I recently installed and started using the TSLRCM and noticed that after the conversation with Kreia in Ebon Hawk's crew quarters, Atton takes on a Dark Side Alignment. My Exile is light-sided, so how is this possible? Is there a way to use the KSE to remove this Dark alignment? Also is there a way to add influence using KSE? If so, how?

I installed this and noticed that right after Peragus, Atton gained a Dark Side Alignment. How is this possible? My Exile is lightsided? Is there a way to alter influence and alignment in the Kotor SaveGame Editor? -
I downloaded the file, and copied it into the override folder, but how do I choose the underwear options for everyone?
