      It's a VO splice. The "Keep close" part of the line where Jolee tells you to follow him to his camp.

       

      It's following the game's standards by being and MPEG Layer 3 Audio compressed sound file and renamed as a .wav and it's a mono file with, according to Audacity, 32000Hz.

      Ughhhh.... uhmmmm... have you tried converting the MP3 (with its original .mp3 ending) to a WAV or an AIFF and then back to an MP3 again, then renaming it as a WAV again? That's all I got off the top of my head.
