  1. In case any one is wondering, I am still working on that M4-78 documentary video series. I do have to wait for a few folks to send their comments in an audio form. One of the folks is at school and another has just got married so I must patient. You guys don't want to hear my voice all the way through the video as that would get old quick. (Ask my wife!) While I wait for those audio submissions, I'll put this question to you: Do you have any M4-78 questions that are non-walkthrough related? I will be doing a video walkthrough for M4-78 EP. and I have a very good idea of what every one is looking for in that. The M4-78 questions need not be restricted to the most current M4-78 mod. I can't guarantee an answer for you but I'll do my best to get the information you're interested in. Any takers?
  2. How about "Marl" - one of the duelists you can fight on Taris?
  3. I'm staying far away from any splicing this time. [sarcasm] Because what I put together turned out oh so well for M4-78 EP! [/sarcasm]
  4. Try looking here for advice on that. Then try here if that previous doesn't work out for you.
  5. You may recall I said that those pushing cracks would be banned. By posting likes to warez, the fellow above Rece has now been permanently banned.
  6. Welcome to the forums, Varkor. Before anyone mentions anything about porting, he is using the unfiltered HK lines for one of those KOTOR movies that have been all the rage on YouTube. It's not for a mod. Anyone have any suggestions for a filter to make lines sound like HK-47 - but not types of HK units? BTW Varkor, let them know which audio program you are using.
  7. In addition to the last post, you also don't mention which game you are referring to: Knights of the Old Republic 1 or 2.
  8. It's not like there is a charge for uploading corrections. I encourage corrections - grammar or otherwise - if at all possible in mods uploaded here or elsewhere. However, it is your mod . . .
  9. Thanks for the report and for keeping a positive attitude throughout!
  10. 1) I have the official fan site package. The icons are not in there. Furthermore, even if they were, the legal agreement that accompanies them does not give legal permission for use of any artwork to be used except for the purposes in making a fan site. Here's the legal agreement if you wish to read it in full. 2} Have you read either the Deadly Stream general site rules or our official policy or porting? If not, please do so. 3) You mentioned Torhead. They've given up their site but before they did, the had the links auto-forward to the official "The Old Republic" site. One could infer that they wish all further questions to be asked of Bioware. Have you considered just asked Bioware for written permission or guidance?
  11. K1 and K2 are available together on 1 DVD - just Google "KOTOR Collection"
  12. You read to read CrisG's thread about K1 cut content . Yes, the whole thing.
  13. Who would create these new movies at a higher resolution? IIRC, they didn't do anything like that for the KOTOR1 port. That's my personal reason that it doesn't seem likely to me.
  14. From LucasForums thread Apparently the sarlaac would've been in this pit . . . The combined pack of these modules plus the PLCaa/MQATester and Kashyyyk ones is now available for download here at DeadlyStream under the name Lost Modules Pack.
  15. Thanks for the responses everyone. Miles, I'd like to hear YOUR definition of successful in this case. It's an opinion question so the interpretation may be varied.
  16. The playthrough without TSLRCM will have more bugs. However, let's keep thread dedicated to the new port. I'm sure there's a thread somewhere on this site that asks a similar question to yours.
  17. I suggest playing it without it first - if only to enjoy the restored parts more. Up to you, though.
  18. Try deleting KOTOR2LOGO.tga from your override. You can safely remove it. All that removing it will do is let you see the original logo. You won't display TSLRCM 1.8.3, but it was just there for display (generally to make people aware it's installed.) It is not a required part of the mod.
  19. Until there's confirmed features and a place online to purchase it, I don't see any of this as a big deal.
