  1. Onderon Uniform Reformation

    Onderon Uniform Reformation
A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic II
    Author: Sith Holocron
    1.0.0 Release Date: 29.08.2026

    Description:
Snigaroo (Doug Dimmadab on Kotor Discord) made a Mod Request thread for his Mod Build. (https://deadlystream.com/topic/10692-mod-build-request-thread-kotor-2/) His request was as follows:
"I would absolutely love to see something equivalent for the Onderonian military, realistically portraying the various ranks of their officers and enlisted personnel. Obviously we don't see as much of the Onderonian military as we do the Sith in the original game, but I do think we see enough to make this worth it."
    Challenge accepted!
You may be familiar with HeyOrange’s Sith Uniform Reformation mod.  This mod aims to what that mod did but for TSL's Onderon officers and soldiers. The intention is for this mod to handle this integration through module injection.
The thumbnails on the download page and the videos attached to this description should provide a good idea of how this mod looks.

    Installation:
The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod 1.8.6 must be installed beforehand.
Double click on the HoloPatcher.exe, select your Kotor II directory, select install, and wait for the mod to install.

    Incompatibilities:
This mod will be incompatible with mods that use the textures for the Onderon soldiers and officers.
If you encounter any issues with this mod, please tag both myself and N-DReW25. N-DReW25 did the lion's share of the technical stuff with this package and will be the primary person to assist. Though I only handled the textures itself, I'd also like to be informed of any possible technical issues even if I can't assist personally with them.
    Thanks to:
N-DReW25: For setting up the HoloPatcher for me!
Snigaroo/Doug Dimmadab: For the mod request - I hope this is what you were looking for!
Obsidian Entertainment: For such an amazing sequel!
    Fred Tetra: For Kotor Tool!
    Cortisol: For the HoloPatcher!
And everyone who downloads the mod!
    Exclamation point!

A Mod for Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic II

    1.1.0 Release Date: 29.08.2026

    Installation:
Select which HD texture you would like to install.
For "HD Grenn" and "HD Zhugs" open the "For Override" folder and drag/copy the textures within and drop/paste them into your Kotor II Override folder.
Delete the files "N_DolGrenH.tpc" and/or "N_Duros04.tpc" and "N_Duros05.tpc" if they are present.
For the "Normal" install of "HD Luxa" open the "For Override" folder and drag/copy the textures within and drop/paste them into your Kotor II Override folder.
Delete the files "N_Lala_XuA01.tpc" and "N_Lala_XuH.tpc" if they are present.
For the "Thigh High Boots" install of "HD Luxa" you must first install DarthParametric's "TSL Thigh-High Boots For Female Twi'lek Body (Modder's Resource)" mod.
Once that mod is installed, open the "For Override" folder and drag/copy the textures within and drop/paste them into your Kotor II Override folder.

Delete the files "N_Lala_XuA01.tpc" and "N_Lala_XuH.tpc" if they are present.

    Uninstallation:
    Delete the N_DolGrenH.tga, N_Lala_XuA01.tga, N_Lala_XuH.tga, N_Duros04.tga, and/or N_Duros05.tga files from your Override folder.

    Description:
This pack is a compilation of edits made by N-DReW25 to the released work of the modder Dark Hope to resemble Kotor II characters. Whilst Dark Hope did make the original textures for Kotor I, it was N-DReW25 who made these textures for Kotor II. As Dark Hope is focusing her current work on Kotor I mods please do not bother her about this mod.
This pack contains HD textures for Lieutenant Dol Grenn, the Zhug Brothers, and Luxa.
For Lieutenant Dol Grenn, his head in Kotor II was made via photo sourcing elements of other old male heads from Kotor I. Most of his face and beard comes from Davik, his eyebrows and sideburns are Davik's eyebrows and sideburns that are recolored brown, and most of his hair is Deadeye Duncan's hair that has also been recolored brown.
Using this exact same method described above, I was able to photo source elements of Dark Hope's Davik and Deadeye Duncan heads to make a HD Lieutenant Grenn head.
For Luxa, her head was a recolored Kotor I player head whilst her body was a reskinned Twi'lek outfit. I recolored Dark Hope's PFHA01 HD mod and one of her Twi'lek dancer body textures to resemble Luxa.
I also made an alternative Luxa version for DarthParametric's TSL Thigh-High Boots For Female Twi'lek Body (Modder's Resource) mod.
For the Zhug Brothers, I photo sourced elements of RedRob41's Zhug Brother upscale, imposed them onto Dark Hope's Duros, and recolored elements of Dark Hope's Duros to resemble the Kotor II Zhug Brothers.

    Known Bugs:
This mod shouldn't have bugs but if you find any report them to me on Deadlystream.

    Incompatibilities:
    Would be incompatible with any mods which add N_DolGrenH.tga, N_DolGrenH.tpc, N_Lala_XuA01.tga, N_Lala_XuA01.tpc, N_Lala_XuH.tga, N_Lala_XuH.tpc, N_Duros04.tga, N_Duros04.tpc, N_Duros05.tga, and N_Duros05.tpc.

    Permissions:
As Dark Hope gave free permission for anyone to use her mods and the assets I photo sourced from RedRob41's mod is a modder's resource, you are therefore allowed to use this mod as it was made using her work.

    Thanks to:
Dark Hope: For giving everyone free permission to use her work!
RedRob41: For making his 4x Upscale+ Character Textures & Model Fixes mod a modder's resource!
Bioware: For such an amazing game!
Obsidian Entertainment: For such an amazing sequel!
    Fred Tetra: For Kotor Tool!
And everyone who downloads the mod!

    Legal:
THIS MODIFICATION IS NOT SUPPORTED BY BIOWARE/OBSIDIAN ENTERTAINMENT, LUCASARTS, DISNEY OR ANY LICENSERS/SPONSORS OF THE MENTIONED COMPANIES. 3. [TSL] Ebon Hawk skybox for M4-78 EP

[TSL] Ebon Hawk skybox for M4-78 EP
    AUTHOR: Sith Holocron
    ORIGINAL RELEASE: 21 AUG 2026
GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II (using M4-78 Enhancement Project)

    Description:

I like Kexikus’ skyboxes for the various worlds in K1 and TSL.  I like tjsase’s Ebon Hawk skyboxes for TSL. However, it seems I've always had to make a choice between keeping one or the other when considering either tjsase's Ebon Hawk skybox (which utilizes the standard skybox included in the EP) or Kexikus' world skybox which is its own thing.

That is until I made a Frankenstein's monster of the EH skybox and the EP world skybox together, which I think merges them suitably. (See attached picture.)

I reached out in early 2025 to both modders to see if I could make this combined skybox available to the public. The first modder responded almost immediately. The second modder – who doesn’t visit the site often – finally granted permission today.

    Installation:

Copy the TGA file to the Knights of the Old Republic II's Override folder.

    (Example location - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\swkotor2\Override)

When/if prompted to overwrite files, press okay.

If you like the mod; please leave a comment or endorse! It would be much appreciated.

    Uninstall:

Remove the TGA file you’ve added in Installation instructions.

    Thanks (in alphabetical order):

Kexikus: For their kind permission to publicly release their work in this skybox to the public.
tjsase: For their kind permission to publicly release their work in this skybox to the public.

  5. [TSL] Immersive TSL Maps

    [TSL] Immersive TSL Maps

    AUTHOR: Sith Holocron
    ORIGINAL RELEASE: 13 AUG 2026
    UPDATED RELEASE: 15 AUG 2026
GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II

    Description:

This will be a longer description. Buckle up.

I didn’t originally set out to make this a full mod. I suppose this originally started as a response to a request. In the comments for Ashton Scorpius’ “TSL Ebon Hawk Downloadable Map” (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/1406-tsl-ebon-hawk-downloadable-map/?tab=comments) someone asked if the swoop bike could be removed from the Ebon Hawk’s map. I decided to take this on – partly as a challenge to myself and partly because the requester has been making ridiculous specific requests for years. In short, I worked on a mod request out of spite. I thought that would be the end of it.

Then at some point, I was working on textures for the Dantooine Enclave sublevel. I was doing a lot of fooling around with textures back then. (This was before I picked up a subscription to Topaz Gigapixel.)  While checking - and rechecking - textures in game, I kept seeing that map. Since I already had new textures to work with, why not put them in the map? I requested a upscale of that map from someone and I went to work. I never posted as a mod but I do recall showing it on Discord at some point.

Later, I wound up redoing the maps for the M4-78 Enhancement Project as one-off. As there weren’t many maps to do there, I figured that would be the end of it. (Yes, I have also updated that mod recently as N-DReW25 has adjusted some of the maps for his Unofficial Patch.)

Not too long ago in Discord, there was a discussion about how the Ebon Hawk seemingly has supposed to be in another hangar on Telos Citadel Station at one point in development. As the participants were discussing that, I did some preliminary work on a map for that Docks section and then quickly posted it in that discussion so folks new to the conversation would have a better idea of the area they were talking about.

Realizing that I kept on coming back to this part of texturing, I just decided to jump into this as my next project.

I’ve mainly concentrated on the interior maps but all of the standard maps have been upscaled. Additionally, most maps of external spaces have also had tweaks made to the as well.

    My Workflow:

For starters, I generally extract the maps from the game and then upscale them to use as the foundation. There have been occasions where I have acquired maps from elsewhere (such as 204TEL, 208TEL, and 506OND from N-DReW25) which show extra rooms that may not be accessible through in game play but can be entered via the whereami armband mod.

I warp to each of the map locations armed with that whereami armband. Using GLIntercept, I’ll take numerous screenshots of the area I’m in from above so I can compare what textures they used for each of the rooms I’m tackling. I sort through my textures, adjust the lighting/coloring depending on the variable they’ve set for that area, and just paste them over the upscaled map. Repeat ad nauseum. In addition to this method, I’ll sometimes take a picture of an area from directly above and paste that directly into the map. There’s also the fun part of sometimes having to redraw the white borders of rooms because the AI doesn’t know exactly what’s important in the thing it’s upscaling. When the map has a background, I’ve sometimes reinterpreted what it should look like but if there wasn’t a background, I’ve left it alone.

To sum up, it’s not just a simple upscale but it is a time-consuming pain in the ass which is why I’ve only created an average of one map per day during the project’s creation period. You’re welcome?

    Installation:

If you’re using “TSL Ebon Hawk Downloadable Map 1.2.3” by Ashton Scorpius, you’ll want to install my mod after Ashton’s mod.
Copy all TGA files (excepting those in the “Alternate 003EBO map” folder) to the Knights of the Old Republic II's Override folder.

    (Example location - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\swkotor2\Override)

When/if prompted to overwrite files, press okay.

If you prefer the alternate map in the “Alternate 003EBO map”, now copy that one file to the Knights of the Old Republic II's Override folder.

Please let me know in the comment or review section which of the maps is your favorite. If you like the mod; please leave a comment or endorse! It would be much appreciated.

    Uninstall:

Remove the files you’ve added in Installation instructions.

    Changelog:

1.1: Updated the 401DXN  (Dxun - Jungle Landing) map. The Ebon Hawk and crashed freighter have been replaced on the map.

    Thanks:

N-DReW25: For both feedback on the maps themselves and providing three of the maps for be to have a more complete version.
Fair Strides: For continual feedback on the maps.
Vriff: For continual feedback on the maps.
Kharak (of SketchFab.com): For hosting a viewable 3d model of the Ravager on this website used in my two Ravager maps: https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/sith-centurion-battlecruiser-3f2934da83cb421c87a3510ce62ceb8d
To the too many folks in the KOTOR Discord’s media section to name for all of their feedback.

P.S. I have no plans to redo the KotOR1 maps. Besides the map window being extremely small in that game, it’s also a game I find myself returning to less and less. You’ll have to convince someone else to work on the KotOR1 maps.

  6. Icons: Feats, Skills and Force Powers [TSL] - Open Beta

    AUTHOR: Sith Holocron
    OPEN BETA: 27 MAY 2026
GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II

    Description:

This time, I’m doing this a little differently. This mod collection is being released as an open beta! But first, what is it?

I’ve been tinkering with making icons for TSL (and also for K1 but that’s a whole separate story) for quite some time now. I’ve shown off a few of them on the Discords for the KotOR community but I never had a real plan to actually release them in a public way. It’s more of a fun thing that I didn’t need to share.

The original icon interest came about from a thread on Deadly Stream from a (now retired) modder named Nomnisang. They made a post about making a collection of icons called the KotOR II High-Res Icon Suite. (link: https://deadlystream.com/topic/3563-kotor-ii-high-res-icon-suite/) They got a promotion in RL, lost a lot of the material, and went on to different things. I had the idea of salvaging what was posted. There were not many icons posted in the thread themselves but enough pieces were there that I could start to do some work. Some of the work came about with me testing out what Topaz Gigapixel could do – both with clean up and with creativity prompts. Some of the icons were my own takes on the vanilla icons. As can be seen in the many pictures posted on the download page, there’s a bit of range from Nomnisang’s style and my own versions of the vanilla icons.

The icons as presented here cover Feats, Force Powers, and Skills for TSL. The text included on the icons as shown on the Download page is not included on the icons in the game – it is merely for illustrative purposes.

The Open Beta: The feedback I’m looking for.
    1)      The sizes of the textures here vary.  They vary from 128 x 128 to 512 x 512. I do know the general consensus amongst modders about what sizes should be the most effective, but I’d rather hear from the actual end user that would be actually be using this mod. If the feedback left in this open beta suggest I may need to resize the larger of the textures, so be it. But I’d rather not just doing on the whim of folks that will never use the mod in the first place.
    2)      I like to think that I’m thorough and have found all of the icons that should be in this set. However – despite the rumors – I am actually human. If I’ve missed any, Id like to know which ones. And not just the name of the powers, feats, etc. I’d also need to know the actual file name of the file I’ve missed!
    3)      Rotting out any bugs.  Is everything appearing in the game the way it’s supposed to be? There’s nothing anything showing up upside down, right? If so, that’s something I’d need to remedy!

The Open Beta: The feedback I’m NOT looking for.
By this time, you’ve seen the icons. You have opinions on them. You might even have suggestions on how you think I could improve them. What they look like now is basically how they’re going to stay. If any of the icons in particular don’t appeal to you, I don’t particularly need to hear about that. So please keep that in mind before posting.

    Installation:

Copy all TGA files to the Override folder on Knights of the Old Republic II.

    (Example location - C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\swkotor\Override)

When/if prompted to overwrite files, press okay. If a TPC file is present with the same name, move it to another location outside the game folder.

If you like the mod; please leave a comment and/or give me 5 stars!

    Uninstall:

Remove the files you’ve added in Installation instructions. If you’ve moved TPC files as referenced in the Installation instructions, you can move those back into the Override folder after you’ve deleted my TGA files of the same name. If you do decide to move any of the TPC files back, that's completely optional and up to your discretion.

    Changelog:

Update 1: From feedback provided by Lily of Deadly Stream, discovered that the Force Barrier line of power icons were upside down. The icons have been now replaced.

    Special Thanks:
Nomnisang: Thanks for the inspiration for doing this and the icons you did post in your original thread.
Dark Hope: Thanks for his open permissions, which allowed me to grab high quality grenades for those relevant feat icons.
Sithspecter: Thanks for granting permissions, which allowed me to grab pictures of his weapons from his example pictures for those relevant feat icons.
Lily: For reporting the (now corrected) upside down Force barrier icons.
The KotOR Discord: For previously rendered feedback on the icons.

  7. High Quality Skyboxes II

If you update from version 1.0.x to 1.1 make sure to read the special instructions in the read-me!
In order to update to 1.1.1 from any previous version, delete all 306nara.wok, 306narb.wok and 306nard.wok from your Override folder. If you had version 1.1 installed there is no need for anything else, otherwise follow the instructions in the read-me.
    ABOUT:
This mod replaces every skybox and every planetary backdrop in the game with a new high resolution version made from scratch.
This includes a replacement of every skybox model to fix all the glaring issues with the original.
There are also some additional minor changes that either fix issues with the vanilla environments or serve to better blend ingame terrain and skybox.
Other than that I recommend you just check out the screenshots as pictures say more than a thousand words or check the video to see the animated skyboxes.
Click the following image to see additional interactive screenshot comparisons:

There are also add-ons with new skyboxes for the following mods:
M4-78 Enhancement Project Coruscant - Jedi Temple If you find any issues or have any other comments, please let me know and I'll see what can be done.

    INSTALLATION:
For installation instructions check the read-me files of the individual downloads. You either have to run an installer or just drop files into your Override folder. For the mod to take full effect you need a savegame where you have not yet left Citadel Station.
If you update from version 1.0.x to 1.1 make sure to read the special instructions.

I also highly recommend to install the fog fix if you are using the latest Steam patch.

    COMPABILITY:
This mod is not compatible with any mod that edits skyboxes in any way. This includes mods that only edit their models. There might also be rare incompabilities with mods that edit non-skybox area models if those models are also edited by this mod.

    PERMISSIONS:
You may NOT redistribute any textures included in this archive without my explicit permission. You may however use all the models as long as you give me credit.

  8. Edge of Darkness: A Textural Reinterpretation

Created by: Sith Holocron (and others listed in the credits section)
Game: Knights of the Old Republic 2 (using Edge of Darkness mod)
    Version 1.0 Uploaded: 19 JUL 2025

    Description:
The Edge of Darkness Revenge Textural Reinterpretation mod was designed to upscale and/or enhance the many (oh so many) textures seen in the mod.  It is an extensive mod pack (as might be indicated by the size) but as seen listed below, it is not a complete overhaul. Edge of Darkness uses textures from both KotOR1 and TSL.  As there are already two fine upscale packages on Deadly Stream – and they both have liberal use policies – I was able to grab a bunch of upscales that already existed after renaming them to the Edge of Darkness conventions. (See credits section for the other mods that were sourced.)
Some of the EoD textures required new upscales as many of them are simply recolored vanilla textures and I didn’t want to manually recolor all of the original textures. Some of the textures in Edge of Darkness are new or sourced from places outside the vanilla game. I’ve adjusted textures to my liking when I thought it would benefit the texture but I’ve attempted to remain faithful to the – shall we say unique? - visual style of his mod.
New upscales were set to upscale at 4 times the original size. The exceptions to this scaling are textures that would be larger than 2048 x 2048 if upscaled at 4x.

    What’s not included and why:
I have not upscaled the following categories of textures included with Edge of Darkness.
Skyboxes (Many of these are custom made and/or already near the self-imposed 2048 x 2048 limit. They would not benefit from upscaling.)
Inventory Items and their Icons - including clothing and weapons (Outside of the scope of my original plans)
Action Icons (as I don’t think they’d benefit from upscaling)
Absolutely ***anything*** by Kaidon Jorn (as I don’t think they’d benefit from upscaling)
Most of the textures from Quanon (as they are close to my self-imposed size limit as they currently stand)

    Credits:
Some ship textures and one animated computer panel in this collection were sourced from Dark Hope’s releases. Thanks to DH and her generosity in making permissions open for her mod.
Many of the TSL textures were sourced from “RESOURCE:Topaz GigaPixel AI Upscales – K2” by Thor110. I give my thanks for this convenient modding resource.
Many of the KOTOR1 textures that Edge of Darkness uses, I sourced upscales from what was originally called “KOTOR 1 Four Times ver 1.0” on Deadly Stream.  It doesn’t appear to be on Deadly Stream now but I have found a version of that mod. It was uploaded to NexusMods as “KOTOR HD Galaxy Mod” - uploaded by SimplyCool988.  Thanks to whoever the original unnamed author was for their open permissions, as listed in the read-me file.
Minor assistance in re-adding transparencies to 5 LKA textures provided by 90sk.
Moral Support graciously offered by Fair Strides.

    Legal Disclaimer:
All materials and copyrights belong to LucasArts, Bioware and Obsidian Entertainment Inc. I own none of the materials, and I'm not making any money out of this mod. This mod is not to be distributed for profit, either.
I hereby state that I specifically do NOT wish this mod to be uploaded to Steam Workshop.  I may release this on NexusMods at a later date but I don't wish others to do so.  Usage of my textures in other mods must be requested and approved by me before your use.
    Changelog:

Version 1.1: 25 January 2026. N-DReW25 finally convinced 90sk that the Star Forge symbol as seen on Zeltros was a woefully poor idea.  Seizing the opportunity to make another small change in EoD’s aesthetic, I replaced the previous version of "LMA_msign02.tga" with a new upscale.

Version 1.2: Last night, 90sk sent me a number of messages on Discord with “suggestions” on how to “fix” my mod. He sent over an archive claiming that a number of textures had transparency issues. Upon further investigation, I also discovered that among the textures, he also included a number of textures that were not faulty. I honestly believe that they were an attempt to bypass my own reinterpretations of his “vision” with items he upscaled through some method. (What method he actually used remains a mystery even after I asked him.) When I first released this pack, I didn’t have a subscription to Topaz Gigapixel. I now do. Rather than using his textures, I made fresh upscales using Gigapixel from his own materials included in Edge of Darkness. (If he claims these textures have transparency issues, then they must be present in his own materials.) I have also not included his attempts to change my reinterpretations. These include my changes to two of the Ebon Hawk II screens and my own textures for the Galaxy Map. I wish to state here in this read me (and on the mod download page) that I do not give 90sk permission to include these textures in his mod.

This reskin mod attemptes to enhance Kreia's appearance by making her wrinkles more visible, making the folds on her robes look smoother, slightly adjusting the color of her default robes, improve the texture of her belt.
I also provide two versions of Kreia's default hair accessories: a shiny one by using the CM_FakeGold2 cubemap from Darh Sapiens' Cubemap pack (http://deadlystream.com/forum/files/file/498-modders-resource-cubemap-pack/), and a non-shiny one which is closer to vanilla.

    2. INSTALLATION:
Extract the Leilukin's Kreia Reskin.7z archive you downloaded.
Go to the "Installation" folder. You'll see the folder contains the following files:

  11. Specialized Combat Suits HD TSL

    Specialized Combat Suits HD
    for TSL
    by
    RedRob41

    ================================================================

IF YOU ARE EVER IN ANY DOUBT ABOUT INSTALLING ANY MODS, PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALWAYS BACKUP YOUR FILES BEFORE INSTALLATION, JUST IN CASE.
WARNING: MAKE SURE NOT TO REPLACE ANY FILES OF THE SAME NAME THAT ARE ALREADY PRESENT IN YOUR OVERRIDE FOLDER!

    ================================================================

Description: This is not really a mod, but more of a modder's resource. It includes textures for the basic Combat Suit PFBC and PMBC, as well as icons and uti files to make them wearable. Anyone who has created a story mod for either game can use these suits to add some variety to the NPCs that the player interacts with. I have also included models in which I have fixed the uvw maps, so that the textures appear correctly (the original models had some polygons in the wrong places). The new models should work with any other texture mods, since they work perfectly with the in-game ones.
The armour class is the same as the basic Combat Suit, so there isn't any real advantage to wearing them as a player. The real power of these files, is that a modder can create a whole army with both male and female members (and using any head model for NPC variety).
The textures were made from original textures that appear in both games, so there is no issue of porting.
There will be three versions of this mod to choose to download:
1 - 4x .tga version. Highest resolution, the typical texture is now 2048x2048 pixels which = 16MB. This version is the best choice to use as a modder's resource.
2 - 4x .tpc version. Created by running full size .tgas through tga2tpc program which compresses a 2048x2048 pixel file to 5.5MB. This version should be easier on PC systems, with no noticeable loss of visual fidelity.
3 - 2x .tpc version. Created by reducing full size .tgas by half in Photoshop, then running them through tga2tpc which further compresses them to 1.4MB. This version should be much easier on PC systems.
All versions include the same .mdl & .mdx files. Only one version should be installed at a time; having both .tga files and .tpc files with the same name in the Override folder may cause problems.

    ================================================================

Compatibility: The male models PMBCx and BAODUR_BC are duplicates of the models found in the mod called 4x Upscale+ Character Textures & Model Fixes for TSL - Version 0.52 by RedRob41. The female models PFBCx in this mod have had additional uvw fixes since the V0.52 mod, and are therefore superior.
The models aren't necessary, but the new textures will look much better with them. If you have other mods that change the models, you might prefer to use those ones. Check them out to be sure which you'd prefer.

    ================================================================

    Includes:         TSL

    ================================================================

Directions: Please copy all files to the game's Override directory.
TSL uti files: These are necessary in order to wear the armours in-game. The name of the uti file is what you would use to cheat them in with the cheat console, example: giveitem a_light_42 will give your player the Republic Combat suit.

    ================================================================

Uninstall: Delete unwanted files from the game's Override folder.

  12. M4-78 EP Upscaled Maps

    M4-78 EP Upscaled Maps
    Created by: Sith Holocron
Game: Knights of the Old Republic II
    Version 1.0 Released: 08 FEB 2025
    Version 2.0 Released: 06 JUN 2026

This mod was designed to upscale and/or enhance the map textures seen in the M4-78 Enhancement Project mod.  It is not an extensive mod pack. It’s just the maps. The pictures should illustrate things pretty clearly.
This mod will not drastically change your play-through of the M4-78 EP. Please leave any complaints about the quality of that mod on that mod’s download page.
This mod is also compatible with N-DReW25’s M4-78 Unofficial Patch. For more information on that mod, see here.

    Installation:
Requirement: Though I’m probably stating the obvious here, you’ll need the M4-78 Enhancement Project installed first.  Optionally, install N-DReW25’s M4-78 Unofficial Patch. Only then should you allow the TGA files in my mod pack to override the files in the Override folder.

    Thanks / Credits:
Thanks to Fair Strides for feedback while making this mod.

    Note:
I hereby state that I specifically do NOT wish this mod to be uploaded to Steam Workshop. Ever.
I might release this on NexusMods at a later date but I don't wish others to do so. Usage in other mods must be requested AND approved by me before your use. Messages that request permission without providing information on how your alternate version would be different than mine should be considered an instant denial of permission.

  14. HD Pazaak Cards [for KotOR1 and KotOR2]

    AUTHOR: Sith Holocron
ORIGINAL PRIVATE RELEASE: 31 JAN 2026
FIRST PUBLIC RELEASE: 10 MAY 2026
GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1 or 2

    Description:
These are upscaled textures for the pazaak cards in KotOR.  This mod release not only includes the cards as used in the mini-game, but also the decks and loose cards used as decorations in the various pazaak dens around the games. This release is very likely incompatible with any other mod release that adjusts the cards for pazaak.

    Installation:
From the folder labeled “Mini-Game cards”: Drop the TGA files in that folder into your Override folder in your game of choice.
The pazaak decoration texture differs between the two games even though the file name stays the same. KotOR2’s pazaak decoration has a green card replacing the gold one in the texture.  As the green card doesn’t exist in KotOR1 game play, you’ll probably want to use the canon card colors.
If modding for KotOR1: From the folder labeled “Pazaak Card decorations [K1]”, drop the TGA file in it into your KotOR1 Override folder.
If modding for KotOR2: From the folder labeled “Pazaak Card decorations [K2]”, drop the TGA file in it into your KotOR2 Override folder.

    Uninstallation:
Take the files you put in from this release, out again.

    Known Bugs:
    None known at this time.

CZERKA SIGN AND DESK ENHANCEMENT (version 1.2)
    ==============================================

    MOD AUTHOR: Sith Holocron
    ORIGINAL RELEASE: 13 MAY 2017
UPDATED RELEASE 1.1: 25 MAR 2017 (added desk and loading screen)
UPDATED RELEASE 1.2: 16 OCT 2018 (adds new version of desk and removes the loading screen)

GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1 and Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2: The Sith Lords.

    Description:

This texture replaces all instances of the low resolution Czerka sign seen in the game. In addition, the desk seen in the Czerka office (and many other places throughout the game) has been cleaned up and even has an animated screen!

    Notes:

A small update: I've made some minor updates to the green buttons on the desk texture.  If you'd rather use the original ones instead, they are still available in the package. (See Installation instructions.)
The loading screen has been removed from the package as it's now included in my "Replacement Loading Screens for KotOR2: Original Pack (with or without TSLRCM) - Part 1" mod.  Why have multiple identical versions. right?

    Installation:

If using TSL: Choose whether you wish to use the original or new versions of the textures.  Grab all files from one of those folders and put them in your Override folder.
If using KotOR1: Choose whether you wish to use the original or new versions of the textures.  Grab all files from one of those folders and put them in your Override folder.

    Uninstall:

Remove the textures from the Override folder.

  18. Replacement Loading Screens for KotOR2: Original Pack (using Kexikus’ Skyboxes)

    AUTHOR: Sith Holocron
    ORIGINAL RELEASE: 28 FEB 2026
GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2

[This mod will not work in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1]

    Description:

By (popular?) demand, I have provided updates to my Loading Screen mods to use Kexikus’ HQ skyboxes as a separate download. This only covers areas that are both an exterior location in the game AND have a view of the skyboxes in question. This limits the scope of the mod but it does make it small enough to be bundled up in one convenient package.

Besides the inclusion of the Kexikus’ skyboxes in the loading screens, most of the textures included in the game were upscaled by me.

List of the areas covered in this mod:

    Code                            Area
    ------------------------------------------------------------

Replacement Loading Screens for KotOR2: Original Pack (with or without TSLRCM) - Part 1

Then drop the TGA files found in this mod’s folder into your Override folder. Allow the new TGA files to override the old ones.

    * The loading screen “load_301NARa.tga” is an alternate version of “load_301NARa.tga”.  If you wish to use the alternate version, delete the “a” from the alternate and put that texture into the Override rather than the original texture.

    Uninstall:
If for any reason, you don’t like one (or more) of the loading screens, consult the list above so you can determine which you’ll need to remove from your Override folder.

Were you ever dissatisfied with the low-resolution loading screens when the in-game footage looks so much better ? What if there was a mod that took care of that for you? Psssst . . . it’s this mod!

The texture size is 2048 by 2048 so you'll have a large sized picture for each.

  21. Revenge of Revan Upscales

    Revenge of Revan Upscales
    Created by: Sith Holocron
Game: Knights of the Old Republic 2 (using Loagn23’s “Revenge of Revan” mod)
    Version 1.0 Uploaded: 08 JAN 2026

    Description:
The Revenge of Revan Reinterpretation mod was designed to upscale and/or enhance the many (oh so many) textures seen in the mod.  For sake of my sanity, I’ll be abbreviating “Revenge of Revan” to ROR from here on.
It is an extensive mod pack (as might be indicated by the size) but as seen listed below, it is not a complete overhaul. ROR uses textures from both KotOR1 and TSL.  As there are already two fine upscale packages on Deadly Stream – and they both have liberal use policies – I was able to grab a bunch of upscales that already existed after renaming them to the ROR conventions. (See credits section for the other mods that were sourced.)
Some of the ROR textures required new upscales as many of them are simply recolored vanilla textures and I didn’t want to manually recolor all of the original textures. Additionally, some of the textures in ROR are new or sourced from places outside the vanilla game. I’ve adjusted textures to my liking when I thought it would benefit the texture but I’ve mostly attempted to remain faithful to the – shall we say unique? - visual style of this mod.
New upscales were (generally) set to upscale at 4 times the original size. The exceptions to this scaling are textures that would be larger than 2048 x 2048 if upscaled at 4x.
As ROR is extensive and I didn’t have access to a beta team for this – screenshots excluded – so please report any textures that I may missed an alpha layer for.  Feel free to post pictures of areas over in the Release thread but before you do so, please confirm that it’s for a texture that my mod actually includes.

    What’s not included and why:
I have not upscaled the following categories of textures included with ROR:
ROR’s Custom Skyboxes: Many of these are already near my self-imposed 2048 x 2048 limit. In my humble opinion, they would not benefit from upscaling. I skipped doing skyboxes as they are huge as they are and some of them were made by Kexikus so I didn't want to get involved messing with other people's work. Kexikus’ skyboxes are excellent as they are anyway.
Many inventory Items and their icons, including clothing and weapons: These fall outside of the scope of my original plans. Others that concentrate work on these types of mods would a better choice than me for this.
    Portraits and Character skins:
Characters and aliens (and their outfits), creature, droid textures for ROR were originally handled by Redrob41. As Redrob41 has been working on his own upscale and model fixes package for those categories for both K1 and TSL, he will presumably be handling those for ROR at some point. However, if any upscales/updates for ROR are done by him will likely not be released at any time soon so please don’t harass him about release dates – especially he hasn’t made any confirmation that he is working on such a thing.
If you are interested in what this mod doesn’t cover, you can always request other folks to work on it/them in the Mod Requests section on Deadly Stream. I wish you the best of luck with that.
    Installation:
Make sure Revenge of Revan is correctly installed first. This may seem obvious but let’s cover all bases.
Optional Step: If you’re going to use a different package to cover the rest of the textures for TSL that ROR doesn’t include, install that before installing my textures. You’ll want to use TGA versions of these other mods in this particular case. At this time, I have no particular preference for any of the packages but I’m sure you can find files for these on Deadly Stream. Additionally, discussion on this subject can be found (or started anew) on the KOTOR Discord.
Now, please drop all of the upscaled TGA and TXI files and the one TPC file included in this mod into your Override folder. There shouldn’t be any overlap between files but if there are, allow my versions to overwrite what’s there. This is why I wanted you to use TGA versions rather than TPC versions in the optional step.
    Credits:
All upscaling done by Topaz Gigapixel. Manual adjustments afterwards done by me.
Thanks to N-DReW25 for the screenshots of the upscale package in action.
Thanks to Fair Strides for texture feedback and moral support.
With the current state of NexusMods claiming mods as their property. it is unlikely for me that I’ll upload this mod over there. With that, Deadly Stream will be your one place to download this collection. Usage of my textures in other mods must be requested and approved by me before your use.

  24. PFHB01 Adjustment

A couple months ago I started a random TSL game using the PFHB01 head as my player. I really liked her appearance, but felt like it was lacking by a lot too. I started reskinning her head textures, changing details that I felt looked better.

    Main overview is:
    - It looked like she had some very subtle yellow-ish green eyeshadow on, I changed it to be a brighter green. I think it looks nice.
    - Dark Side transitions have yellow sith eyes, instead of the milky low-saturated eye colour.
    - Dark Side transitions have a much more smoother vein details and a different gray tone. It looks less like they're about to burst open from all the dark side force energy.
    - I felt like the forehead to hair area was very bland and wasn't really smooth, I added in some hair coming down from the hairline, like short and baby hairs are glued on her forehead, which I think fits her hairstyle.
    - Her hair ends are no longer a flat stop. I edited the hair to look more jagged, like hair naturally looks.
    - I adjusted the lip colours on the dark side textures to be more saturated and pigmented. Like shes wearing lipstick.
    - I redid her eyebrows. I felt the vanilla eyebrows looked like she shaved them off and drew on some fake ones, which I think is fine to do, but I don't think it fits her.
    - I made her eyelashes on her eye look more like individual strands instead of them being flat.
    - I edited her hair, primarily where her scalp is showing through, to look less like shes balding.
    - New portraits to fit the head retextures. I think they are a bit tacky, although they were my 4th attempt at making new portraits.

In my personal opinion, I think it makes sense for her makeup to still be applied to the characters face. She may be evil but she'd still have some sort of routines staying after the zombification. I also think this makes sense with some of the dialogue lines you can say to party members about you being fine despite looking like a zombie.

To use the reskin, just download the .zip file download, extract it, and copy the files from "override" into the override folder in the TSL directory. Delete any other file types with the same names as the files from this reskin. Detailed file names are in the readme.txt

I used Holocron Toolset by Cortisol to extract the texture files from TSL and GIMP to edit the textures. I also used various free stock images from the internet to add certain details.

Should be compatible with almost everything except other mods that edit PFHB01 textures. Some model replacements might cause the texture to not apply properly though.

  25. KotOR III: The Jedi Masters Textural Reinterpretation Mod

Created by: Sith Holocron (and others listed in the credits section)
Game: Knights of the Old Republic 2 (using Trex’s “The Jedi Masters” mod)
    Version 1.0 Uploaded: 07 AUG 2025

    Description:
The Kotor III: The Jedi Masters Texture Reinterpretation mod was designed to upscale and/or enhance the many (oh so many) textures seen in the mod.
For sake of my sanity, I’ll be abbreviating The Jedi Masters to TJM from here on.
It is an extensive mod pack (as might be indicated by the size) but as seen listed below, it is not a complete overhaul. TJM uses textures from both KotOR1 and TSL.  As there are already two fine upscale packages on Deadly Stream – and they both have liberal use policies – I was able to grab a bunch of upscales that already existed after renaming them to the TJM conventions. (See credits section for the other mods that were sourced.)
Some of the TJM textures required new upscales as many of them are simply recolored vanilla textures and I didn’t want to manually recolor all of the original textures. Additionally, some of the textures in TJM are new or sourced from places outside the vanilla game.
As TJM is extensive and I didn’t have access to a beta team for this, please report any textures that I may missed an alpha layer for.  I have heard rumbling that they are more than a few in the original TJM mod itself that presented issues in one way or another. Feel free to post pictures of areas over in the Release thread.
In addition to the numerous before and pictures provided on this page, here is a little video showing the end results.

    What’s not included and why:
I have not upscaled the following categories of textures included with TJM.
Trex’s Custom Skyboxes: Many of these are already near the self-imposed 2048 x 2048 limit. In my humble opinion, they would not benefit from upscaling. I have replaced one of Trex’s skyboxes as seen in the outdoor levels of the planet called Etti with a version that uses my own textures rather than uses Trex’s textures (and it’s twice the size). Additionally, I have replaced one of Trex’s Coruscant skybox with one of my own.
Inventory Items and their icons, including clothing and weapons: These fall outside of the scope of my original plans. Others that concentrate work on these type of mods would a better choice than me for this.
Portraits and Character skins: Like the previous, working on character skins isn’t my forte.
Many of the textures from Quanon were not upscaled (as they are close to my self-imposed size limit as they currently stand). When and where Quanon reused vanilla textures, those have been upscaled.
If you are interested in what this mod doesn’t cover, you can always request other folks to work on it in the Mod Requests section on Deadly Stream. I wish you the best of luck with that.

    Installation:
Drop all TGA and TXI files included in this mod into your Override folder.

    Credits:
Some ship textures, the Czerka-branded protocol droid texture, and one animated computer panel in this collection were sourced from Dark Hope’s releases. Thanks to DH and his generosity in making permissions open for his mods. See here for a wide selection of his mods.
Many of the TSL textures were sourced from “RESOURCE: Topaz GigaPixel AI Upscales – K2” by Thor110  (https://deadlystream.com/topic/9592-resourcetopaz-gigapixel-ai-upscales-k2/). I give my thanks for this convenient modding resource.
Many of the KOTOR1 textures that TJM uses, I sourced upscales from what was originally called “KOTOR 1 Four Times ver 1.0” on Deadly Stream.
Thanks to Sithspecter for permission to use portions of his example pictures from his High Quality Blasters mod page. (https://deadlystream.com/files/file/861-high-quality-blasters/)
Thanks to Lewok for beta testing these textures, adjusting some TXIs and an alpha layer of some textures on the D’Arth Syyth flagship, providing valuable input, and helping troubleshoot problematic textures.
Thanks to Fair Strides for texture feedback and moral support.

      • Thanks, this made testing out all the different GUIs like Pazaak for my KOTOR Modern Restoration Patch (KMRP) easy

      • AT LAST SOMEONE HAS DONE IT, AND IT WORKS! Thanks so much man, this was the missing piece of K1 high resolution.

As a modder myself I've noticed something weird with custom maps (not the vanilla ones), for example the Sith academy on Korriban with the restored rooms. It seems like the map appears inconsistently relative to the character's location. You can see on this picture that even after moving from the waypoint to the current location, the map is still non-existent. It isn't a big issue as if you wait a little the map appears almost correctly, but I thought it was worth mentioning in case you'd care enough to try and fix it.

      • The best Juhani reskin out there easily 5/5

      • There’s now a good selection of Juhani reskins and remodels, and I have to say that this one is the best so far.

However, I do have one criticism regarding the texture. It lacks detail. While this works fine if you’re playing Kotor with vanilla textures, it looks too flat next to all the HD skins.

A more refined texture—one that shows the individual hairs in the fur or something similar—would earn 5 stars from me.

      • this is nice but break immersion as he drops his battle armor on death and he docent wear it with this mod

      • Words cannot describe how excited I was to see this mod.  I'd been trying to made some HD twi'lek heads, and then this was posted like the answer to a prayer.  No issues installing, and everything is running well in-game!  The heads look great.

      • Amazing detail! Must Have

      • This is the definitive map mod for TSL! You don't realize how much of a pain the low-res vanilla maps are until you find a good replacement for them. Each map here is done with tremendous quality and is very pleasant to look at. Especially in the smaller locations, like cantinas, you can clearly see all the details in each room. Honestly impressive.

The bigger exterior locations get detailed backgrounds (Onderon's maps with outlined city streets are my favorites!), which completes the look just right. Thank you so much for your work!

      • I'm having a strange issue where I can see the mod's logo in a reflection on iziz.

edit: the mistake was on my end and not caused by this mod.

      • Great, it helped me so many times with bugs i have or with testing things. It was also pretty fun using it risking that the game crashes XD.

But to be serious its really helpfull

      • The mod is all great but it has bad StreamVoices, what i mean is that it can't work on normal Version of kotor but on legacy version, and on newer PC, the legacy version isn't working so you need to have MP3 voices but gladly there is steamworkshop version that have working Voices so if you would install from deadlystream except streamvoices and install from workshop, you have working game,

The fights are very easy even in hard mode, there are some places that are buggy like the companion can see enemy from wall and you need to something do with StreamVoices do let it work.

If you want have Kotor 3 than its Very recoomended to play this mod and sometimes it can make you just dissapointed, like there are sometimes nonsense things here,  Waring spoilers: Like Exile ignoring that there is Revan literally In the same ship and almost in the same room.
