    Hello. I quite like this mod, but there's a minor conflict with another one of my must-have mods. If you have both this mod and PartySwap installed, PartySwap breaks during the attack on Telos and you can't summon the Hadmaiden like that mod is supposed to let you.

    Looks like I renamed the folder on my drive so that I'd know what it is. The real name of the mod is: TSL 221tel Recut 1.0.1 - the mod changes the order of events so that Telos under attack initially loads before the HK-Factory, then it starts a dlg with the remote after Gren initially greets you. The dlg with the remote allows you to skip the HK factory sequence if you so choose and gives a mild explanation for why Bao-Dur isn't around for the rest of the game.

    Looks like I was using 1.3.3 (so that's probably the issue). When I'd use the item to spawn the Handmaiden during the Sith attack on Telos, the only option available was "Forget it."     This mod is one of my must-haves. However, on my most recent playthrough, I discovered that I couldn't summon the Handmaiden to join the party during the Sith Attack on Telos after the confrontation with Atris. Is there a workaround for this?

Hello All, On my most recent playthrough of TSL, with the Restored Content Mod and about 40 other mods installed, I've been running into an issue with scripted losses (Losing to the visions in the Korriban Tomb, losing as the Handmaiden against Atris, losing as Atton against Sion). The game treats this as a normal TPK and forces me into the load screen, but that shouldn't be happening. In these instances, losing isn't supposed to kill your player, but trigger an event that occurs when you lose (gain DSP in Korriban, Atris zapping the Handmaiden, Sion breaking Atton). Does anyone know what could be the issue?
  10. I've found the files in question: 650jedi.dlg, a_kreia_crush.ncs, & a_kreia_drain_at.ncs. It's tedious going, but I'm making progress. Hope to have it ready soon. Thank you for the advice.
  11. One of my favorite mods for KOTOR 2 is the Extended Enclave by danil-ch & Darth Hayze. However, there is one thing about the mod that I dislike; it changes how the Jedi Masters die. In the vanilla, they die the minute Kreia strips them of the Force, showing that, unlike the Exile, they were not strong enough to live without it. The Extended Enclave mod changes this sequence of events so that she strips them of the force midway through her monologue, bringing them to their knees, and then uses Force Crush to kill them once she finishes her monologue. I would like to swap these animations, as well as the proceeding dialogue, so that "You have taken my other students; you shall not have this one." followed by Force Crush is what brings the masters to there knees and "See the galaxy through the eyes of the Exile." followed by her stripping them of the Force is how the scene ends. The issue being: I have no idea how to do that. So, what would I need to do in order to make such changes (besides get permission from the mod authors, of course)?
  12. Question: If the argument cutscene triggers with this mod installed, will the Handmaiden betray your party and fight Visas at the end? Or are there other conditions that need to be met for that to happen?
  13. Just installed the mod, specifically only Components 1, 5, & 6, and I noticed that there wasn't a backup folder generated for Component 5.
  14. I would very much like to know as well. I don't have M4-78 installed, but still get the "Finding The HK Factory" bug. Actually, I think I figured it out. The "Expansion" in this case is referring to the "Jedi Temple Expansion" mod that adds custom loading screens to Coruscant.

Peña This mod changes the Mandalorian Captain found by the Temple on the Unknown World to be “Mandalore the Unknown”, the self-proclaimed Mandalore referenced several times in KOTOR by HK-47 and the Mandalorians on Kashyyyk, but never seen in-game. Per the campaign guide, Canderous defeated him between games and took his armor and helmet as a way to honor him, combining the helmet with Mandalore the Ultimate's mask (which is why Manalore's helmet in KOTOR 2 looks so different compared to the mask from the comics). This mod moves that confrontation earlier in the timeline, allowing players to experience Canderous acquiring his armor from KOTOR 2 and letting him (or anyone in your party who can equip heavy armor) to rock up to the Star Forge wearing one of the coolest armor sets from either game. “Mandalore the Unknown” is wearing an upgradeable armor set with the appearance of Mandalore's Armor from KOTOR 2. Upon his defeat, he'll drop this armor instead of the “Mandalorian Assault Armor” the Mandalorian Captain drops in the base game. The appearance is set up as a disguise, and so it will work for both male and female characters. He also drops a datapad that explains why he was sending teams of Mandalorians to hunt in the Shadowlands, what he's doing on the Unknown World, and changes up events a little more to make to him the one who made the modifications to Mandalore's mask. I have also included optional files to change Mandalore the Ultimate from SilverEdge9's Brotherhood of Shadow: Solomon's Revenge mod to also have the appearance of Mandalore from KOTOR 2. The mask looted from the “Non-Canon” chest remains unaltered and has its original appearance.   18. Okay, I've managed to properly import the model to KOTOR & edit appearance.2da appropriately. My only question now is how to make this compatible with other mods that modify appearance.2da, since that will change the appearance line number for the TSL Mandalore Armor.

After some digging, I found this thread, which says that you can use MDLEdit to convert the TSL model to an ACSII file, then convert the ACSII file to a KOTOR 1 file, so long as you have the correct KOTOR 1 supermodel in the same file location as the TSL model files you are trying to import to KOTOR 1: Just be sure to use the 2DA Editor when updating appearance.2da. It works much better than the KOTOR Tool.
  20. How can you import a model from KOTOR 1 to KOTOR 2 and vice-versa? I understand that you need to use MDLOPs or MDLEdit, and then a 3d model software like blender with the add-ons available for download on this site, but I don't understand what steps actually need to be taken to make the model files from one game readable by the other game.
  21. I assume it's not as easy as just adding the new line to appearance.2da and dropping the TSL mdl, mdx, & tga files for Mandalore into the Override folder. What would I need to do to make sure the TSL mdl, mdx, & tga files work properly in KOTOR 1?
  22. Or a guide to explain what steps one would have to take to make it themself. It would have to be a disguise in order to work on both Male and Female characters, since no female model of the armor exists. To be clear, I'm talking about the version WITH the helmet, not the unused helmet-less model.
  23. Does the existence of a custom female head on a companion ruin the female model for all characters? I have both this and SAO's Sleheyron Story Mode installed, and the female model defaults to the original base game's model even when worn by the PC with an unaltered head.
  24. View File Vorn Daasraad's Krayt Dragon Pearl This mod allows you to loot a Krayt Dragon Pearl off of Vorn Daasraad's body (he's the Gamoreon Genoharadan target on Tatooine). This mod will only work on a save file from before Vorn Daasraad has been spawned. I always thought it was odd that you couldn't get a Krayt Dragon Pearl from Vorn, since the whole reason he's on Tatooine is because he's hunting a Krayt Dragon. You even see the dragon's dead body if you attack him with his own droid. Now you can get a 2nd Krayt Dragon Pearl without being a total jerk to Komad Fortuna. Or a 3rd, if you're okay with being a jerk. Of course, since Vorn is a Genoharadan target, you'll still have to get Dark Side points if you want the extra Pearl.
