The warning happened because M4-78EP put the 650jedi.dlg into the Override folder. Yes for the Handmaiden romance mod, but for the other two it does not matter. That said, since you are also using Extended Enclave Tweaks, you also need to install the compatibility patch for Extednded Encalve Tweaks included in both the Viass romance mod and the Handmaiden romance mod.

My mod provides a compatibility patch for Extended Enclave with its own instructions, and the instructions have explicitly stated that you need to install Extended Enclave AFTER my Handmaiden and Female Exile - Disciple and Male Exile Romance mod. Since you did not install these mods in the right order, your safest bet is to uninstall everything, including your KotOR 2 game, delete the KotOR 2 game folder, and reinstall the game and the mods. Installation order is very important if you want to use multiple KotOR 2 mods, so make sure you read through the Read Me files adn instructions carefully Also, when you are reporting issues with installing KotOR mods, it is best to share the installog.txt file itself.
