in any way. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- THIS MODIFICATION IS PROVIDED AS-IS AND IS NOT SUPPORTED BY BIOWARE/OBSIDIAN ENTERTAINMENT, LUCASARTS, DISNEY OR ANY LICENSERS/SPONSORS OF THE MENTIONED COMPANIES. Upscaled OG Icons by Sdub Version: 1.0 Description: This mod is an upscale of all item/armor/weapon icons to 256x256, along with some force power icons. There could be a few extra extra thrown in for good measure. You really cannot tell on the force icons but I felt, why not toss them in? This mod was made with @ndix UR high resolution menus in mind. At first it was for personal use because I didn't like the pixilation, but decided to release it. I must be honest these are not the greatest and have some of their own issues, like being somewhat smudged. But mostly helps with pixilation. The difference will be hard to tell in the screenshots. Additional note, if you use the KOTOR Save Editor, you may need to run it in full screen due to the new icon size. Installation: Extract files to override Uninstallation: Delete files placed in override Compatibility: This mod is compatible with any mod as long as it doesn't already replace these files. But considering only the PC can use persuade it made no sense to me that a soldier/scout couldn’t be persuasive if they wanted to be. This modification alters the alignment of various npcs to match their allegiance and characteristics, since in KotOR BioWare left everything neutrally aligned with few exceptions. Through this, "vs. alignment group" properties now have more opportunities to take effect as they should. Unlike in the sequel there's no Force Sight so I didn't get too fancy - it's mostly just set values all across the board to ensure everyone is firmly sitting in their respective sides. No longer will the game regard Darth Bandon as this misunderstood Grey individual, but instead as the smug good-for-nothing slimebag we all know him to be. _____________________________ What will this change, really? In terms of combat, the Solari crystal will work fully against every Dark Jedi (and more) you come across. Of course they now have a different fp usage dynamic as you would expect so it more or less balances itself out. What if I'm Dark-Sided? The Mantle of the Force crystal can remove your lightsaber's light-side restrictions. Also don't forget, mods that add items with bonuses versus alignments will benefit from these changes too, so you don't need to limit yourself only to what exists in the base game! Compatibility... As long as you install this mod last there really shouldn't be any issues other than different mods hard overwriting my changes, in which case they will take no effect, but nothing too serious. Due to the number of files this mod entails, it is very likely that any other mods that edit .utc files via override will coincide with the ones my modification references. _____________________________ Credits: Fred Tetra for Kotor Tool. stoffe for TSLPatcher and ERFEdit, updated by Fair Strides. Info: This mod restores Impossible difficulty for use in builds without K1R, although it can be used with K1R if you wish to use the Hardcore or Extreme package. As a bonus, I have included brand new Hardcore and Extreme difficulty packages, each with 3 new difficulty options that give a whole new meaning to the term Impossible Mode. These packages are for use with modded characters who still crave a challenge. Use in conjunction with my other mods for maximum difficulty. This should give even heavily modded characters a challenge! This is a simple edit of the camera model for the workbench upgrade screen that alters some of the camera angles/positions to zoom in a bit closer to certain weapon types, most notably lightsabers, so you can get a better look at the models when running the game at higher resolutions. Mostly intended for those using modded weapons. Installation Instructions Simply drop the MDL/MDX in your Override folder. Known Issues Requires ndix UR's KOTOR High Resolution Menus mod to work as intended. Only tested at 1080p. Results may vary at other resolutions/aspect ratios. Modded weapons that are excessively large will likely go off-screen, but they probably do that already. Acknowledgements Thanks to @bead-v for MDLEdit and KOTORMax. When first playing Kotor 1 not too long ago I considered that the implants in the game were lacking some punch. They're rare, can be very expensive and on top of that they require spending feat points to even equip. So I went in and "upgraded" all but two (including the ones added by Yavin Station). The two left out are the implants that make the user immune to poison and mind-affecting. These two bonuses are good enough as they are without adding more on top of them. These are not meant to be "cheat" items. I consider them to be properly balanced within the vanilla game. Hope they are enjoyed. Credits: Kotor Tool by Fred Tetra
