Description bigger dialog font Increases dialogue and menu description font size in KOTOR 2 for better readability on modern displays. The main file is x1.3, a 30% text size increase, optional versions are included for 20%, 25%, 40%, and 50%. This mod also includes upscaled font textures so the larger text looks clearer. New update beta file Optional Dialog Subtitle Wrap beta add-on Dialog Subtitle Wrap is an optional beta dialog.tlk file that adds line breaks to dialogue subtitles to stop subtitle text from going off screen when using the larger font. Important: Dialog Subtitle Wrap requires TSL Restored Content Mod and KOTOR 2 Community Patch. These requirements only apply to the dialog.tlk add-on. The regular Bigger Font K2 files do not have any known requirements. Make sure to back up your original dialog.tlk before installing. Extra Notes Screenshots were taken at 1920x1080. Widescreen UI Fix is only recommended for 2K setups and is not required. If you are playing at another resolution and having issues, the issue may be related to Widescreen UI Fix being installed at an unsupported resolution. Installation Choose your preferred version. The main file is not required for optional versions. Copy the Override folder into your main Knights of the Old Republic 2 directory. Replace files if prompted. For Dialog Subtitle Wrap, read the included README first. Back up your original dialog.tlk, then place the new dialog.tlk inside your main KOTOR 2 directory, where the exe is located. If updating from an older version and text does not appear, try deleting dialog_p.gui and dialog_x.gui from your Override folder. Changelog Added optional Dialog Subtitle Wrap beta add-on.-

Bigger Font increases the text size throughout Knights of the Old Republic, including menus, dialog, and subtitles. This mod is intended for widescreen/high-resolution setups where the default KOTOR text can look too small, especially at 1080p and higher resolutions. File Options 30 Percent Bigger Font 40 Percent Bigger Font 50 Percent Bigger Font All versions also include TGA texture files upscaled 4x with Topaz Gigapixel. This keeps the text looking sharp and high resolution, since increasing the font size makes the original textures look very blurry and low res. Requirements: KotOR High Resolution Menus (Make sure you have it's prerequisites installed.) K1 Main Menu Widescreen Fix HD UI Menu Pack Remove Duplicate TGA-TPC This is required because some installs may have duplicate TPC files that can override the TGA files from this mod. Install Instructions Choose one version: 30 percent, 40 percent, or 50 percent. Extract the zip file. Place the Override folder into your main swkotor directory. Alternatively, place the TGA and TXI files directly into your Override folder. Choose to replace if prompted If the font does not appear in-game, use Remove Duplicate TGA-TPC to check for duplicate TPC files that may be overriding the TGA files. Note: Some NPC subtitles and text in the description box slightly go off screen. This is very minor and not really noticeable, I am currently looking for a workaround.- 7 comments

From the readme: Description This mod replaces some of the elements in the user interface (UI) with new versions. This mainly affects the combat UI, but some elements (like the health and force bars) are shared across multiple screens. The item bars and powers menus have new boxes, the combat and selection reticles have been replaced with more minimal versions, and a number of arrows have been replaced with a different style. The overall aim ahs been to imitate the style of the Designers Republic (http://www.thedesignersrepublic.com/), and their work, particularly on the Wipeout PlayStation franchise. Eventually, I may replace the whole UI, but this is it for now. NB: This mod has only really been tested on the widescreen, Steam version of the game. The elements may look different on other versions and at different resolutions. Installation Just drop the files into your Override folder. Uninstallation Take them out again. This mod is not to be distributed for profit, either. Use it how you like, but if you're going to post it up somewhere, or make a derivate mod, or use it in another mod, you must ask me first.
