  1. Has anyone used VO from other work done by actors for a mod? Is that even legal?

Thanks Thomo93, but that's not the case, I'm just curious. SH and DarthParametric pretty much gave me the answer I was looking for. Still it makes me wonder, if people download mp3 files for free illegally and get away with it. How strongly would gaming companies come down on modders, would they even notice? To be straight, I'm merely speaking hypothetical, I cannot mod nor am I requesting this to be done.

      1) Disney is very protective of their trademarks, 2) Modders that attempt to do so often get takedown notices when they do so. Just look at all of the Kickstarters that have been pulled because they didn't have permission to do what they're doing. (Use your Google.)

That's true Disney does act aggressively with it's license. I guess if it were to be done, it would be somewhere on piratebay, mediafire, putlocker, or some type of file sharing that was under the radar and sketchy. I guess it's just a fantasy to think that it could be done, but it's dominated my thoughts before I learned about mods. I just had to understand why it wasn't done. Thanks for clarifying SH.
