    Ok, for all of you guys who are good with computers: what is a decent graphics card that could run Kotor without issues and also run games such as GTA V and Arma 3? And what is a good CPU that could run Kotor?

      AMD cards tend to have issues with older games. I know KOTOR won't run on a lot of them. I'd say gtx 660+, 760+, 860+ or 960+ should be able to run those fine.

      Haswell core i5 processors would be the best route to go as well, however, the next intel processor generation, skylake, comes out in september-allegedly-- which could reduce the price of haswell processors, or be cheap enough on their own to warrant a purchase.
