  1. For anyone who wants to install Dustil Restoration, I recommend backing up 711KOR.mod, appearance.2da and the other 2da/global/etc. critical game files beforehand, and installing the mod LAST. I ran into the same problems that @Berethor and Stallion Renier did, and I wasn't able to fully fix it, but I was able to uninstall it since I installed the mod after everything else. Just in case someone's interested and has other mods, especially ones modifying the Korriban Tomb like NPC Overhaul or Lonna Vash Mod for TSLRCM.
  2. Apologies for bumping this thread after almost two years, but I just wanted to update what I've found about the glitch since I started it and my "solution". So after reinstalling everything with TSLRCM 1.8.6 recently for another playthrough, I ran into the same issue. I looked it up and discovered that the issue was Dustil Restoration by @Fallen Guardian, and I wasn't the only one who ran into the issue, even though the mod was reportedly compatible with other Korriban mods. I saw this discussion in the comments of that mod: So I attempted to do the same; I couldn't figure out how to do what they did with KOTOR Tool, so I also reinstalled the whole game and all the mods and installed Dustil Restoration last. On the one hand, the Locked Door was gone, the Dustil cutscene played, and I was able to proceed to the Dark Exile/Revan fight. On the other hand, I ran into a different problem--the custcene with Revan played but there was no Dark Exile to fight, and whenever I talked to "Revan" the cutscene would replay, another Dustil would appear behind me, and the game would softlock--a similar issue to what @Berethor ran into as he mentioned above. Fortunately since I installed Dustil Restoration last, I was able to uninstall it easily. Although I had to reinstall anything changing the Korriban Tomb, particularly @Kainzorus Prime's NPC Overhaul's Korriban Tomb section and @Leilukin's new Lonna Vash Mod for TSLRCM, everything worked out fine in the end. As much as I enjoyed the mod in old playthroughs, it was a sacrifice that I was fine with. Storywise, it distracts from the Exile's trials and inner conflict anyway, in my opinion of course, but I'm going off topic. For anyone who wants to install Dustil Restoration, I recommend backing up 711KOR.mod, appearance.2da and the other 2da/global/etc. critical game files beforehand, and installing the mod LAST. Just in case anyone has a similar problem and stumbles upon this thread
  3. Yes of course. Basically the issue occured when I went to Korriban as my last planet but before the Onderon Civil War. It occured the way I linked in the video above when the Kreia cutscene happened and a door animation happened within a door that just didn't open. Again because of older saves I used TSLRCM 1.8.5 on a retail (4CD, European) installation. The game came in with the 1.0b patch I think but I'm not sure. I installed it over a clean-ish installation (Clean-ish because I had installed Lonna Vash mod--link here: https://www.gamefront.com/games/knights-of-the-old-republic-ii/file/lonna-vash-mod--but I completely uninstalled it before installing TSLRCM 1.8.5). The mods I installed were: I did not try redownloading everything from scratch because I’m hoping I can fix this without having to do it over again. I tried a different save before entering the Korriban Tomb but going back there still yields the same result. I tried using a different installation but obviously it crashed, and I did not try starting a new game because I don't want to do everything all over again lmao. I'm using Windows 10 64-bit.
  4. Sorry, sorry, and sorry! Just wanted people to see it in case they missed it or something. I didn’t know you had to provide links to mods; didn’t mean to cause any inconvenience or break any rules either. Will pay more attention next time. I’m using 1.8.5 simply because all my older saves were from that version... they didn’t work with 1.8.6 so I had to install the previous version on a different folder.
  5. I'm so sorry for reporting a bug yet again, but I have encountered another one in my heavily modded TSLRCM 1.8.5 run. This time it happens after the Kreia vision at the Tomb of Ludo Kressh. After the cutscene and fighting Kreia/my party I go to the door that should lead to Revan, but when I click the door, a door opening animation happens inside another door which is still locked... I have no idea why that happens, I searched the web and couldn't find anything related to it, and this issue never happened before with the Korriban-related mods I've used in past playthroughs. [TSLRCM, Dustil Restoration, Extended Korriban Arrival (completely unrelated it seems)] The mods I used are below as well as a video showing the issue... Please help!
  6. Thank you both, yeah that fixed it. Sorry for not responding earlier
  7. Hello everyone. I'm playing a heavily modded TSLRCM 1.8.5 with no M4-78. I have all my mods attached below. I have no idea why but for some reason whenever I enter Dxun none of the cutscenes seem to work. The cannok/maalraas cutscene or the Zhug bounty hunters cutscene don't work. They just stand there idling as friendlies. I can't seem to interact with them or computers either. However once I leave 401DXN everything seems fine. It's annoying having to skip them though (and probably the Mando escort won't work anymore either, at least from the landing to the Mando camp lol). Unless I'm missing something, the only mods that seem to be modifying 401DXN are NPC Overhaul and High Quality Skyboxes II, so I have no idea what is causing this. Maybe it's not the module but something else that causes it, but I have no idea what. I would really appreciate it if you guys helped. Thanks!
  8. Yeah I knew it was Nihilus but I wasn't sure what exactly to delete. Thanks, it worked this time.
  9. Ok, so I'm playing a heavily modded TSLRCM 1.8.5 , no M4-78. I have all my mods attached. Anyway I have no idea why but so far when I've seen Nihilus in the game (only on my second planet so far) he has been... weird. First he always has his lightsaber. Second in the Nihilus/Visas he never turns or Force chokes, and the cutscene crashes the game (had to use a TSLRCM-only installation to bypass that). Third, in the Kreia's Fall in-game cutscene, Nihilus is moving suuper fast and you miss out on the super cool flowing cape shot, as if he has Burst of Speed on or something (maybe because of the MORE POWERFUL SITH LORDS mod? No idea.) And I can only imagine what bugs I might run into when I eventually get to the climax of the game. VP's Hi Poly Tin Cans Mod has a warning here saying "do not install the Nihilus saber" for TSLRCM 1.8 and up, but I didn't install the Nihilus saber this time. Am I missing something? Any and all help would be appreciated!
  10. I know this is an older mod, but need a bit of help. I kept trying to make this mod work with the game, but for some reason the skin looks unlike the thumbnail of the listing, it looks so... weird. Has anyone else encountered this problem? What could be the cause 🤔
  11. Thank you for all the help guys! So my issue was solved quite by chance actually. I was playing the game from a backup hard drive where I copied the same Kotor folder from my main hard drive. I supposed it was time to copy my saves to the main one and leave the backup hard drive unused as it should be, so I did. Just in case, I tried the administrator cutscene again. Sure enough the bug happened again, I was stuck... But Shadow was not, for some reason. She was left behind the doors. So I did the office scene, then switched to Shadow, then used the elevator with her. Sure enough my character teleported to the elevator and the problem was solved. I'm so lucky! EDIT: Would you like me to share the save after I managed to leave the Administrator’s office? Here’s the thing though, I tried to play the saves on my other backed up installations (even those saved on non-BoS places) for example I tried loading my saves on a clean minus BoS installation, but the game crashes whenever it tries to load the save.
  12. I entered the Administrator's Office with Shadow, destroyed the turrets and droids, and then made a deal with the administrator. Now I can't leave his office. You can see below in my video that the door doesn't budge and doesn't let me leave at all. What am I supposed to do? I've edited my ini file to add the EnableCheats=1 line, set my savegame through KOTOR Save Editor to "Cheats Used", and tried to enter the cheat code to warp myself but for the life of me can't get the cheat console activated. I thought maybe it is invisible but whatever I type doesn't work, the hotkeys bring me to the game menus. I think because I have a Turkish Q keyboard so I tried pressing the buttons that would give me the tilde sign but no, still no cheat console. Is there any way to change the module I'm in from the save editor or kotor tool (the latter I have no idea how to use)? I have no idea how to exit. By the way this isn't the first time this has happened, in an earlier playthrough in I think my old computer (in any case a different installation) I ran into the same error. What should I do?
  13. So I kinda got it to work. Reinstalling the game and installing the Mando mod before BoS: SR did the trick. Oddly enough only the Mandos at the Sandral grounds seem to have bugged out heads. I’m not sure if it had anything to do with BoS: SR though. I’ve chosen to ignore it this time. Let’s hope that reinstalling other mods will still make it all work. Thanks for all the help, you guys!
  14. Thanks a lot. I see. Unfortunately as I said above removing the Mando mod breaks all Mandalorians so I’m stuck with it. What if I reinstalled the game, installed the Mando mod first, and then installed BoS: SR? Let me try that on my other hard drive...
  15. Apparently it's a group called "TeamFett". It says so in the description in the link I shared above: "Today TeamFett, brings us a mod which contains the Boba Fett Model; a massive thanks has to go to Xavier 2 and the AotC team, as well as Darth Deadman who are some old school Holowan Modders." Anyway, here's my appearance.2da file and the log for the installation (I also uploaded heads.2da because the log has a warning considering that too): appearance.2da installlog.rtf heads.2da
  16. Surprisingly it did use TSL Patcher. For some reason it messed it up anyway (there weren’t any errors during installation either). Weird. Should I upload the log and/or the appearance.2da file?
  17. No, I couldn't find it here but I found it with a quick Google search: https://www.lonebullet.com/file/patches/fett-style-mandalorians-for-k1/11082 I assumed it was a messy appearance.2da file but I have no idea how to edit it. Shall I share my file here so someone could take a look or something? EDIT: So I don’t know who this guy is but if I give Canderous the (modded) basic Mandalorian grunt armor he looks like this. Must be a character in Brotherhood of Shadow I’m not supposed to know yet lol. I should note that when other characters wear it they look like my character’s head
  18. So I wanted to replay Kotor with mods including Brotherhood of Shadow: Solomon’s Revenge and one of the things I wanted to be part of the game was the mod Fett Style Mandalorians. Unfortunately there seems to be a mistake when it comes to their heads. I first noticed this with Canderous having Shadow’s head (also whenever I try to change his outfit his appearance still doesn’t change): Also his blaster seems to have lost its texture for some reason: And it looks like other Mandalorians are affected too as one of them has my player character’s head: I tried uninstalling but when I try that all the Mandalorians from the game including Canderous disappear (not just invisible; gone completely). In the party screen, Canderous’ description changes to: “I am broken. I am very very broken” and when I try to add him the game crashes. I’m assuming other Mandalorian related things in the game would break as well. I’m assuming this is because of an incompatibility regarding Brotherhood of Shadow: Solomon’s Revenge, however the problem is I cannot uninstall it without breaking the game, and I don’t want Mandalorians with random heads in the game. How do I fix this? Please help! EDIT: More screenshots. Sherruk now has the (modded) Helena head and a white armor? I am so confused
  19. Works perfectly, thank you so much for your help! Are you going to submit your head to the Deadly Stream downloads? I'm sure a lot more people will be interested as well
  20. I am so sorry for bothering you again, but is there any way to bring Revan's skin color back to normal? At the moment it looks super dark, compared to the VP's face and the official Revan. Can you help me please?
