      @Sith HolocronThe mod is not incompatible with TSLRCM, it can still be used with the RCM (Hence is why its on the Reddit Build) but as TSLRCM removed the Sion BIK scene and replaced it with the in-game scene this new scene won't be seen by 99% of people because 99% of people use TSLRCM these days.

       

      The only scene players will see is the Harbinger arriving at Peragus.

      I don't believe that's accurate. I tested with Kainzorus's mod after the first revisions of the mod build, so with TSLRCM's base handling of the sequence in mind, and it did have clear changes to the camera and ingame elements during the cutscene. I could be mistaken--I make stupid mistakes plenty--but if it's so in this case, I don't know how I wouldn't have caught that the sequences are the same.

      It seems that the linked Sion's arrival uses higher res BIK movies, but splits them the same way TSLRCM does. So it is definitely compatible with TSLRCM and noticeable in game. He even says it's an expansion of my version of Sion's arrival in the description.

  8. OK, it's time for an update . . . After Dantooine, it seems pretty unanimous to go to Tatooine first. (We all love HK, after all.) And I'm going to pencil Kashyyyk as the planet after that. If I stick to that order, which is preferable for the next two planet's cut scenes? Manaan then Korriban - or vice versa? Keep in mind there's a Leviathan appearance between these two planet's cut scenes.

  10. Hey there - LTNS! For the purposes of this order of planets, pretend we're dealing with the vanilla game (i.e. no mods) I have updated the original post accordingly. The reason I ask is that I'm putting up the KotOR1 cutscenes on YT in a playlist - just like I've done with TSL rendered cutscenes before. I thought I may as well get the common consensus before working on the cutscenes after Dantooine. (The K1 playlist is set to private at the moment.) I will be putting the BIKs from BOS in the playlist after the vanilla ones. (Actually, one of the BIKs is my cleaned up version of Silveredge9's.)
  11. I'm working on a little something for YT and I am just wondering: what is your preferred order of planets in Knights of the Old Republic 1? It isn't necessary to explain your reasoning but you are welcome to do so. Update: Oh and leave BOS out this for the time being.
  12. Splicing is a way to expand the dialogue that's in the game. However it's limited to the skill of the splicer and what's available in the game. (We all know how awful some of my splices turned out.) It seems to me that DeepFake AI samples of dialogue may provide a decent workaround to those issues. Here's a Twitter account with a few examples of what I'm talking about. https://twitter.com/StableVoices Perhaps this fella (or someone else working on this technology) should be influenced to work on making sound sets for the major KotOR and TSL characters. I think Kreia is likely the best sound set to make as there are many lines that weren't voiced (i.e. some of the Trayus lines that only remain voiced by Atris' character) or they didn't have the versions for both genders. I'm sure there are quite a few other missing lines by other characters that I'm not thinking of right now as well. What are your thoughts?   14. At last ... I finally was able to successfully solo my last Exarch in SWTOR.  (That's the Voss one BTW.)  I'll have to update my blog about that at some point!

  16. I wouldn't necessarily go with "should" but you could think of it as an option that you could take if you so desired. Or you could let Nexus do their thing and then make the comment, which would alter what you might write. In the end, it's entirely up to you.

The following people have had their mods stolen and should probably report their stolen mods to the appropriate authority on Steam.   22. Read this to know why this could possibly be happening. This isn't the first time this has been noticed with Atton, by the way.

As my mods, Kexikus' mod, and Vasilii Zaytsev's mod have been used thousands of times - and are indeed all included in the KotOR Subreddit's Mod Compilation list - and none of them have been reported with this issue, the issue becomes clear. It has to be the KotOR 2 Unlimited World Texture Mod. As that thing has thousands of files without appropriate TXIs, I'd suggest just completely uninstalling your copy of TSL making sure that your Override is completely clear before install anything again. I can't recommend KotOR 2 Unlimited World Texture Mod, especially with the other issue that you reported to me via PM. Avoid KotOR 2 Unlimited World Texture Mod like the plague. If I had to hazard a guess, the offending mod probably has an issue with a bad alpha layer. And please stop capitalizing "KotOR 2 Unlimited World Texture Mod" - it's like you're shouting it when we probably should be ignoring it.
