    As far as TSL is concerned, there was work on a Grey Jedi mod a couple of years ago: http://deadlystream.com/forum/topic/2651-wip-the-grey-jedi-mod/ There is a download link to a beta version of the mod at the bottom of the first post, but who knows if it is compatible with 1.8.4. The last update, however, was two years ago so it looks like it is dead in the water. EDIT: Also, there was something on KotOR Files called the Neutral Side Mod by iLike_Speed. You can read about it here and download here.
