Download:Brotherhood of Shadow: Solomon's Revenge
Damned replied to Fair Strides's topic in Mod Releases
Woah. Hard to believe this mod is still getting updates after all these years. Can't wait to see what 2.0 will update. Thanks for all the efforts on the many mods you have made Fair Strides. -
Indeed. Some people are just really excited about the mod, and express that excitement in a way that puts stress on the modder. I'm super stoked for Sleheyron, but I always patiently wait for news from Sithspecter.

that means we aren't restoring it. So the Krayt Dragon animations didn't end up working out?

So... Does anybody have any saves? I wish I could help, but I haven't even installed KOTOR yet (Waiting on Sleheyron to be completed). Sorry to hear getting saves has been difficult for you.
-
That really sucks. Hopefully it won't affect you guys.

Reminds me of a Gamefaqs topic where someone was complaining about Kingdom Hearts III not being on the Wii U. Here is the most memorable post from that person. No. Because it's not fair. Square-enix has no reason to stiff nintendo. When all they'd have to do is simply change the game code to run on it.

Not quite as bad as this one Youtube comment I read mentioning that (I am paraphrasing here.) "...cancer just comes and goes but depression is something that sticks with you everyday.", but still pretty sad. Then again, after working in menial labor Customer Service jobs for over 10 years, I'm pretty de-sensitized to asinine behavior.

Well, this is certainly ambitious to create another mod like M4-78. To be honest though, if there is any mod that needs expanding, I would think it would be Exile's Genoharadan mod, simply because that would be bringing in new content and at the same time restoring old content. That, plus the one removed cutscene with Sion Vs. Nihilus is a really unfortunate loss to the game. But anyways, good luck with expanding the original Coruscant mod.

All I would want is landing / take-off BIK movies to be consistent with other planets. From the limited research I did, it sounds like the mod is similar to the Yavin IV Space Station level. Just a small little off-shoot where you can earn cool and powerful items for your characters. Am I correct in that assumption?
-
Something else to keep in mind. Remember that certain events happen (For example, Yavin IV Space Station adding additional items for sale.) when you activate Star Maps. If this mod is going to include a Star Map, it would be a good idea to try and find a list of everything that changes in the game when you activate a Star Map. There is also the matter of new landing / take-off BIK movies and galaxy map planet models, but I'm sure you two already have accounted for that.

Thanks, but as I mentioned in my edit, the full base version of Solomon's Revenge itself does not seem to be available for download either. Also, I found another mod I was interested in that doesn't seem to be uploaded anywhere. It is the Coruscant Jedi Temple Expansion 3.0. Is there anywhere else that the author uploaded it to? I really wish I didn't delete all these mods years ago... EDIT: Nevermind, I found it on Gamefront after all. I guess they kept the files, but restructured where they are located and for some reason that did not pop up on Google. Thanks for helping as usual though Fair Strides.

I did a quick Google search and as it turned out, the mod seems to have been only uploaded on the now defunct Filefront website. Obviously, this is an issue for those of us who have yet to download this fantastic mod, as it fixed a number of bugs and rebalanced the gameplay of the mod. Wayback Machine doesn't let me download anything either, so that option is out. Is there some place where Silveredge uploaded this file that I am not seeing? If it was lost forever, that would be a shame. Also, I do remember seeing some kind of fix for your PC's feet clipping through the Revan's Robes that you get as a reward for finishing the mod, yet I can't find it here. Was I just imagining this or is it somewhere on this site? EDIT: Now that I look at it, the Lucasforums link for the base mod is also on another dead site, Megaupload.

Almost as disheartening as when Megaupload was taken down .

I found this on Gamefaqs, concerning the vanilla game. Bugs Still in Program (after 1.03 patch): * On Dantooine, if you persuade Matales and Sandrals to quit feuding, after rescuing Shen, speak to Rahasia again and watch a new set of fathers and droids appear as you repeat scene. * On Leviathan, do not operate computer console with a character in stealth mode or with shield operating--the game will freeze. * When changing equipment on team members while onboard Ebon Hawk, it may seem that some items are being duplicated (shows in inventory and still on the person), but it actually is not. That item will disappear off that person later. * On Ebon Hawk, when looking at character stats, their DC will not show equipment bonuses. * If you have erratic character movement, try turning off V-synch in Video options. Also make sure you have the latest video drivers for your video card. Have these bugs been addressed?

Some more restored content I presume this means version 1.8.4 is confirmed?

I'm new to all of this, and could use some help/guidance, please
Damned replied to chaosstorm88's topic in TSLRCM
I thought you also had to disable the read only protection on the KOTOR 1/2 directories as well to use mods. Am I wrong? -
Great to see this mod finally released. I personally will be waiting for Sleheyron to be finished before I install this though, just to get the complete experience and so all the rough parts can be ironed out.

How to mod kotor2 on the xbox
Damned replied to TheDarkChocolateJedi's topic in General Kotor/TSL Modding
Why the Xbox version specifically? Why do you not want to use the PC version? -
How about a mod that restores the cut Genoharadan and holocrons into TSL? I know it would be mostly new content, since there was not enough data left to see what the entire intentions of Obsidian were, but it would still be new content in the spirit of cut content if that makes any sense. It would be the final piece of the puzzle with TSL (The other two pieces being TSLRCM and M4-78EP) cut content.
