  1. These look really good, nice work.
  2. 99 % texture hacks.
  3. Any KOTOR remake likely would be created using the Frostbite engine, and therefore wouldn't have mod support.
  4. I agree with SiC, honestly they don't look very darkside-like. Just looks like he's aged a bit.
  5. Has anyone given thought to a "DeadlyStream" plug in or something with the "must have" mods built into one package?

M4-78EP 1.2, TSL NPC Overhaul, VPs small mods, SLM from Kaidon Jorn, all of Hassat Hunter and Sith Holocron's mods, to me they're a mandatory installation.

Yeah, Leonard true. I was imagining a community involvement type deal where people could vote and express what they'd like to see. The big benefit is that it could be released to steam and allow workshop users to have multiple mods without screwing up their game.

Let's make this a thread to discuss?

  6. Simply do it after that conversation? The "face them alone" thing is sound, but maybe a little over done considering you already have to face all the other sith lords alone. I would suggest making it like the Malak fight, Nihilus can consume his bridge officers/slaves.
  7. I've written one in C++ for plaintext files, it's been a while but I might be able to convert it if I can understand the file structure.
  8. looks like it can into 3dsmax, not sure about Gmax.
  9. I don't know too much about Perl IDEs, or IDES in general actually, but have you looked into Komodo? Either way you'd have to have an install of OS X to test it.
  10. It's not unprecedented, actually. Fallout 2 was re-released to retail with a community created mod included. The developers didn't ask or credit the mod team, and it was using an old version, but still. lol.
  11. I'm thinking you're probably not involved in progression PvE or ranked PvP then. There are only a hand full of guilds participating in progression PvE now, this time last year we needed several spreadsheets to cover them all. According to their own leaderboards, ranked PvP participation has dropped each and every season, most servers (read: all but 4) are lucky to get daily pops. Out of the top 5 progression guilds this time last year on Jedi Covenant only 1 remains. Also they confirmed today that there will be no new operations in KOTFE, so good bye that one guild lmao. and yes, just like Makeb, Rishi, and Yavin 4 are so different on every play-through..oh wait.
  12. Yes, and yes I'm a subscriber also (I didn't do a new sub when i did your's, just needed a character transfer) I haven't been unsubbed, well, ever. Uou can still do the referral as a sub :S
  13. Interested in returning the favor? :S if you haven't got a referral already, that is.
  14. Togruta next month! Likely going to finally replay the Jedi Knight storyline with a female togruta guardian.
  15. SH, you get those cartel coins from my referral?
  16. Okay, so yeah. Whatever you say Chocochochochip man. yeah, SH, that is a good point, I meant class stories and companion stories (the main draw of the game, afterall), so the gifting is a bit grindy.
  17. The amount of people who no next to nothing about TOR in this thread is amusing. 1. "WoW Engine" lmao. SWTOR uses a heavily modified proto-version of the HERO Engine, WoW uses a heavily modified version of the WarCraft engine. Not only are they not the same, they share absolutely zero code. 2. There is no voice chat in SWTOR, for free or subscribed players. 3. SWTOR combat at any higher level is incredibly more advanced than spamming flurry and force wave on KOTOR, you're making assumptions about the entire game at while your character is at a basic level with no advanced training. 4. The class stories are where the game really shines, most of these stories (along with the stories of your companions) are very well written, many easily eclipse the saturday morning cartoon good vs evil cookie cutter story of KOTOR 1. 5. SWTOR is unique in the MMO-field in that there is almost no grinding in the game whatsoever. You can get to max level by doing nothing but unique story quests. 6. There is never a reference to anything more than a strong platonic friendship and comradery between the Exile and Revan in SWTOR.
  18. Recently started playing TOR again. Mixed feelings about this, I like that we're getting more story, but it looks like it's a singular story, not even 2 faction-based stories that we've been getting. People asked for more class story, not just more story. Also, most of the PvP/PvE guilds have already collapsed, this announcement will just hurry things along for the rest.
  19. Love it, but is there anyway to make one the puppet of the other instead of having to armband them?
  20. Seems like a cool effect to have for dark side sith robes.
  21. Is it more interesting than Divinity: OS? That game lost me about 10 hours in.
  22. I've been wanting this for years, if you can pull it off well then you'll have a permanent place in my override.
  23. Don't have to use the disc, I'm guessing.
  24. Looks good, darkness is good imo. Vanilla Nar Shaddaa is washed out imo.
