  1. KT, what did I ever do to you!? I install .NET 1.1, the service pack after that, then .NET 2.0 and STILL you give me this: http://i1167.photobucket.com/albums/q631/Fair_Strides_2/untitled.jpg

Seems to be about .NET 2.0. Check if you have two versions installed. Apparently the error is caused when you have a beta version and the release version of .NET 2.0 installed.

It was .NET 2.0 service pack 2. I tried with absolutely no .NET Framework and it say"This application couldn't initialize properly..." I tried just .NET Framework 1.1 from the link in the KT Read-me, and I got the message in the above link. Tried to install the service pack 1 for 1.1 over 1.1 without 2.0 installed and the same message as the above link. I also got the third service pack for Windows XP and still nothing. I am pretty much at the end of my rope as to what to do,

I found out the issue after wiping my hard drive for the ump-teen time(Yes, it's a regular thing with me...) I didn't have the .NET 2.0 Redistributable for the run-time apps. :Duh!:
