1 pointSo I am finally making a thread to see what the people who actually use SLM or my other mods would like to see be implemented in it. I already have a long list of things I'd like to accomplish, some are harder for me to do and some are not. But again if you have a suggestion or personal preference let me know here and I will see about going forward with it. Want to do list: Removing the rancor from Khoonda plains and placing that saber somewhere else. Remaking all saber blade textures to look more like the movies and shows (Kenobi, Mandalorian) Possibly switching models for pc hilt and/or red default hilts. Doing compares for all party saber making dialogs instead of hard replaces. Remove the Acheron saber quest and all associated files (getting rid of it). Removing all .mod files from the installation that are hard replaces and putting those files in tslpatchdata to be inserted into the exisiting .mod files. Removing the zakkeg boss from Dxun pt.1 and replacing that saber since Acheron wont exist anymore. Saber blades Here is what we have... ...but this is what I want If anyone had suggestions on how to achieve this it would be most welcome. -KJ

This modding toolset is a work in progress and I carry no responsibility to any damage done to your game files or lost work that may occur. Some antiviruses will flag a false positive and prevent you from opening the application. If this happens you will need to configure your antivirus to allow the program to run. Holocron Toolset is a collection of modding tools packaged in a single application aimed at streamlining modding development for KotOR/TSL, drawing inspiration from Kotor Tool and the NWN Aurora Toolset. There are editors available for nearly every file type used by the game. Also included with it is a 3D module editor and a "Map Builder" which the user can use to create new maps by rearranging existing models already used in the game. Description: This adds a Playable Nightsister to Kotor 2. It used PMHA01's Textures so any other mods that change or use that will be considered incompatible. It has 2 dark side transitions, like all PC characters in Kotor 2. There are no Dark Side Corruption transitions and instead the eyes go from Brown to Yellow to Orange and the mouth goes from Grey to Dark Grey to Darker Grey. I thought about doing some tattoos on the face but decided not to because it seemed difficult. I chose Brown as the base eyes because that's what Merrin has in Jedi Fallen Order. In Update 1.1: I added 3 new items along with a tattoo variant of the Nightsister. If you are lazy and don't want to go to the dormitories where these items are, the Cheat codes for these 3 items are: a_robe_50 - Nightsister Mother Witch's Robes a_robe_51 - Nightsister Coven Clothes g_w_lghtsbr65 - Magiksaber (These can only be equipped to Females, as that is what the Nightsisters Gender are.) You will need to start a new game or load a save before entering the dormitory module for it to be updated! Installation: To Install this: Put the files from "With tattoos" or "No Tattoos" depending on which you choose from "Character" into your Override folder in your kotor 2 directory. (You can only have ONE) (OPTIONAL) Put the files from "Items" into your Override folder in your kotor 2 directory. This can stop your whole playthrough if you save and exit the game when in the bunk part, and you get stuck behind that one door. I do not know how to fix this, however you can warp to another module, which I recommend the mining tunnels one, and then go back to the administration level and go to where kreia would be. (The closest un-openable door to the Kolto tanks) Should be no other bugs with this mod. Incompatibilities: Any mods that use PMHA01's files will not be compatible. I haven't found any mods that are incompatible with this, but if I find any I will add it here. Recommendations: I Highly Recommend Effixan's Underwear Pack mod: I recommend this because in the game with my Nightsister mod, the underwear appears as the normal vanilla underwear, which looks odd with a nightsister head and a human body. Credits and Distribution: Credit to Effix for the underwear mod that makes my mod look more normal. I do not want my Nightsister head to be uploaded to the Steam Workshop, because: 1. The Steam Workshop is an absolute mess 2. If I did want it on the Steam Workshop, I'd put it on there myself. You can use the Nightsister head in your Mod, just give me credit and do not claim it as your own. -

DESCRIPTION: This mod adds six new items with unique properties for each of the human and humanoid party members in KotOR 1, namely Bastila, Carth, Mission, Canderous, Juhani and Jolee. Said party members will automatically have these unique outfits equipped when they join your party. Each of these outfits also has its own custom inventory icon. In addition, when Carth joins your party, he will equip two of his unique blaster pistols instead of just one of them and one regular blaster pistol. If you want to see your party members appear in their default outfits and those outfits being more useful in combat throughout the course of the game, this mod is for you. This mod was intended for the party members’ unique outfits to be usable in combat throughout the entire game. Therefore, the properties of these items may be overpowered, especially in the early game. I make no promises to make a “balanced” version of this mod, because I play the KotOR games for the story and characters and not combat. If gameplay and combat balance are very important to you, this mod is not for you. This mod was inspired by jonathan7's Party Clothing mod. Party Clothing was also what inspired me to make my TSL Improved Party Outfits mod. I eventually decided to make my own version on the mod concept for KotOR 1 as well. I set up my mod to be installed via TSLPatcher to maximize compatibility with other mods. 2. USAGE NOTES: For the best experience with this mod, it's recommended to have a completely new KotOR 1 playthrough. NOTE: YOU STILL NEED REDROB41'S PLAYER & PARTY UNDERWEAR TO GET ANY OF THEIR OTHER FIXES AND COMPANION TWEAKS INCLUDED IN THAT MOD! IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THEIR MOD FIRST BEFORE MINE, YOU WILL STILL ENCOUNTER PROBLEMS WITH THESE TEXTURES! So it turns out that the compatibility patch for RedRob41's Party & Player Underwear that is offered with Ultimate Character Overhaul does not include any of the PC underwear options - including the tweaks to the Dancer's Outfit for more consistent & muscular female PCs. This mod aims to fix that and add some additional tweaks, with the major one restoring the original red shoes all PCs got that was removed from RedRob41's mod. Please note that this is meant to be used alongside the compatibility patch that is offered by Ultimate Character Overhaul since that one affects party members while mine only affects the PC. There are 3 versions of the mod: Party & Player Underwear+UCO: This offers all of the PC underwear options from Party & Player Underwear in a similar quality to UCO. These are upscaled 2k textures of what RedRob41 offers in his mod. This one will have the upscaled female PC Dancer's Outfit tweaks, so grab those files from this folder if you want those fixed textures. Red Shoe Restoration for Party & Player Underwear+UCO: This restores the OG stylish red shoes on all of the applicable underwear options except for the Athletic ones since those are customized, and then all the textures are upscaled to 2k (similar to UCO quality). Red Shoe Restoration: Same as above, but for those not using UCO. This is only for those who are running Player & Party Underwear. All versions of my mod also include the following tweaks: Asian males now have more defined muscles. Their original textures had them kind-of non-existent, so I tweaked them to be more like the White male PCs. All shirtless male options now have HyperRealistic™ nipple colors instead of skin-colored nipples. Female shoes now have color-matching soles instead of the original white soles in the P&PU+UCO version. You also have the option of choosing to download uncompressed TGA files or compressed TPC files; generally speaking, TPC is nearly identical to TGA in terms of quality while being smaller in filesize, so I would recommend downloading the TPC version of this mod if only for the better load performance. Installation 1. Download Party & Player Underwear and install it. 2. (Optional) Download Ultimate Character Overhaul and the provided compatibility patch on that page, then install both. 3. Download this mod and simply drag which underwear options you want into your Override folder, then let it overwrite any other existing files. 1 pointWow. Holy.... Welp, installing SLM is going to take awhile now....BUT. It will be much more compatible with other random mods. I've started to do the comparing of dialog files in the patcher, and the gff section alone is ridiculously long.

This mod will add upscaled textures for the Star Forge and Endar Spire sections of the game. Except the skies see note below. All textures are now 4x their original size. Example a 128x128 becomes 512x512, etc... I've not gone up to the 4096x4096 sizes as I don't see what that would add to this older game. A few textures do get to this size, example is the Ebon Hawk. Normal maps have also been redone, rerendered not just upscaled. It's still a 400% improvement on the older files. Enjoy! 1 pointAs someone that has had many falls from grace* in dealing with folks on this and other KOTOR communities, I may have some suggestions. And I am making this post here rather than doing this in a PM. Don't private the videos but make them unlisted. Even if you're going to attempt to lessen the blow in your reevaluation and readdresal of the Cathalan situation, you want folks to see what was said. If they know where to search for the videos (i.e. this thread), they can learn what you did say. Of course, you can take actions to lessen future harm by turning off comments to those videos though. I'm not sure what you plan to communicate in your official post. Contrition for what you said? Toning down the negative commentary but providing an even handed review from today's perspective? Will it be making suggestions (or even offers of actual modding help in the form of patches) to the work? Hard to say. But to make the videos completely private just doesn't feel like the right way to go, especially with the thread providing evidence that something happened. Because any apology would have to acknowledge any harm done. And this was a long post to type on a phone. * Not her.

0 pointsWell, it certainly has been a long time since I made one of these. Read through my last one, and things were certainly dire back then. Fortunately, that car accident had no lasting damage besides some scarring and the ability to pop my sternum. Obviously, I haven't modded in a while, or at least haven't released anything. I've been busy: college that took way longer than it should have (got my Associates in 2020 after 4 years), some programming here and there (nothing paid), general living, and of course a lot of D&D / Pathfinder throughout that time. But I'm glad to say that I have an Associate of Science - Oregon Transfer degree and I'm enrolled for the Bachelor's in the fall. COVID really delayed things, but I was fortunate to keep working as a janitor all throughout. However, these weren't the only reasons I was kept away from the community I know and love. By the way, I'm glad to see things didn't slow down while I was gone! Another big reason I've been away was fear. It's scary when you discover something about yourself, but you don't know how the rest of the world will react. It doesn't help when you yourself are so ignorant about it that you didn't think it was a real thing until the repressed thoughts and emotions pop up. If anyone's read the "About Me" section on my profile recently, you probably already know. In 2019, I realized I was transgender. It wasn't just one thing, thought, or experience that showed me; instead, it was a culmination of things from my childhood and throughout my life up till then. But like I said, that's scary. It takes a lot of time to adjust your thinking, to research and evaluate yourself. To test the waters, so-to-speak, and see what things are like in your new reality. And that was the case for most of 2019 and all of 2020. I spent my time hidden away, trying to fly under the radar and not draw attention to myself. My friends from college and my roommates knew, of course. But the outside world? No, no, no. Much too risky, of course. In 2021, I decided to get the ball rolling on the rest of my life. I'd spent a couple of years finding my new sense of self, recentering, and getting a new sense of style. For the most part, things have been pretty quiet. But recently, I've had some pretty good experiences re-connecting with a few of you people, and it's been wonderfully refreshing to be "back". So, I'm ready to come out of the shadows and say "Hi! I'm Tristan. For those of you that used to guess I was a woman... well, looks like you were right. "
