A KNIGHTS OF THE OLD REPUBLIC MODIFICATION Leviathan Differentiated Dialogue by Revanator (ethan.wookie@gmail.com or contact me at DeadlyStream) Description: The Leviathan was always one of my favorite parts of the original KotOR game. I always liked running around as one of my favorite party members, having a mini-adventure before taking control of my PC again. However, it always bothered me that the dialogue you had with the Rodian prisoner was the same for all possible party members (save T3). This mod fixes that. You will now have different options for all party members that fit with their unique personalities, temperaments, and manners of speaking. I left T3's untouched. Installation: Simply copy the lev40_rodpris2.dlg file into your override folder. Uninstallation: Delete lev40_rodpris2.dlg from your override folder. Compatibility: Should be compatibile with any mod that does not touch lev40_rodpris2.dlg. This IS compatibile with K1R, but K1R is not necessary! Credits: jc2 for some heavy testing and bug-finding (and the screenshot). Fred Tetra for KotOR Tool tk102 for DLGEditor Usage: Please do not upload this anywhere without my permission, and contact me if you use this in any of your mods, so that I may approve you. -

When you first arrive at Dantooine, you start your training to be a Jedi, after a long dialog/cutscene of your player learning the ways of the force - Master Zhar sends you off to Master Dorak who will guide you through choosing a lightsaber crystal. You speak to Dorak and he tells you about the colours of a lightsaber, although you only get to choose, blue, green & yellow, what position within the order they're associated with and then you get to choose your class and colour. You go back to Zhar and then you make your lightsaber. Now here is where this little mod comes into effect, normally you'd go to the workbench, fiddle around with nothing and look like a total pleb while doing it, by you I mean your PC not you personally - I'm sure you don't look like a pleb, anyway after that you then have a nice whatever colour you chose lightsaber. What this mod does is, before you go over to the workbench, you'll have two questions to answer - the first is what kind of lightsaber you'd like and the choices are; * Standard Lightsaber * Double-Bladed Lightsaber * Short lightsaber The second question is which colour would you like, now it is important what you select here because you won't get the colour you told Dorak earlier you will get the colour you select now. Anyway we now have more choices, you can select any default game colour you'd like instead of just blue, green or yellow. The choices are; * Blue * Green * Yellow * Red * Purple After selecting the type and colour of the lightsaber, your PC will go to the workbench and look like a pleb while fiddling with nothing, like normal. If you already have a file called dan13_zhar.dlg in your override folder, or packaged into a .mod file, then you will have problems with this, if this is the case PM on Lucas Forums or mine (deadlystream.com) with the name of the mod that file came from and I'll contact the author and see if I can make them compatible. There shouldn't be any bugs or glitches with this but if you do find one please let me know. Installation: Copy the 'override' folder into your main KOTOR directory. To uninstall delete the files 'dan13_zhar.dlg' & 'deadly_g1 - g15.ncs' from your override folder. -

1 pointThat would purely be a shadow issue. The engine has trouble generating/rendering shadows from certain kinds of self-intersecting/non-watertight meshes, which classification the eyelids would definitely fall under. You can see a very clear example of this in action in M4-78:

1 pointIt seems like KOTORMax's area import function does not properly import (all?) animations. I noticed that when working on the Telos skybox models that contain animations for the birds flying around. When I imported the entire area using the "Layout File Import", those animations just wouldn't be there. "With Anims" was checked of course. But when I use "MDL Loading" instead with the exact same model, the animation will load just fine. I've attached all the corresponding files. The issue was with 233TELSB. The other models don't have animations (I think). 233tel.zip

1 pointLater this week, I might redo some of the videos on my channel. My old ones are bit choppy and they aren't in widescreen format. I can do better now so you may as well watch them now before I make the old ones all private.

1 pointView File Ahsoka Tano Add Ahsoka Tano as a playable character, adversary, or player companion in Jedi Academy. ADDITIONAL NOTE: Single-player character selection menu addon available here. RELEASED: 4 August 2015 AUTHOR: Cerez SUMMARY: New Model: Yes Bot: Yes NPC: Yes Team Support: Yes Custom Sounds: Yes Custom Lightsaber: Yes DESCRIPTION: A lifelike rendition of the character Ahsoka Tano, Padawan to Anakin Skywalker, from around the time of her departure from the Jedi Order. FEATURES: ----------------------------------- AHSOKA AS SINGLE-PLAYER SIDEKICK: Have Ahsoka assist you on your single-player missions. After loading a level and activating cheat mode, type this in the game's console: npc spawn ahsoka A CHATTY BOT: Ahsoka's multiplayer bot has a true-to-character, chatty personality, and is loaded with new things to say -- directly sourced from and inspired by her character talk and snap-backs from official games and TV show episodes, leading up to the end of The Clone Wars. NEW DUAL LIGHTSABER COMBINATION: Ahsoka being a dual lightsaber wielder in the traditional fashion, with a shoto blade, I've included her second lightsaber in the game's lightsaber selection menu. This allows the player to actually use a shoto (shorter bladed lightsaber). I found this makes fighting against duals a little less predictable, and helps to spice things up a bit both visually, and in terms of gameplay. Console Reference: Primary: tano Supporting (Shoto): tano2 INSTALLATION: ----------------------------------- Simply move the PK3 files into the "base" folder of your game directory. KNOWN BUGS: ----------------------------------- Slight clipping with the skirt and limbs in certain movement/poses, unavoidable due to the game's technical design limitations. 0 pointsIn Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, on the summit of the Temple of the Ancients at the Unknown World, you will be confronted by Bastila, who has fallen to the dark side. During the confrontation you will be provided the opportunity to determine which ending you will get, and there will be consequences of your choice there. If you choose the light side ending by rejecting Bastila's suggestion for you to reclaim the title of the Dark Lord of the Sith, you will face the fallen Bastila again in the Star Forge. Depending on your dialogue choices, you will either successfully convince Bastila to return to the light side, or you kill her if you fail to do so. This guide will provide in-depth details on how the mechanics of redeeming Bastila on the Star Forge works, and which dialogue options will give you better chance in successfully redeeming Bastila. Here is the link to my redeeming Bastila guide
