That's a great take on things, I think. I don't think we need any specific reason to go to Coruscant, it's the Jedi HQ, their home, where their biggest archives are, where most were taught, etc. Weapons, knowledge, possible allies. naturally Jedi are going to be attracted to go back there. Smart Bounty Hunters would know this and plan accordingly. The Baron Do, Matukai, Jal Shey, and the Zeison Sha would all be viable organizations of force users to include, and I think all would have reason to investigate the temple in the absence of Jedi.

Any KOTOR remake likely would be created using the Frostbite engine, and therefore wouldn't have mod support.

It's not unprecedented, actually. Fallout 2 was re-released to retail with a community created mod included. The developers didn't ask or credit the mod team, and it was using an old version, but still. lol.

I'm thinking you're probably not involved in progression PvE or ranked PvP then. There are only a hand full of guilds participating in progression PvE now, this time last year we needed several spreadsheets to cover them all. According to their own leaderboards, ranked PvP participation has dropped each and every season, most servers (read: all but 4) are lucky to get daily pops. Out of the top 5 progression guilds this time last year on Jedi Covenant only 1 remains. Also they confirmed today that there will be no new operations in KOTFE, so good bye that one guild lmao. and yes, just like Makeb, Rishi, and Yavin 4 are so different on every play-through..oh wait.
