  1. Sorry to chime in on this so late but I love the idea of G0-T0 having Sentry Droids - like "he" does on "his" yacht - helping him out if the HK-51's are there. In addition, you mentioned finding a mod to change the Sentry Droids appearance. Have you seen this? http://knightsoftheoldrepublic.filefront.com/file/The_New_Goto;101367 I think this mod might change G0-T0 too so that should kept in mind. Also, you could always contact the original maker to see if it could included in your mod. One final note on using G0-T0 clones: you would finally be able to use the cut line that says: "I shall have to remember some of his traits when I build future generations from his schematics." Instead of referencing HK-47 as was probably originally intended, now it could now be used on G0-To's Yacht in regards to Sentry Droid Mark I. You'd have to copy that line from the Malachor V modules to his yacht but that's child's play for you guys. Of course, if you use that mod listed or just simply reskin the "G0-T0 Clones", I would suggest renaming them as "Sentry Droids, Mark II"
  2. It might possibly help to know which files they are.
  3. It would be nice to get these lines restored, if at all possible. Could it be put in time for TSLRCM 1.8?
  4. I think you'll have difficulty finding all the members of the USM team to get them to work on it. Some of the folks are simply inactive and many of them have moved on to different projects. The best bet for this kind of thing would be a patch-type mod to change what's in USM - something installed after USM is installed. (In essence, a mod to change a mod.) If USM didn't have the requirement to use the crystals included in that mod, I'd imagine a lot of the trouble would be solved. I'd love to be able to use Crixler's crystals in both USM and HOTOR sabers. (I'm not sure why HOTOR sabers are incompatible with the Crixler crystals but that's a subject for a different thread.) I'd invite discussion from those that have used USM so they could explain other issues that might cause problems.
  5. Bendarby, when mentioning other mods you should be posting a link and hopefully the author that created it as well. Don't assume that everyone on the board knows what these mods are. Who made these mods? If not by you or Mandalore, then by who - and do you have written permission to include them in your mod? Speaking of "who": who is the un-named person listed at the top of your post? If the person wishes to be anonymous, remove the reference. If he/she doesn't, get their name and post it. Not crediting folks in your very first post on this subject won't exactly drive other modders to your request for help. Just sayin'. . .
  6. Could you label which colors are which in your wallpapers - for information's sake?
  7. Some have noted that bronze isn't a crystal. Either is silver. Pearl isn't one either. Crixler, why not just use common (and rare) gemstones for your various crystals that need names? Another shade of purple - Amethyst The silvery version of that other shade of purple - Tanzanite Lime green - Peridot A colour that is a bit more yellow than the Bastila colour (based on Ahsoka's short saber) - Topaz Dark Blue - Sapphire A teal-ish colour - Indicolite Silvery Orange - Fire Opal Silvery Indigo - Iolite (or Labradorite) Silvery "Bastila" - Citrine Silvery Bronze - Carnelian (or Spessartine) You might want to check Google images to see if the real life stones match what you had in mind. (Such pictures might also help you create the icons that you'll inevitably have to create for these.) Off topic - Interesting trivia I learned today: Silver and bronze mixed together apparently is pewter. I like my alternative for a new orange color better. (Feel free to rename Bronze while you're at it! LOL) Of course, you can spice up the names by assigning them locations combined with the gemstone name. For example: "Glass" doesn't sound as impressive as - say - Mandalorian Quartz. It'll also help you write up the descriptions when viewed in the inventory as well.
  8. It seems appropriate to remind folks how they can set up their own TSL soundtrack using their PC game discs: Just mosey on over to this website to learn how to do it yourself: TSL soundtrack instructions at MixNMojo. A note on the instructions: the link to the track on the page above called "Jek Jek Tarr Battle" is no longer available at Mark Griskey's website. (Legal reasons apparently caused him to take it down.) I'm sure resourceful folks can find a copy on the internet if they were Instructions to extracting the music from the original KotOR game can be found here: KotOR soundtrack instructions at MixNMojo.
  9. I found a copy of Knights of Old Republic for X-BOX quite recently. Someone threw it out - game disc, untouched booklet, and case complete with cover - out in the trash. I retrieved it as I wish to play around with the Free Camera mode once I get home. A question I now pose to the Deadly Stream forums: What would be the best way to record such footage off of the X-Box (or X-Box 360) other than connecting the console to a VHS? I'd like to capture the highest quality footage possible. There must be a non-VHS way to do it and I figure you folks to be the ones that would have the know-how. I've heard that there's some sort of cable connection available from Best Buy that enables you to record directly to your PC. I've also heard something called "Dazzle" is supposed to do that too but I haven't seen any follow up information in the other forum I asked this question in. If you have any suggestions, links will certainly be helpful. Experience using said equipment would be a definite plus! Final note: Any resultant footage will NOT be used by me in a KOTOR full length movie! LOL
  10. List what mods and updates you installed - and if you can recall- in what order.
  11. Will your blades flicker like Crixler's or DarthJacen's mod (http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=204563)?
  12. It's hard to tell from that angle (and with that filter) but is that a different skybox in the background?
  13. I was wondering how the "Reputation" listed on profiles is actually calculated.

  14. TSL suffers more than KOTOR. Bioware efficiently removed most traces of Sleheyron - certainly more thoroughly than Obisidian did with M4-78. Yuthura Ban's reference to Sleheyron was put in after they cut the planet as a informal dedication to what was cut.
  15. Hopefully - for the TSL version - it will be also compatible with HOTOR and USM as well. I'm trying to recall, does your mod have the flickering cores too?
  16. Might I suggest making a mod for a Bronze color fix that's TSLRCM compatible then? I'd also suggest making it comaptible with HOTOR (see the download section for more information.) Perhaps you might make a poll to see what colors folks might be interested in for possible additional color crystal pack. Oh . . . and welcome to Deadly Stream Forums, Crixler!
  17. "Who's scruffy looking?" Han Solo, ESB
  18. Looks like part of your description got cut off. I'd like to be able to read the rest, if possible.
  19. That sounds like something I could imagine being called a "modesty fix." While I don't think it needs to necessarily be in TSLRCM, it would make for a wonderful optional mod if someone desired to do it.
  20. I know a lot of folks have seen the pictures you've posted for M4-78 EP right here at Deadly Stream. Might you also update some of the threads over in the M4-78 Social Group over at LF as well? That's just in case they don't know to come here. No rush on this request, BTW.

  21. Help us help you. Start by telling us . . . 1) What mods you have in your current install of TSL - include links to the mods. (No one can claim to know how all the mods work so we need that to reserach your problem. 2) If you're on Deadly Stream, you're most likely using the TSLRCM. If so, we'll need to know which version. If not, we'll need to know that too but that's just common sense. 3) Sometimes in order to have compatibility, you have to install mods in a certain order. In what exact order did you install of these mods?
