Hey Everyone! As some of you may have noticed we have had some site outages this last week. First let me apologize as I was otherwise preoccupied with some other issues which resulted in a delayed response from me. That aside, over the coming weeks Deadlystream will need to undergo some server hardware maintenance; This may result in the site being offline for hours at a time while I move all of Deadlystream to a new server cluster. I hope you can all bare with us while this is underway. And for one site update, we plan to have the Mod of the Year conest once again this coming December, so please get your mods in as soon as possible! Thanks for being apart of our community! Tyvokka

Hah I remember so much of that as well, never got on the inside track of TSLRP but that 05/06 time period was an interesting time for the KotOR community at LF and then at the TSLRP forums. I did help Pikmin with a few hosting things at one point. He was quite the tool

Its a legal thing, we don't want to be seen trying to sell other peoples work. But I get it, Deadlystream costs a significant amount of money to run every month, so I see where it is tempting to try and monetize what you love. Thanks for understanding. -T

It's pretty clear the goal of TSLRCM was to restore content and fix bugs. It was a bug and it was fixed. If someone wants to add a mod that allows for unlimited XP, that's cool.

i could also just make it so the code feature uses xml going forward automatically.

Didn't realize EAW was that popular but seems like something cool we could add to here. In terms of us going down, not while I am still alive haha. But even in that case I have full offiste backups of the site made monthly, the credentials to those and to my registrar will be sent in that scenario to a few of my close and trusted friends/family to keep DS going.

Hey All! I would like to welcome to our moderator team a few new members; milestails Canderis Both Miles and Canderis have been a big help around the KotOR community for many years, offering advice and links to old mods to many members. Many thanks for all that you do to support the KotOR community! I would also like to announce a few promotions; InSidious Sithspecter Both of them have accepted positions on our Admin team. InSidious and Sithspecter both have extensive modding knowledge, KotOR knowledge and are very active across multiple KoTOR forums. I look forward to seeing how we drive Deadlysteam forward in the coming year. For anyone else wishing to reach out to help Deadlystream, just do one (or more) of the following; get and stay active on the forums, review mods, create mods and just stay visible to our staff. In the coming weeks we will have a few new positions open up on Deadlystream and we will be accepting applications for these positions, so stay tuned!

Hey Everyone, About a week or two ago we (really thanks to other awesome admins/mods) discovered that there were upload issues on Deadly Stream. This coincides with an update to the version of Apache and PHP I made to one of Deadlystream's servers. It seems when that update was applied it reset the php config to defaults for Deadlystream thus not allowing the php script for our downloads section to run correctly. Thankfully once I actually noticed this it was a quick fix and uploads seem to be working great now. Sorry to all of our Modders who were inconvenienced and thank you for your patience! If anyone runs into any issues please feel free to reach out in this thread or to myself via PM directly. -Tyvokka

In terms of uploading... I tweaked a few settings, you may need to clear your cache but uploads should be working, be sure click either the "attach files" button or the "click to upload files button" or else it won't work If that doesnt work let me know.

More likely it was something like a bad toolbar on your computer injecting ads, rarely have I seen bad ads come through google ads these days.
