1. Description:

This mod is a compilation of various bugfix mods put together with the intention of fixing all the known bugs with the last official patch of KOTOR 2. A huge thanks to all of the mod authors who created these mods, and gave me permission to include them in this patch.

 

2. Install:

Run INSTALL.exe and navigate to your K2 install folder. Generally speaking, this mod should be installed before anything else, except mods that do hard edits/overwrites of 2DA, TLK or MOD (module) files.

 

3. Uninstall:

Given the complexity of this mod, a clean install of KOTOR II is recommended. However, you can check through the installation log file if you wish to undo the changes made.

 

4. List of included mods and fixes (alphabetical by author):

  • Running in outer space makes you look like a squirrel injected with caffeine

  • There are multiple issues with the Harbinger level geometry: Harbinger Hull Fixes 1.1
  • The Zeison Sha armour for males (PMBMM) is unable to properly perform a two-handed grip during weapon animations: Get a Grip! Zeison Sha Armour Male Model Fix 1.0
  • There are some minor level geometry issues in the Peragus Administration level: Peragus Administration Level Room Model Fixes 1.0
  • The head texture for Visas has a poor quality mask for its environment map and incorrectly uses her skin colour for the inside of her mouth
  • The female player head PFHA04 has some clipping issues with the right eyeball and eyelid (reported by Soka)
  • The female player head PFHA05 has incorrect UVs for the upper teeth, causing them to be flesh-coloured (reported by ebmar)
  • The Ebon Hawk's medbay has some bad lightmaps and the camera can clip through its walls (suggested by JCarter426)
  • The Ebon Hawk's interior had various minor additional geometry/lightmap issues not addressed by bead-v's mod
  • The Bumani Exchange Corp. module lacked a skybox/starscape (reported by JCarter426)
  • Mandalore is missing the helmet filter effect on one of his lines (reported by Sniggles)
  • War Droid texture variants didn't properly display the blaster texture (Reported by Sith Holocron)
  • When Kreia first wakes up in the Peragus Administration Level morgue, it's possible to briefly see her body disappear

No, it makes no such change.

No. Some warnings are expected due to MOD files already existing, but not that many. And errors are always bad. Post your install log.

Installing the KOTOR 1 Community Patch to KOTOR 2 might be your problem.

Looking at the list, it might be a good idea to replace "Don't Let Kreia Fly Your Speeder!" with "Repair Your Airspeeder Again" (which incorporates the former) for some added QOL benefits regarding the speeder.

And on the subject of QOL, I would like to suggest incorporating feeling's "Delayed Nar Shaddaa Main Quest", since it fixes one of the vanilla game's most aggravating design choices. Possibly as an optional component, in deference to the fact that for some (Though not many, I'd wager) it might be an extreme change and to the fact that it requires a guide to the changed trigger.

I would also recommend the Saedhe head component of "Unofficial TSLRCM Tweak Pack", because Saedhe's vanilla, final head actually fits the voiceover. The beta one TSLRCM restored does not.

when installing on a clean Steam version + manually installed TSLRCM + M4-78EP it gives 20 warnings, is that how it should be?

I seem to be having an issue with this mod overriding my player model and only showing this outfit regardless of what I'm wearing (even with armor or no clothing equipped at all.. I cannot figure out why it's doing it or what to remove. Any suggestions? (I've tried uninstalling everything & without this mod my save won't load so leaving it out isn't an option) I went into detail in this Reddit Post about what mods I have installed and what I've done to troubleshoot. k2-rcm-playable-character-only-showing-u

[I'm on PC through Steam, but all the mods are added through Override and not the workshop.]

I've tried taking off the clothing entirely, swapping between regular clothes, armor, robes, etc. and even tried using other mods to try and override the issue with no success. I've uninstalled all my mods and reinstalled with no success either. It seems to only be tied to the player models (any in the game files listed as JEDI_ETHNICITY_GENDER_0X) since I was able to get around it by swapping my Main Characters model with a commoner NPC (Onderon NPCs) or a party member (Handmaiden) and it worked fine. Other Party members like Atton or Bao Dur show the correct armor models when equipped. Only the Main Jedi seems to have this issue and after uninstalling and re-installing all the mods in stages I narrowed it down to the K2CP mod. I also tried running the script that deletes duplicate TPC files to see if it was something in there but it's still doing the same thing.

This isn't a change the KOTOR 2 Community Patch makes, and it doesn't sound like something any of the mods you listed does, either. I would suggest checking that you do not have other mods installed. If you previously subscribed to mods on the Steam Workshop or had manually installed mods to the Steam Workshop folder, they may have remained even after reinstalling the game.
