Solution: Try adding more raindrops in the one texture? I suppose it would still look like sparse rain. -

Looks good man, but I'd maybe change the drop so it's a little thinner. They look like gigantic drops. Can you control the density of the rain? I'd make the rain smaller and try to add more of it. -

I don't want this to be an ongoing saga, changes make this brief. 1. I'm sorry for calling you a whiner. It was inaccurate. I am, however glad I did because the alternative would have warranted a lot of Preparation H. Because of the butthurt. Ultimately, some of the comments you made on modding and developers are off base. This doesn't irk me, but I suspected you might have a bit of an ego. And this is true, since you refuse to admit that you are mostly just making contrast and color changes. I'm not saying it's bad (don't you remember back a few pages when I praised your work?) but I would like to see some new things from you. I assumed that they way you carried yourself, that you would have a wider skill set. And you do! But you're not using it a whole lot. 2. You do know you sound arrogant for assuming any comment made not praising your work is automatically negative, right? 3. My official parody name is VarsityMUFFET. Not Muppet. VP out. If I want contrast changes I'll just go do them myself.

I'm not belittling your work. I've just noticed that most of your texture changes are more or less contrast/color/overlay changes. Is this not true? Of course there are some new things you changed and that's good. But you can't deny that a lot of it is just minor tweaks. I am however saying that you should stop whining about the lack of tools we have to mod here. There is no development suite that we get to make expansive mods. We all know modding here is not like other communities.

There's so many idiotic things you said in that post. So idiotic, I simply can't write a single word.... Pictures say more anyways. EDIT: Are you going to do any more texture changes that aren't just contrast/color/overlay tweaks?

Thanks Phil. I've got an oldflash pack in the mod already. It uses mostly his double sabers (again, I'm not too fond of movie sabers). But some single sabers have been included.

Interesting - so you never saw that scene? Tobin and Nihilus? It should happen right before you enter the Jedi Enclave... Every good college student procrastinates, my friend. Sadly, I can't say what might have caused you to miss that scene, but did you at least like the HK Factory?

Hmmmmmmm.... Well, the part about being standing up and having outstretched arms can't be helped (it's been an "engine" thing since the beginning). Not sure what's up with the "not dying: part. Been watching Doctor Who lately .... maybe they are "regenerating"

Have you considered adding "make-up" to accentuate certain features of face textures? Obviously not traditional make-up, I mean sort of in the same sense they use make up in movies so an actors face looks more vibrant. A good example is Atton's face. It looks like he's wearing eyeliner and lipstick is you look hard but it doesn't look that weird in game.

Alright, I concede the point about the pinkness (good explanation, by the way). I will likely end up using my own Luxa body mod anyways though so again, nipplies are not something I'm worried about.

Fair enough - instead of multiple installations though I'm more in favor of some sort of interface that the user can customize.

Updates are slow on the Saber Front. Mostly because I'm individually sorting through Kuai Don Jorn's Saber hilts. Matching newest model versions with the newest texture versions. Will take quite awhile and I'm starting to think I should probably work on converting the smaller packs of sabers while I'm working on this mammoth of a pack. Sorry for the long wait. I figure I'll answer your PM here since others will likely want to know the answer. Will the infamous black/inverted color saber be included? Sadly, no. I really like the black saber personally, but quality-wise, all the kotor renditions are... well terrible. This has to do with the engine's capability of texture rendering and image processing I believe. If you're familiar with openGL blend functions, basically, all lightsaber textures use the "additive" type blending where the colors values are added up (much like numbers) for a maximum of 255,255,255 rgb (white). That's what lets the "white" shine through. With black sabers, you need the black to shine through, which is subtractive blending. TSL doesn't seem to support that in its .txi write ups so the result is not really that satisfying, if you get what I mean. Will Kreia have her Walking Stick? Can party members construct lightsabers of their own? Quests? etc? Possibly to all of these questions. One thing I wanted to stay away from is canonizing any particular saber hilt. I realize most of you will use USM but I like to mix it up between several different hilts. We shall see what happens.
