  1. It will definitely conflict with K1R. Additionally, that Xenon "patch" is actually of stolen mods thrown together from other people's work with any of the credit. If has Xenon's name, it just isn't worth having. Trust me on this. (However if you haven't to hear about how Xenon (AKA Cryptobionika) stole other folks work, hear it straight from her own post.

  4. What mods are you using? Include links to these mods as well. If you are using TSLRCM, which specific version do you have installed? (If it's anything before 1.8.2, please note only the current version of TSLRCM is being supported.)

  6. VP, might I say . .. you're awesome? There have been many folks pining for USM with TSLRCM. I can't blame them. Both mods are fun to use. However, it is VP that has done the most to make this possible. Add into this, he's making QDJ's hilts available in this as well as many other hilts available. If the new folks don't quite get the gargantuan effort expended here, I'll just say . . . bravo! Carry on, modder. Carry on!

  8. Stop right there. . . Why are you installing the old version of TSLRCM? Might I suggest the TSLRCM 1.8.2 instead? Or was that a typo?
  9. I've decided to leave the Revenge of Revan group on Facebook. Why might that be? Many of discussions have NOTHING to do with Revenge of Revan. If I wish to chat about either game - whether it be a story related item, or a walk through, or mods - I go to here or LucasForums and that's where I engage in that subject. I don't have a slew of emails sent to my inbox on subjects that I don't wish to discuss. A recently rambling thread about how to deal with Yuthura Ban - a character in a game that's in a 10 year old was the last straw that drove me from the group. That's really OK with me - as I loathe Facebook. I know I have the option to turn off notifications but it's an all-or-nothing proposition. I only really want to hear from Logan or from folks actually contributing in some major way to the mod. (Redrob41 fits in that category.) I have this site and LucasForums for updates so I'm not missing any of the truly new information.
  10. Added most of those last night before heading off to sleep. Just before I headed out to work this morning, I decided to add DarthJacen's Movie-Style Retextures (Version 6) with Flickering Blades to the mix.

  12. Milestails, could you add the link to the Darth333's Xor mod in your post? I couldn't find it anywhere. I'm a little hesitant to add any dialogue mods to my KOTOR folders as I can imagine them playing havoc with BOS and/or Recruitable Kay. If you can confirm that you've had both of those mods and your dialogue mods work with no hitch whatsoever, please let me know.

I'll be playing a fresh KOTOR1 playthrough and I need suggestions. 1) Silveredge9's Brotherhood of Shadow: Solomon's Revenge 2) Inyri Forge's Recruitable Kay 3) Sithspecter's Flowing Revan Robes 4) Drewton's Darth Malak skin 5) Zbyl's restored K1 BIK Movies I followed Inyri Forge's instructions on how to make sure that Solomon's Revenge is compatible with her mod. Now that I have them all patched up, I'm looking for more suggestions on what I should add to my K1 playthrough. I'm only interested in mods that actually have been released. I also have no interest in any mods that are not compatible with the ones above. I did get a suggestion before I made this blog. Here's why I won't be using it . . . I will not be using "KotOR Cutscene Sound Improvement" for two reasons. 1) It doesn't specify which version of BOS it's compatible with. (Is it the original BOS or the new "Solomon's Revenge" version?) 2) It uses John Williams' Star Wars music and I'm pretty sure that's not legal. (Thanks anyway for the suggestion, milestails!) I'm hoping to hear from you folks with some K1 suggestions!

  17. For BOS:Solon's Revenge - were there any fixes produced for that mod or is it only the main mod? I'm thinking of a K1 playthrough soon. (I'll be playing with both BOS and Inyri Forge's Recruitable Kay)

      Yes, Kay replaces Juhani. I will only see Juhani at the Grove once that mod is released.

      That is one incredible Juhani mod though! Never really considered using RK; the voice actors from the trailers aren't to my liking.

  19. This is less of a "Hate" thing and more of a suggestion. It would be nice if all of the "Atton playing Pazaak with T3-M4" were spread out instead of playing all in the row. I got the impression it was more a running joke type of humor rather than all in one. Also, it helps pace the cutscenes throughout the game.
  20. Thanks, HDTVChannel. If you're wondering why you might want to install this, think about it this way. . . If you're testing another mod and you have to play through Peragus yet again, you might want to have something new to look at it. In that case, here you go. LOL

Here's my sixth small mod Peragus Large Monitor Adjustment (version 1.1) MOD AUTHOR: Sith Holocron ORIGINAL RELEASE: 23 JUN 2013 UPDATED RELEASE: 11 MAR 2023 FOR WHAT GAME: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords Description: Don’t expect this to be as interesting as the Telos Signage mod that I came up with. (LOL) This small mod collection replaces textures for the large monitor seen on Peragus that overlooks the asteroid field. I wasn’t crazy about the low resolution images in the smaller boxes off to the side so I decided to take a crack at it. I’ve kept to general idea of what were originally shown in those boxes so this difference won’t be too drastic. In addition, that old low resolution asteroid animation just had to go. It has been replaced as well. Finally, that scrolling text box can now be read. Since the original text box was illegible, I decided to make my own. A separate translation Word document is included in case you’re wondering what it says. (I’d appreciate it if you all let folks read it for themselves so please don’t post the translation in reviews.) As always, constructive criticism is welcome. Reviews are appreciated, even if it’s only a like. Installation: For Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2 - Extract the TGA files and the TXI file into the SWKotOR2/Override folder if not using the KotOR Reddit Mod Builds. If you are using the KotOR Reddit Mod Builds, you should instead use the textures in found in the Alternate Textures subfolder. If you find that the portion on the PER_Tk02.tga texture too distracting because it uses a modified version of the Sol System, this is the clear choice for you. A new loading screen using the altered texture has been included for your convenience. (The loading screen using the original texture is already included in my Loading Screen mods.)
