Yeah, then it might be SLMs fault. The problem with SLM is that it makes changes to many many modules by editing their .mod files, but instead of doing so with TSLPatchers function to actually edit the existing .mod files, it simply replaces them, thus reverting all edits done by other mods (except for TSLRCM and M4) prior to SLMs installation. That's how I screwed up my installation of PartySwap.
I don't know if SLM and the Jedi Temple edit the same .mod files, but if they do I would suspect that's what's causing the issue. In that case, you could try to install Jedi Temple again on top of your current installation. But I highly recommend to make a backup of that installation first! I don't know if it helps in this case, but it did in my case with PartySwap and SLM.
Edit: Jedi Temple does not edit any .mod files, so that's definetly not the cause. Still, installing SLM as early as possible is a good recommendation for future installations^^
Problem is that I'm now out of ideas... Maybe try to install the M4-JediTemple-Compability-Patch again. That includes all the files responsible for the planet transitions AFAIK, so maybe installing that again can fix your issue.
