View File Blaster Pistol Enhancement I recently showed off some screenshots of enhanced blaster pistols using Captain Hair's blaster pistol model over on Lucas Forums. The goal of this mod is to finish, in a sense, what Captain Hair started with the blasters and make all blaster pistols in both KotOR 1 and KotOR 2 of high quality. When reskinning for the blasters I attempted to match them as closely as possible to their default icons within the game. Anyway, without Captain Hair this mod wouldn't exist so a big thanks to him. Well... I just spent half an hour trying to figure out why one of my scripts wasn't working. Turns out, I didn't spell the tag of one of the objects correctly. That makes 1,532 hours and 30 minutes now spent trying to fix things because I mispelled something.

That pazaak scene looks awesome! I remember reading the commentary in the dialogue file describing that scene and wishing it looked like that in-game.

I also added a unique(ish) texture for the chieftan's gaffi, and modified that gaffi's description a bit to fit with my changes. Well, a year and 3 days ago I created a mod that changed the horrendous gaffi stick texture from a 64x64 monstrosity to a respectable 1024x1024. I also added a unique(ish) texture for the chieftan's gaffi, and modified that gaffi's description a bit to fit with my changes.- 1 comment

Yeah timing's a pain in KotOR. Perhaps Visas is the owner of the conversation, or is the identified speaker for that line of the cutscene? I've noticed the game overrides called animations sometimes with the default conversation ones if the person is the owner/speaker.

Looking better. Though you can still see the trIo stop running just before Nihlius' body's effects take up the screen. Maybe you should have them stop running only after Nihlius' big red effect pops up. Also, it looked like the PC was reacting to the lightning but Visas wasn't.

Looking better. It's a little choppy, especially that long shot of them running off the bridge. They stop running and the camera lingers on that shot for 2-3 seconds longer. I'd also go with the above, have the lightning affect everyone (maybe have them do that spasm/seizure animation that plays when Admiral Karath tortures people in KotOR 1) but moreso Mandalore.

If I remember correctly there was this old interview with Casey Hudson before KotOR's release where he talked about the KotOR engine. He said they took the aurora engine and then completely overhauled and changed it for KotOR. If that's so, it might not be as close to NWN's engine as one would think and they might not be as hesitant to release the code. That being said however, BioWare is essentially EA now and I doubt they'd let them release anything. -

There's a decent amount, but unlike with KotOR 2 the majority of the content needs custom content to be fully integrated. We plan on adding it all back, if possible. There's nothing in the game files, at least from what I've seen. If it was intended as a planet, it probably never made it out of the planning stages.

Now this mod took the bad lightsaber models that were for the sabers in the vanilla game and made them high quality and good looking. The only problem with this mod though, was that there was no KotOR I version. And so, approximately two years later (I really did not plan this), with VP's permission, I went ahead and made a KotOR I version. Hope you guys enjoy. Bugs and minor inconveniences with TSLRCM 1.8

Hey, ran into a problem in the Telos restoration zone. When I just enter the second area with Twi'lek and her droids, Bao-Dur comments on a sentry droid and then talks about the Merc compound. Atton does the same thing, except his last line "I think we're close to the compound, too.That means this entire place is probably on alert. So much for sneaking in..." doesn't have any lip snych, -

So when you're first traveling from Pergaus to Telos instead of just normal stars there's a moving hyperspace field that can be seen outside the Ebon Hawk's cockpit. Only problem is, it isn't moving in my game. I tried loading a save game and even restarting the game but the skybox still won't move. I haven't had this problem prior to doing a run through with TLSRCM 1.8.2 and M4-78EP being installed, so I'm willing to bet they're causing the problem or conflicting with one of my other mods to cause the problem. Could you guys think of any reason why it's doing this?

I'm pretty sure this is a vanilla bug but I saved right after the Harbinger arrived at Peragus (while I was on the exterior, looking at the Hammerhead Cruiser) and then came back later and loaded that save later. Everything was fine, except the Hammerhead was now gone, nowehere to be seen. -
