  2. ZM90, Kate the Bionic Uterus and VarsityPuppet unite as the Triforce of DeadlyStream to represent Zelda fans everywhere! Ocarina of Time is a pretty damn good game. The original graphics don't hold up so well, but with the 3Ds remake or even running on an emulator with updated graphics packs... it's pretty frickin sweet! Twilight Princess is my second favorite, although I will say I didn't really get into Majora's Mask and I have to put in many more hours into Skyward Sword. The series as a whole has got to be one of the best. My favorite though? Probably Mass Effect. Yeah, I know I jumped on the Mass Effect bandwagon, but unlike Kotor, I will actually stop and listen to the dialog in the game. Best game though will have to be (and I think ZM90 will agree with me - or at least he recognizes) Chrono Trigger. Seriously. For being a game that's nearly 20 years old, the graphics, game mechanics and the story hold up well. It's even available on the Android and iOS markets now for $10!!!! It's also consistently listed on may Top Game lists.

  5. Where are you going to fire the script so that it can remove the class and then add another? I don't even know what mod we're talking about for sure. Even so, I don't think it did what you are talking about. No, the values are hardcoded. Then that might be possible.
  6. From what I remember, it will only keep the third one temporarily. Though I could be wrong. I noticed that 3 classes were possible first when I would do level glitching to power up my characters on the xbox. The Third class would basically be active until you entered a new area or save/reload. Never tried to do it via script or KSE, but I assume that if it were possible, it would have already been implemented in some mass mod No sir. There's no script that sets that up at the beginning of the game. Again, what file are we supposed to modify to change the values? Vanir's mod? I don't really have my own tweak mod.
  7. I believe it is a model. It falls into the same (or at least a similar) category as such things as Force Lightning, Force Aura and a couple of other things. I know you can change the texture for the lightning by just making a new tga, but I don't think the particle effects can be changed so simply. Yeah, don't expect a great overhaul or anything. The system works, but it's not efficient in any sense of the word. You can have Higher DC throws (I think), and for that matter you can adjust any skill/attribute/ability/throw to any numerical value you see fit, but you can't change core engine rules. No more saving throw types. Other damage types might be possible, but the effects the damage type has on a character are going to need to be scripted. New Feats are possible, they just will have to be passive. Just 2. Not unless you give them a bunch of XP points at the beginning of the game and then force the player to level up. No. You can't get them to even show up in the GUI. No, I do not believe so.
  8. Force Powers are scripted, so that covers that. Item Properties are hardcoded. Classes are not hardcoded, although it seems to make a certain class have Force Powers is hardcoded. Item upgrades and Upgraded items, yes that's also possible. It's clear now that I need to post my findings on feats to settle the rumors once and for all.
  9. As am I, and I'm just realizing now how unrealistic it is to try to coordinate an effort over the internet with no monetary incentive and (relatively) inefficient development tools. We have modding tools to modify things on a small scale. While I applaud your enthusiasm, I would recommend starting up something that requires more.... actual engine work. This is just straight up creating level resources and I will say there are A LOT of resources to be made.
  10. Everything is hardcoded unless otherwise noted. Scripts, Textures, models, Items, modules, Waypoints, Characters, Dialogs, dialog.tlk entries and some GUI elements are not hardcoded. Everything else is.

  12. I have hope with Disney in charge. At least we'll be getting new movies instead of reshoots and special editions where Greedo shoots first. On the other hand, I would hate to have some post RotJ stories retconned... But overall, I'm optimistic

  17. Bonus powers. If anything, I've always been interested in making the holocron models so I'll try to get those done.
  18. You have to format your cache drives on the xbox. Also' for the sake of testing the modules, you have to use a gamesave from before you went into the cantina.
  19. Okay, let's ask a few questions to narrow down the possibilities here. 1. Does TSLRCM add anything new to the module? 2. Has the onEnter script been changed? 3. When you say the model files have been deleted, which specific files are you referring to? In other words, when I'm talking about the twi'lek dancer head and Corrun Falt head, which files do you think those are associated with? 4. What other mods do you have installed? 5. Does the game freeze, or does it reset? (There is a difference). 6. Open up the .mod file for the cantina. (2XXTEL.mod, X standing for the correct numbers). If there are models in there, take them out.
  20. My own personal version has the mask as more of a gold color and the armor stays the same color. Although, I agree it could use a higher resolution reskin.
  21. (VP imitating reason) All of the dialog is laid out so that we pretty much know what each holocron is going to have as a treasure (well, for the most part). Problem is that the powers they refer to already exist in-game.
