View File KotOR2 T3-M4 Voice Reversion Module Testing a theory . . . Here's a new KotOR2 mod of mine. You’ll probably hate it! [TSL] T3-M4 Voice Reversion Module (version 1.0) MOD AUTHOR: Sith Holocron ORIGINAL RELEASE: 28 MAY 2023 FOR WHAT GAME: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords Description: ---------------- T3—M4 will sound a little more like his KotOR1 incarnation with this mod. Not the command/combat barks - just the conversations. Installation: 1) Follow this path in your KotOR2 install and trace the route of the following…. SWKotOR2 > SteamVoice > AVO 2) In that AVO folder, find the following folders and move them to your desktop (which will enable you to reinstall the original sounds if you don’t like what’s in this mod): _T3M4AN, _T3M4CMN, _T3M4GRE, _T3M4HAP, _T3M4LAF, _T3M4MOC, _T3M4QUE, _T3M4SA, _T3M4SCA, _T3M4SCR, _T3M4WOU. 3) Place the folders in my mod package that have the same names in step 2, into the AVO folder To Uninstall: Take the folders that you put in step 2 of the install out again. Return the folders of the same name that you placed on your desktop back into the AVO folder Known Bugs: None known at this time. Special Thanks: To JCarter426: For pointing out exactly where I could find the original sound files that were replaced with my mod. To Leilukin: For walking me through SithCodec (let’s hope I got it right!) and for pre-release reviews. To Sithspecter: For pre-release reviews. To Snigaroo: For pre-release reviews. To Arson Hole: For pre-release reviews. The Sith Lords Restoration Project Videos
Sith Holocron commented on N-DReW25's blog entry in N-DReW's Datapad
I will check this video out now and post my thoughts in a few hours. (This should plenty of time to others to give their views before I do.) -
First of all, you posted this in the wrong section. Secondly . . . Read this post. Follow the instructions. Bug reports for TSLRCM require the format in the linked thread. You should know this second part already as you liked the post!

Most of the movie makers are currently working on their projects but they are aware of the blog. (I have spoken privately with most of them.) I would suggest keeping an eye on that blog and to make comments on any video that others have (and may) post in there. Edit: When I said "keeping an eye on it", I actually meant "follow that particular blog entry." Sorry if I wasn't clear.

I think we'll to have to wait until it's done to have a full accounting of it. Would it suffice to say a more stable Deadly Stream and for us to leave it at that?
-
How interesting. Found an article about TSLRCM from way back in 2009. Updated this thread accordingly: http://deadlystream.com/forum/topic/4026-tslrcm-in-the-media/

TSLRP: Not Quite A Post-Mortem
Sith Holocron replied to InSidious's topic in General Kotor/TSL Modding
IIRC, Stoney was the one that convinced Savvy to give it to TSLRCM and I was the one that suggested poaching TSLRP's talent as that project started to crumble. I also recall that Savvy was female but I may have been remembering incorrectly. -

A request: a 2048 x 1152 sized wallpaper consisting of M4-78 EP content. I'd like a new screensaver for my desktop. Post your pictures on MIGUR so you can share with all of us. Thanks!

I've updated one of my blog entries with how one of my proposals would at least sound like. Check it out if you're interested.

Did you understand what I meant about porting?
-
I don't know what you mean here. Sorry!
-
As this discusses putting a unique KOTOR2 model into KOTOR1 (that doesn't have it), this veers very close to a Porting discussion. Review this page before you continue.

Try placing the file in the Override folder and see how that goes. If anyone has a different suggestion, chime in after LucyTheAlien reports back to us.

Report no bugs to me. I'm not on the TSLRCM team and I had no hand in working on that DLG file. However, if you find bugs in TSLRCM, please continue to use this thread for that purpose.

Blog #67 - Font Discussion
Sith Holocron commented on Sith Holocron's blog entry in Sith Holocron's Blog
I did wind up buying the Praktika font but I'll be using it for things other than KOTOR related stuff. (There was a sale I was trying to get in on.) -
No, they can't remove a filter. Lines that don't have a filter that I've encountered in the game include: 502bounty1011: "The bounty on this Jedi has been rescinded by the order of G0-T0. If you attempt to carry out this bounty, then the next bounty placed will be on your head." (However, this line exists in the game with the filter. Copying that file - 512bounty1026 - and renaming it to "502bounty1011" should take care of the issue if it wasn't already corrected in TSLRCM. 605ralon010: "Objective truth is irrelevant. It is beneficial to reduce the seller's confidence in the quality of the item for sale. The query is valid barter tactic." I will restart the search for unfiltered lines. Update: This is old news to the TSLRCM team but lines for the droid seller 1B-8D are unfiltered in StreamVoice / 502 / MP_128 but are filtered in StreamVoice / 512 / MP_128. Lucy: Is the line you're referring to "I don't particularly like the idea that he's working for them now."? (I have attached a newly filtered version of that particular Mandalore line: 503xaart024) 503xaart024.mp3

N-DReW25 recently pointed something out to me. I decided to take a look at this - even with the extreme likelihood that this wouldn't be put into TSLRCM. I have changed the gender of the line. G0-T0 now says "If I may interject... he is placing an artificially high value on these goods, which would suggest that their value is significantly higher than we first believed." Seeing as it's only one MP3 file, this seems like this would be a ridiculous thing to upload as a mod so I'll just leave the line here. No credit needed if anyone wants to use this in one of their mods. 601saedhe045.mp3

Entry 1: Here are examples of what I'm talking about when I say the KOTOR Menu font.
