Simply click on the TSLPatcher.exe, select your option, click install and sit back and watch the TSLPatcher do its magic. Description: On Taris, you encounter a female off duty Sith by the name of Sarna who says the following: "I'm off duty right now, so I'm not in uniform. My name is Sarna - junior officer first class with the Sith occupation force."- Sarna A 'first class junior officer' makes it sound as if she is one of the many female Sith Officer NPCs you encounter throughout the game, however, the player has the option of stealing her Sith Armor which instead suggests she is a Female Sith Soldier... so where are the Female Sith Soldiers? This mod will add Female Sith Soldiers throughout the K1 story alongside their male comrades in arms, they can be found in the following locations: Endar Spire Taris Undercity Taris Military Base Manaan Military Base Leviathan Star Forge These new NPCs are a rework of the default Sith Trooper model, giving them feminine curves and the female animations. This, combined with the new Female Sith Soldier soundset (an edit of the normal Sith Soldier soundset), will present authentic Female Sith Soldiers. Only the appearances and soundsets of the modified Sith are changed, the difficulty and loot drops of the affected Sith Soldiers remain unchanged. Warning: This mod restores the white Sith Soldier textures for both male and female Sith Soldiers. This mod is still compatible with Sith Soldier reskins. Known Bugs: This mod shouldn't have bugs but if there is Just PM me on Deadlystream. When the Female Sith Soldier dies, her arms sometimes appear to clip into the ground. This is an issue with the model and isn't something I can fix. Incompatibilities: Please report any incompatibilities! DESCRIPTION: If you have played through KotOR II: TSL with a female Exile, you may remember that Darth Sion, one of the main villains of the game, practically falls in love, albeit in a rather creepy way, with the female Exile as he becomes attached to her throughout the course of the game, and he expresses such feelings to the female Exile during the Exile's final confrontation with him on Malachor. What if Sion could develop such feelings to a male Exile as well? That's where the development of this Darth Sion and Male Exile Mod came from. What this mod does is to make changes to the gender checks of Sion's dialogue, so Sion can also develop the same attachment to a male Exile. If you're interested to see how a same-gender version of Sion's affection for the Exile played out, then this mod is for you. Please note that this mod is ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH THE ENGLISH VERSION OF TSL AND TSLRCM. I do not provide support for non-English versions of TSL and TSLRCM. 2. INSTALLATION: First and foremost, make sure you have The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM) installed since TSLRCM is REQUIRED for this mod to work. !! ATTENTION!! STEAM USERS: If you play KotOR 2 on Steam, DO NOT USE THE STEAM WORKSHOP VERSION OF TSLRCM if you want to use this mod! Instead, use the installer (.exe) version of TSLRCM, which can be downloaded from Deadly Stream here. I recommend reading this Deadly Stream post on why Steam Workshop is NOT recommended for modding KotOR 2. Extract the Darth Sion and Male Exile Mod.zip you downloaded to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KoOR 2 directory. Run Install.exe. You will notice that this mod provides two installation options. You may only choose one of these options: Version A: This option will make Darth Sion express interest in both male and female Exiles. Version B: This option will make Darth Sion express interest in male Exiles only, and Sion will interact with female Exiles the same way he did with male Exiles in vanilla TSL. Once you have chosen the installation option you want, point the installer to your KotOR 2 directory, where swkotor2.exe is located, and let the installer do its magic. During installation, a new folder named "backup" will be created in the same folder as the installer. Do not delete the folder or any of the files within the folder if you are planning on uninstalling this mod. The "Source" folder includes the source of the scripts used by this mod for modders' reference. Ignore the "Source" folder if you only want to install and play this mod. 3. DESCRIPTION: As much as I love KotOR II: TSL, I have always been disappointed by the lack of same-gender romance options with any of the party members. Granted, TSL never had any fully developed romance arc to begin with, but given KotOR 1 at least has Juhani as a lesbian romance option even though her romance has less content (and is much easier to miss due to bugs) compared to Bastila's or Carth's, the lack of same-gender romance options in TSL is disappointing, in my opinion. My Visas Marr and Female Exile Romance as well as Atton Rand and Male Exile Romance mods had been made and released as part of my same-gender romance mod project for TSL, now I present to you the next and the biggest part of my project: Handmaiden Handmaiden and Female Exile - Disciple and Male Exile Romance mod! This mod makes the Handmaiden a romance option for female Exiles, and the Disciple a romance option for male Exiles. Players do not need to worry about any possible pronouns mix-up either because this mod will make the Handmaiden refer to a female Exile by "she/her" and the Disciple refer to a male Exile by "he/him". If a female Exile has much higher influence with Visas than the Handmaiden, the Handmaiden vs. Visas jealousy/rivalry cutscenes will be triggered (however, be warned that this will also make the Handmaiden refuse to speak to the player for the rest of the game). Similarly, if a male Exile has much higher influence with the Disciple than Atton, Atton vs. the Disciple jealousy/rivalry cutscenes will be triggered. It is worth noting that this mod also enables the romantic subtext between a female Exile and Atris, due to the fact that said romantic subtext are only available if you recruit Handmaiden as a party member. Please note that this mod is ONLY COMPATIBLE WITH THE ENGLISH LOCALIZATION OF TSL AND TSLRCM. I do not provide support for non-English localizations of TSL and TSLRCM. 2. IMPORTANT NOTE TO MAKE THIS MOD WORK: In order for the Handmaiden/Disciple content from this mod to take effect, you must use a save before Handmaiden/Disciple joins your party. In Handmaiden's case, you must load a save before leaving the secret Academy on Telos. In Disciple's case, you must load a save before meeting him in the Enclave Sublevel on Dantooine. There is NO other way to add Handmaiden/DIsciple in your party if you have played past the point where Handmaiden/Disciple is supposed to join your party. 3. INSTALLATION: ***** Due to the fact that this mod will make considerable amount of changes to the game's content, please read my instructions carefully and check out the "MOD COMPATIBILITY" section below before installing this mod! ***** First and foremost, make sure you have The Sith Lords Restored Content Mod (TSLRCM) installed since TSLRCM is REQUIRED for this mod to work. !! ATTENTION!! STEAM USERS: If you play KotOR 2 on Steam, DO NOT USE THE STEAM WORKSHOP VERSION OF TSLRCM if you want to use this mod! Instead, use the installer (.exe) version of TSLRCM, which can be downloaded from Deadly Stream here. After installing TSLRCM, extract the Hand_Disc_SGRomances.zip you downloaded to anywhere you like, as long as it is not within the KotOR 2 directory. Before you install, make sure that your KotOR 2 main game directory and all subfolders are NOT set as read-only, otherwise you may get an error message that says along the lines of "[ERROR] Unhandled exception: Access violation at address..." Right-click your KotOR 2 folder and subfolders, go to Properties and uncheck the "Read-only". Run Install.exe. You will notice that this mod provides two installation options. You may only choose ONE of these options: Default Installation: This option will make the Handmaiden join a female Exile and the Disciple to join a male Exile automatically. Players will not need to do any extra actions for it to happen. However, this option does not allow players to recruit both the Handmaiden and the Disciple in a single playthough. WARNING: If you choose this installation option, male Exiles will not be able to recruit the Handmaiden. Similarly, female Exiles will not be able to recruit the Disciple. PartySwap Compatible Installation: This option is for players who have installed DarthTyren's PartySwap mod, which allows players to recruit both the Handmaiden and the Disciple in a single playthrough regardless of the Exile's gender. Please make sure you have installed PartySwap first BEFORE choosing this installation option!     Mahalo for checking out my mod! I promise I will get updated pictures down the road. I just hated how ugly the melee weapons looked, especially in comparison to all of the upscaled and re-done textures and models we can get nowadays. While not quite the job that something like High Quality Blasters does, this mod upscales all of the vanilla textures for both melee and ranged weapons using a mixture of ESRGAN and waifu2x AI upscaling to around 512-by-512px wherever possible with the goal of being as mod-friendly as it can be (so no model overhauls or anything like that - this is just a straight-up retexture). I offer both Melee and Ranged weapon textures separately so users can drag-and-drop whichever ones they want to use. The mod itself should be pretty simple to install - just download the file, go into the folder of the weapons you want to replace, and drop the loose files directly into your Override folder (should be something like C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Star Wars - KotOR2\Override, for example). Note that this won't be compatible with mods that change the models or retexture weapons, so if you want to use my textures be sure to overwrite the ones in your Override with the ones from this file! For major overhauls like High Quality Blasters or Quarterstaff Replacement where the weapons look physically different, textures from this file won't work with those models. Why should I use these textures over something like High Quality Blasters or Quarterstaff Replacement? Honestly, if the mods doesn't break anything in your game, you should just use those mods instead since they offer actually good weapon models and textures. This is more of an alternative for those who have problems with those kinds of mods or can't run those kinds of mods for whatever reason, or are looking to complement other high-res textures from those mods. Or you really, really like the vanilla textures and want to be a purist.

    Summary This mod fixes two problems with the VO in the game. T3-M4 was missing some VO files. This would cause his lines to be skipped when these files were referenced in the original game. The files missing were his short "question" variants. I was able to edit together new ones using his medium and long lines as a source. Some of the Gand entries were misplaced; they were typed on the unused Gotal line rather than the Gand line. In this case, the VO did exist, but it wasn't being referenced properly in the 2DA file. I've adjusted the file to correct that. I don't recall if this presented any problems in the released game, but the affected VO files were the "question" and "sad" variants. I didn't remove them from the Gotal line in case that was actually used for Gand VO in the game. Installation Extract files from the downloaded archive. Run VO_Fix_K1.exe. Click "Install Mod" and select your game directory (default name SWKOTOR2). Uninstallation Remove the installed files. Replace alienvo.2da with backup if necessary. Compatibility TSLRCM does address the T3 issue, but it does this by replacing T3's VO with generic utility droid VO, which I really, really didn't like. So if you're using TSLRCM, this mod will revert that change. You don't need to start a new game, but Zeison Sha and Jal Shey armors that you have acquired will keep their original item name. You can choose to only take parts of this mod, for example leave out the changed item names, male or female updates, icons. Feel free to contact me for help with that. * Note: Similar to my Zeison Sha & Jal Shey Reskin 2020 mod: In the vanilla game the Jal Shey Neophyte Armor (a_robe_07) and the Jal Shey Advisor Armor (a_robe_11) use the same texture and icon. I've changed that in this mod. However it won't change a Jal Shey Advisor Armor (=Ansata Librarian Robe) item that you've already acquired in a save. That said, you don't need to start a new game if you want to use this mod, if you do already have the Jal Shey Advisor Armor (=Ansata Librarian Robe) then it will simply look the same as the Jal Shey Neophyte Armor (=Polar Historian Robe). ---------------------------- COMPATABILITY ---------------------------- This mod will conflict with other mods that change the Zeison Sha and Jal Shey armors.     Well technically it is something you (or @Marius Fett) could fix. The model just needs adjusted die/dead/getupdead and/or die1/dead1/getupdead1 anims. It actually shouldn't be too arduous if it is just some arm/hand adjustment, since you can just fix the static dead anims first and then reuse those keys as the end/start frames for the die/getupdead anims.
