It's finally here! At last, The Sith Lords Restored Content Modification 1.8.6 has been successfully ported to the original Xbox. The game is now able to be fully completed from beginning to end with zero major issues. This upload is in the form of patched files that must be added on top of an existing installation of the mod. Requirements -An original Xbox capable of launching homebrew (soft or hardmodded) -Some method to transfer files between your Xbox and PC (FTP is recommended) -At least 5GB of space on your Xbox's HDD -A physical copy of Knights of the Old Republic II for the Xbox Installation 1. IMPORTANT! If you have previously dumped the first Knights of the Old Republic game to your Xbox, ensure that you change the folder it's located in from its default ("StarWars") to any other name. If you do not do this, both games will end up dumped into the same folder, ruining both installations 2. Use UnleashX to dump your game disc to your Xbox's HDD. Other methods of dumping the game may be possible, but I can only promise it works using UnelashX 3. FTP the entire game folder to your PC, and create an additional backup of it on your PC in the event you need to restart the installation 4. Run the official TSLRCM 1.8.6 installer .exe, which you can find here: https://deadlystream.com/files/file/578-tsl-restored-content-mod/ 5. Specify the Xbox dump of the game as the folder to which the mod should be installed. (i.e. D:\Games\SWKotOR2\). When in doubt, it's the folder with "default.xbe" located inside it 6. Delete the following files from the newly created Override folder: 235TEL.lyt, 235TEL.vis, 235TELA.mdl, 235TELA.mdx, and 235TELA.wok, 7. Delete every .tga file from Override 8. [IF YOUR XBOX DOES NOT HAVE THE 128MB RAM UPGRADE] Delete 601DAN.mod from Modules 9. Extract the contents of the Clean Install Package into the root game folder, overwriting any files if asked 10. Delete the original, unmodified rip of KotOR II on your Xbox's HDD 11. FTP the modified KotOR II back to your console in a location of your choosing 12. Verify your install. In semi-rare cases, files may become corrupt during the transfer process. Compare the amount of bytes the game folder takes up on both your Xbox and your PC. If there is a mismatch, either repeat the transfer and compare again or simply narrow down which folders on the Xbox don't match the PC equivalent To update from 1.0 or 1.1 to 1.2: 1) Delete any file that starts with "003ebo..." from Override 2) Extract the "Update from 1.0 or 1.1" install package into the game directory, overwriting any files if asked Known Issues -The Battle of Khoonda currently does function on stock consoles and requires a 128MB RAM upgrade to work properly. The restored version of this sequence spawns so many NPCs that it causes the stock Xbox to choke to death on its own assets within seconds of the battle starting, so step 8 of the installation instructions remove the module file that adds the battle. If you would like to see this happen (not recommended) or have an upgraded Xbox, simply don't delete 601DAN.mod from the Modules folder. -On very rare occasions, a significant performance drop may occur during combat that passes after a few seconds. This may or may not be an issue with the Xbox version and may or may not be related to Jedi Guardian characters not currently controlled by the player initiating a Force Jump, but it's so uncommon that diagnosing it is difficult. If you would like to contribute to fixing the last few remaining issues, feel free to DM me and I will be happy to implement your fixes in a future update. Frequently Asked Questions: Will this work on Xbox 360/Xemu/Xbone/Xbox Series S/X? The short answer is that I don't know. I don't have any of that gear to test with, but anything that's capable of launching a game rip shouldn't have any issues. I make no promises, though. Why does the installation require deleting so many files? Is there content missing from the mod? The only content from TSLRCM that hasn't made it into this port for stock Xboxes is the battle of Khoonda (contained in 601DAN.mod) since it spawns more NPCs than the Xbox can handle. If your Xbox has a 128MB RAM upgrade, this content is available and fully functional (Thanks to Hellraiser988 and iroiry) Every other removed file is redundant. The .tga files have all been converted to .txb and resized to work on Xbox, and the 235TEL files in Override have been consolidated into their own .rim files in the rimsxbox folder and no longer need to be present in Override. Do I have to use UnleashX to rip the game? Not necessarily. However, some methods of dumping Xbox games purposefully leave out some files to conserve HDD space and that could pose an issue. I used UnleashX to dump my own copy and that's what I used to port the mod, so I can guarantee it works. Use other methods of acquiring a dump of the game at your own risk. Will you be porting [insert mod here] to the Xbox? Maybe. It's a decent workload and some mods require a lot more tinkering than others, so it just comes down to what (if any) I'm interested in. Fortunately, if you've managed to dump your copy of KotOR II to your Xbox, you have exactly as much modding experience as I had when I started this project; so feel free to take matters into your own hands. Is there a widescreen patch for the Xbox? Will you make one? As far as I'm aware there is not a widescreen patch for the Xbox version of the game and I have less than zero interest in making one. Play the game in 4:3. It's better that way. I'm experiencing the dialogue skipping bug and/or frequent mysterious game crashes. What do I do? Some files probably got corrupted during the FTP process. It happens sometimes and there's nothing I can do about it. Repeat step 12 of the installation instructions. If your game folder on the Xbox's HDD is exactly the amount of bytes it is on your PC, contact me either via DM on Deadly Stream or Discord (_LOTO_) Special Thanks Though this is my release of the port, and I have been the one to do all of the labour in putting it together, this would not have been possible without assistance from various members of the KotOR community including, but not limited to: -Alvar007, for advising on various fixes, both major and minor, and contributing to the s_male02.mdl/.mdx fix -Jacqyl Frost, for offering to playtest the mod -JCarter426, for technical support, bugfixes, and creating SithCodec -Thor110, for technical support -armado548, for pioneering much of the early steps of the process and leaving enough of a paper trail for me to pickup on -bead-v, creator of MDLEdit -Fair Strides, creator of ERFEdit and DLG Editor -Darth_Sapiens, creator of KOTOR TOOL -Blue, for creating KotOR Scripting Tool -Monochrome Jones, for creating the "LOTO's Xbox Version" text in the logo -The original TSLRCM team, for creating the mod in the first place -Sith Holocron, for creating and implementing the in-game logos for the mod -Jacd28, for contributing to the s_male02.mdl/.mdx fix -darthbdaman, for providing the Visas lightsaber training fix -Hellraiser988 and iroiry, for verifying that the Battle of Khoonda works with a RAM upgraded Xbox If you don't see your name here and feel as though you contributed to the project, I apologize! Please DM me and I will add your name here without delay.

This mod: This mod aims to add a few items for the player to use, helmets, masks and other things that go in the same slot. In the future I plan to place them in a lore-friendly way in the normal gameplay. This uses ripped models from full characters, they need to be adapted to player heads. Bao-dur can't use them because his horns don't leave physical space for them (obviously not clipping!). How to use: There is no way to have the 3 new helmets yet. To get them, you have to write in the console: giveitem a_helmet_7x Where x is a value between 0 and two. 0 is for the sith soldier helmet, 1 is for the republic officer cap, and 2 is for the republic soldier helmet. Installation: Use the .exe with the package. If not possible, then copy everything to the override Uninstall: Remove the 9 files from this mod (3 *.uti, 6*.tga) from the override. Permissions: You may use the files from this mod for any purpose, as long as you ask me first. 5. Hi everyone, I've been lurking KotOR forums since I was about 8 years old, and figured 17 years later I'd put my hat into the ol' modding ring. I'm currently working on a full overhaul of every single item, creature block, and description so it's all a bit more fluffy and cool (I know - a weird thing to do for a first mod. Just always felt that KotORs itemization lacked any kind of depth?) I'm about 60% of the way through, just wrapped up all the items and was wondering if anyone would be interested in playtesting a really early revision? It should be compatible with most texture mods as it doesn't mess with those at all. It would be good to know if things seem: Overpowered Out of place Cringy (I know, personal preference) Too much Too little And just generally have people to give their thoughts of what they'd like to see. Things I want to add as the project progresses: Custom icons for everything new added that try to stay true to the original icons and art style. Unique textures for any placed equipment. New textures applied to droids party members when they equip different armors that correlate with the lore as appropriate. New weapon types (Possibly models sourced from Star Wars Galaxies). Tusken Rifle Gaffi Stick Vibroknuckler Light Lightning Cannon Rocket Launcher Blastswords New feats. Unique weapons for non-Jedi party members. Different models than normal weapons - they start with them and are good early but unupgradable. If you're interested, or have any advice - I'm all ears. Discord: Domamu#1399 Thanks everyone! Disclaimer: Compatibility may vary with other mods that alter the same items. Really you can kind of use it as a base after TSLRCM then overwrite with other mods. Edit: Added a download for the beta for people that want to silently D/L it. Edit 2: There will be balance issues - it's a WIP still after all, I'd recommend downloading the Difficulty Options mod by Darth Shan. Beta v0.4a.rar

HD Cockpit Skyboxes DESCRIPTION When you land the Ebon Hawk on a planet, you are able to look out of the cockpit and view the landing platform. This is achieved by a cylindrical texture. Since the vanilla textures were low res, inaccurate, and desaturated, I recreated the platforms in Maya and rendered them to look as they do in-game. The main planets, including M4-78, are all remastered in 4096x1024. I also include a version of the Nar Shaddaa cockpit texture that utilizes the Realistic Nar Shaddaa Skybox mod by Sharen Thrawn. Additionally, I've upscaled and retouched the outer hull of the ship as seen from the cockpit. If you need downscaled versions, the Medium Resolution option provides 2048x512 resolution skyboxes while the Low Resolution option provides 1024x256 resolution skyboxes (the size from the vanilla game). I'm also offering these textures in TPC format, which tends to be 1/4th the size and download time of the uncompressed files. INSTALLATION -Drop all of the files from the main mod folder into your override folder. -If you want the cockpit texture that uses the Realistic Nar Shaddaa Skybox mod, replace the EBO_Sky01.tga file with the one from the folder labeled With Nar Shaddaa Realistic Skybox. UNINSTALLATION -Delete the aforementioned files from your override folder. THANX Thanks to Photoshop, Maya, MDLOps, Gmax, KotORmax, GIMP, Blender, KotORBlender, and ESRGAN. Special Thanks to Sharen Thrawn for making the Realistic Nar Shaddaa Skybox mod. Please don't repost this on other sites unless as part of a mod pack (with proper credit to me)

*Notice*: This mod is not my own work and is being uploaded to Deadlystream with the permission of the original mod author. After having reached out to Evasto via email, I can confirm his approval via the following: "...if you want to upload it to Deadlystream.com you're more than welcome to. I haven't done anything with KOTOR in a very long time so while I have revisited Luke's lightsaber since then, it was for a Fallout 4 mod rather than KOTOR. If I ever go back to KOTOR I might use the models & textures I made for Fallout 4 to update the mod (as well as the ROTJ Vader), in which event I'd upload 'em to the Nexus, but who knows when or if that'll happen." Information of note: This mod contains files that work in BOTH Kotor 1 and TSL. Each version of the hilt has a folder included with files for installing in TSL. Please see the installation instructions for more information. The following description is taken from the Readme file included: DESCRIPTION: "This mod is quite possibly one of the more ambitious mods I have made to date. This hilts in this pack belong to our favorite Jedi, Luke Skywalker, who built a new lightsaber following the loss of his father's at Cloud City. This mod doesn't, however, deliver just one hilt. You get three (four, counting a texture variant) variations of the familiar lightsaber wielded by Luke. All three replace the green lightsaber, and also comes with a new green blade texture for your enjoyment. Oh, but wait, that's not all! All three of these hilts have a TSL Version, so you can enjoy these hilts in both KOTOR 1 and 2. Also, for the first variant, I've included an alternate texture which makes the usually copper neck black, giving you essentially four lightsabers to play with. Enjoy the mod!" INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Place the necessary files into your KOTOR 1 or KOTOR 2 Override folder. Keep in mind, these hilts overwrite the default green hilt so you can only have one at a time. Just choose the one you like and extract the proper files to the correct Override folder. (The TSL compatible versions are filed into their own folder, so if you want to use one for TSL, just take the hilt's TSL Version files and pop them into the KOTOR 2 Override folder.) If you don't have an Override folder, be sure to make one. Also, when extracting the files, make sure "Use Folder Names" is unchecked or else the files will be extracted into a seperate folder." BUGS: None PERMISSIONS: This mod may not be distributed on other sites without the express permission of the author (Evasto), and without credit given to the original creator of the mod. THIS MODIFICATION IS PROVIDED AS-IS AND IS NOT SUPPORTED BY BIOWARE OR LUCASARTS OR ANY LICENSERS/SPONSORS OF THE MENTIONED COMPANIES. USE OF THIS FILE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK AND THE ABOVE MENTIONED COMPANIES OR THE AUTHOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO YOUR COMPUTER FOR THE USAGE OF THIS FILE. I want to give a very special thank you to Evasto for allowing me to help preserve a mod that has been a long time favorite of mine.

  9. View File TSL Tactical Combat Mod <<<TSL Tactical Combat Mod>>> by Frykas <<About>> If you ever felt that after lvl 15 in KotOR 2, your PC and team got all powerful (Fredon's Nadd tomb being the exception) and pazaak with Atton on (Republic Senat's rules) was more fun than slaying couple more thugs or beasts than this mod is for you. After playing a lot of Pillars of Eternity, I realized that TSL had nearly the same potential for tactical fights but after less than half the game you had to be counter productive to have a fight that lasts more than 4 seconds. Honestly most times I didn't have time to use more than two force buffs because everyone was already dead. Difficulty changes only enemy damage output so it makes things harder but enemies still drop like flies. This mod aims (and will aim, definitely not finished) to correct that. <<Changes>> Files changed are classes.2da, autobalance.2da and k_sp1_force.ncs; autobalance has significantly increased NPC's health, slightly buffed saving throws, set NPC's level to be equal to PC. Classes.2da doubled gained health (on lvlup) by PC and team and raised force point gain (on lvlup) by 50%. !!!Because of game mechanics, increased health points and force poins gain doesnt work retroactively, meaning you'll have to start a new game (as even KSE cannot change your vitality poins directly), this will probably NOT be "fixed" in future releases. Enemy HP and other changes will apply once you enter new area after installing. <<Compatibility>> This mod works with TSLRCM and is being tested and developed to work with it. If you don't have TSLRCM instaled changes might not be appropriate for your playthrough. This mod should work with any other mod that doesn't change those files: Classes.2da, Autobalance.2da, k_sp1_force.ncs ADITIONAL FILE: dialog.tlk included in this download goes to the main folder and not override. It should be comatible with the TSl RCM game but any mod that changes dialog.tlk might not be compatible and will require testing. My file includes modified force powers descriptions to account for extended duration. <<Install>> Drop files to Override (who doesn't like that? ) Dialog.tlk goes to main install folder and make sure to back it up lest you have to reinstall main game and mods. <<Uninstall>> Well, this is going to be difficult... (remove Classes.2da, Autobalance.2da and k_sp1_force.ncs from Override folder, replace dialog.tlk with backed up version if you used it) <<Future changes>> -A lot more testing and figuring out the perfect balance -If you have an idea for more changes or would like to help with this leave a comment or PM me. 10. Hello! I would love to use Dustil's head model for my Exile in KOTOR 2. This mod (Dustil's Head for the Exile - Star Wars: KotOR II: The Sith Lords Mods, Maps, Patches & News - GameFront) allows me to do just that but it does not have any dark side transitions. I would be grateful if anyone could create a mod that adds movie style dark side transitions to Dustil's head model (by "movie style" I mean sith eyes instead of pale, dark side skin). For reference, here's a link to the Movie Style Dark Side Transitions mod I'm referring to: Movie Style Dark Side Transitions - Star Wars: KotOR II: The Sith Lords Mods, Maps, Patches & News - GameFront Thank you very much!

  12. View File ROTJ Luke Lightsaber Pack by Evasto *Notice*: This mod is not my own work and is being uploaded to Deadlystream with the permission of the original mod author. Also, when extracting the files, make sure "Use Folder Names" is unchecked or else the files will be extracted into a seperate folder." 13. View File TSL HD Cockpit Skyboxes HD Cockpit Skyboxes DESCRIPTION When you land the Ebon Hawk on a planet, you are able to look out of the cockpit and view the landing platform. Please don't repost this on other sites unless as part of a mod pack (with proper credit to me) Submitter tjsase Submitted 10/28/2016 Category Skins TSLRCM Compatible Yes

<<<TSL Tactical Combat Mod>>> by Frykas <<About>> If you ever felt that after lvl 15 in KotOR 2, your PC and team got all powerful (Fredon's Nadd tomb being the exception) and pazaak with Atton on (Republic Senat's rules) was more fun than slaying couple more thugs or beasts than this mod is for you.
