    This mod will replace the default lightsaber hilt models in KotOR 2:The Sith Lords.
    Should be compatible with TSLRCM 1.8.4 and beyond.
    This version omits the animated blade textures from the main mod but they are still offered as an option (copy and pate tga's and txi's into Override and let overwrite if necessary).
    It also comes with a new(er) model for the cyan double-bladed hilt, and alot of the icons have been remade. Other than that, I changed every hilt texture's name and hex edited them into the original models. Also, this mod is now set to replace file on every installation. This should be the last one I need to do, but you never know.

    This mod will replace all of the default game's lightsaber hilt models and adds new 3D blade models and textures - courtesy of Crazy34 and his crazy awesome modder's resource.
    I have, of course, tweaked his blade textures again to my own preferences and increased the ambient lighting glows by 0.2 on all single and double bladed lightsabers (short stayed the same). 
    In this version I've removed most of my old hilt models and replaced them with ones that may have never been released before, but if I didn't replace the entire model then I remapped and reskinned that previously existing model. All saber icons have been remade to be consistent with my SLM2024 icon backgrounds (I know I said I wouldn't, but to heck with that).
     
    Much thanks to Crazy34 for use of his new 3D blade models and textures and thank you to Deadly Stream for hosting all my mods.
    To install run the .exe and choose the location of the game (not the override itself).
    To uninstall take them all back out.

      This is a large scale lightsaber mod which was built using TSLRCM 1.8.6. This lightsaber mod will not work properly without TSLRCM installed. It should be installed directly after the **DeadlySteam version** of TSLRCM 1.8.6 and on the **LEGACYPC version** of the game from Steam (NOT THE ASPYR VERSION). 
      
      In this mod every party member that is trainable as Jedi will have a uniquely named lightsaber to build on the workbench through new dialog options after they have become Jedi. These initial dialogs will require color crystals to access but will then unlock that specific lightsaber to be built as many times as you like, as long as you have color crystals. These dialogs have been expanded quite a bit to offer a bit more immersion. Both the Jedi Masters and Sith Lords have their own unique lightsabers to wield. These have upgraded stats, weathered and worn textures, and are collectible by the player. 
    In this version I went back to the schematics being simple datapads that you must keep in your inventory to be able to build the lightsaber on the workbench. You won't be able to destroy these datapads since they are quest items that will show up in the quest items inventory. 
    All saber hilt textures and their icons have been remade. There is also one quest to find the parts of a lightsaber with a uniquely colored blade which you can then build on the workbench. It begins in the Telos military base and ends in the Refugee Sector on Nar Shaddaa. The quest for the Acheron lightsaber has been removed.
    The rancor on Dantooine has been removed and the Eloquence saber has been moved to Dxun and you can fight Bralor in the Mandalorian Battle Circle for it.

    Also thanks to Sith Holocron for providing all brand new crystal icons.
            
    Install by running the .exe file called "SLM 2024"

    Removal: 
    1.) Open SLM's BACKUP folder - copy and paste all .MOD files into game's MODULES folder and let overwrite. 
    2.) Copy and paste party member .DLG files (including workbnch.dlg) and any .2DA files found in SLM's BACKUP folder into game's OVERRIDE folder and let overwrite.
    3.) Copy and paste the dialog.tlk found in SLM's BACKUP folder into KotOR2's main folder. Let overwrite.
    4.) Delete all saber files from the game's OVERRIDE folder. (tga's, .txi's, .mdl's, .mdx's, uti's)

    Notes: Version 2024
    *Some older hilt models have been replaced with some different ones.
    *All saber hilt textures have been redone to look a bit more realistic. 
    *All blade textures have been remade into thick core blades with slightly colored cores for a more movie/tv show look.
    *All saber icons have been remade from scratch.
    *All new crystal icons have been provided by Sith Holocron - huge thanks!
    *Greatly expanded workbench dialog to include the breaking down of vanilla game lightsabers and retrieving their crystals.

    *Not compatible with any other saber mods (i.e. Varsity Puppet's Duplisaber, USM, HotOR, etc, etc) UNLESS it only changes the default hilt models. This mod uses (almost) every lightsaber model slot available (13 thru 255).
    *As always, do not try to put a crystal that was made for a double-bladed saber into a single-bladed saber (except Solace or the personal quest saber) or vice versa because it will crash your game.
    *As previously stated, you will not find Vash's or Kaah's hilts unless you have M4-78EP (1.2) and the SLM compatibility patch installed.
    *For companions like Visas, Mira, and Kreia, it's probably a good idea to stand off to one side of them when starting their saber making dialogs. They may get stuck trying to path find.
    *All 13 schematics should be in your possession after helping Talia or Vaklu on Onderon. All dropped saber loot should be in your possession after the Nihilus fight, except Sion's.
    *If you want Nihilus' lightsaber you must ask Visas for it. It will come with the mask.
    *Kreia's Peragus saber is lost after Sion cuts her hand off. Don't expect it back.
    * Do not try to disassemble a hilt that is already equipped by a party member. If you want to switch a party member's saber, make the new one first, then equip it on them before disassembling the one they had (or be controlling the character you want to disassemble on). No clue why this happens but it will crash the game.
    * At time of release, there may be a small bug in 903MAL where Sion doesn't walk to his spot where the assassins circle around him directly after the Atton fight. (903Kreia.dlg) (((UPDATE:7/7/2021 It works fine)))

    This saber mod was built using the K1CP mod. It is mandatory that it be installed before this mod. 
    You must also upon installation open up the swkotor.ini and under [Graphics Options]change the line "DisableVertexBufferObjects=1" to read "Disable Vertex Buffer Objects=1" putting spaces between words.
    So here's a little thing I whipped up....
    In this mod for Knights of the Old Republic, all Jedi party members and force wielding NPC's will come with their own unique lightsaber models. 
    These hilt models from my stash have been updated with Crazy34's new lightsaber blade models with ambient lighting. There are also several unique lightsabers that will drop from enemy npc's or come as rewards for quests on each planet in the game. All saber textures have been redone to some extent in an attempt to update this mod from the old SotOR mod. 
    ===================================================================================================================

    Installation: Run the .exe file after installing K1CP.
    Removal: A backup folder was created in the KSR main folder on installation, just replace all files into their relevant folders.
    Then delete all lightsaber files and dialog files that came with this mod within the Override folder.

    Thanks to: Crazy34 for his great work on new lightsaber blade models, and allowing me to convert my hilts to use his blades. Thanks to SithSpectre for the use of his Unstable Blade texture.

  6. Default Hilt Replacement Mod

    This mod will replace the default vanilla game saber models into new higher poly lightsaber models, each color of blade has it's own unique hilt, with Crazy34's new 3-D lightsaber blade models. This time I removed my old hilt for the yellow bladed saber and changed it to a model I made years ago for SotOR (K1) and made it into a double bladed version as well. 
    I can't say enough about Crazy34's new blade model and textures (which I tweaked to my own preferences), his work has really changed the game on these and it's something a lot of us have been wanting for many years. Kudos to him for all his hard work, I might not have done all this if it weren't for him. They will be enjoyed for years to come.

    To install run the .exe and choose the location of the game (not the override itself).
    To uninstall take them all back out.

  7. Bao-Dur's Liberator's/Oppressor's Armor 2021

    This mod adds a small quest to have Bao-Dur build his own non-force restrictive armor once he reaches 10th level . 
    It's important to talk to him as soon as he hits 10th level so you can get the quest parts afterward on Nar Shaddaa, which you will find in both Tien's shop and in the Serroco thugs area.
    The quest will have you find some military fatigues and armor plating so that he may build the new Liberator or Oppressor's Armor depending on your alignment.
    The armor itself is medium class 7 with a dexterity bonus of +3, and was lovingly reskinned by none other than Effix of DeadlyStream and Steam Workshop notoriety. All credit for the reskinned Jamoah Hogra armor goes to him.
    Run the .exe to install
    ***IMPORTANT***
    I strongly advise to install TSLRCM (and SLM) first before this mod.

  9. TOR Saber Mod (TSM)

    This saber mod now consists of 18 hilts - each in 10 colors, all of which are buildable on the workbench. The first set of 6 hilt styles are available to build as you are building your first saber with the vanilla saber quest. Then, once you've leveled up with an Advanced Class, there will be 12 more hilt style options. Some of these hilt models are leftovers from the HotOR Lightsaber mod, which fell upon hard times and was unable and unwilling to continue - but alas! A new lightsaber mod has risen from it's ashes, and most of the hilts were modeled based on TOR sabers.
    The vanilla game dialogs about Bao-Dur helping you build your saber have been removed, since you build it yourself on the workbench using any default game crystal. As well, the vanilla game's Lightsaber Quest journal entries have been modified to go with this saber quest better.
    Once you have built a new lightsaber, the crystal will change into the specific crystal for that lightsaber, so once you commit to a new lightsaber style, it's crystal is bound to that saber hilt. Also, the training sabers now do 1-10 damage, still with their +3/+4 energy field damages, to try and make them more worthwhile to use. Two new models have been included for the purple and yellow training sabers.
    You must run the TSL Patcher to fully install (aside from the lightsabers, copying files to Override folder will *not* work).
    Compatible with TSLRCM 1.7/1.8.
    Compatible with everything that dosen't use the same lightsaber model numbers. *This excludes HotOR and USM from being compatible.
    Compatible with Default Replacement MegaPack 4.1 or better.
    Compatible with Workbench Crystal Attunement Mod.
    Compatible with RandomSabers 6 Pack.
    Credits: -Darth_Deadman, for finishing off the training sabers and making them powered items that turn on and off like a lightsaber. Thanks Deadman!

    These new armors will replace the Zeison Sha/JalShey Armors with a reskinned N_DarkJediHiM and N_DarkJHiF model.
    There are 6 armors with 6 new icons, and the mod will also remove the max dexterity bonus associated with the ZS/JS armors. This was just something I wanted to do for a long time but never got around to. But after deleting the first batch I came up with these rather quickly.
     

    Run the .exe to install
     
    Removal-
    delete PMBM01 thru 06, PFBM01 thru 06, PMBMM.mdl/.mdx, PFBMM.mdl/.mdx, a_robe06, 07, 11, 16, 20, 26 uti's.
    Replace baseitems.2da found in backup folder to override.

    Many moons ago this mod was part of HotOR 1.6, and I thought I had lost the .zip folder for it, but it's now found and I can bring it YOU, the player, in this new updated for TSLRCM 1.8.4 version.
    This mod adds a small quest to have Bao-Dur build his own non-force restrictive armor once he reaches 10th level. The armor itself is a reskin of normal Electromesh Armor I made back in 2012.
    The quest will have you find some shielding components and a mesh suit on Nar Shadaa so that he may turn them into a powered ElectroMesh suit. It is important that you speak to him when he becomes 10th level and pick up the quest so that you don't find the parts beforehand, which is definately a possibilty. Originally the quest started only after he had become a Jedi Guardian, but I changed it to start earlier so you can get better armor for him that will remain viable throughout your play through.

    ***IMPORTANT***
    Version 2.1 fixes Bao-Dur's dialog for normal (non-SLM) installation.
    I advise to install SLM first before this mod, then simply open the folder called "SLM Compatibilty" and copy and paste the new dialog file into Override and allow to overwrite.
    (You may want to backup the one in Override first)

  12. TSL Playable Uthar Wynn

    Here is an update for my Uthar Head for TSL. As I've been doing more skinning, I've been learning things...this version is an improvement.
    Especially the eyes on the last transistion. More "Sithy", as I've heard.
    I've also noticed that he had very clunky footstep sounds, like Mandalore's metal boots..so I fixed that.
    Both the head textures and the portraits are redone, and all files are included in the patcher this time.
     
    Run the Installer to enjoy.

    This mod allows you to play as Gadon Thek from the original KotOR game, complete with darkside transitions. I'd been wanting to do this head for a long while now, and finally had the time to do it. I wanted to make it really good, and this is about the 3rd attempt at it, cause my DS transitions weren't getting it, but I am happy with how he did turn out. I tried to make the veins stand out without being ridiculous, and the eyes go from yellow to red, and then I desaturated the skin to pale him up and darkened under the eyes to make it look like the dark side has really taken hold of him, a little more like the game does.
     
    Run .exe file to install.

    This adds Dhagon Ghent's head as a playable character in TSL. I had thought about making this one while I was making the Gadon Thek head.
    Can you tell I'm sick of the head selection they give us in TSL?? Yeah,...
    Dark side transitions go from yellow to orangey-red eyes, the skin pales, and more veins added to last transition.
    Thats it really, there's nothing more to write about this.

  15. Darth Darkus' Armored Robes

    These robes reskins were done by Darth Darkus around 2010 if I remember correctly.
    He granted me permission to use them in HotOR 1.6, which I did because they look great.
    In 2012, I released v 1.2 on DeadlyStream as close to how I thought he intended them to be originally but also added the icons, uti's and installation with TSL Patcher.
    Now, I am releasing my own version of the mod 5 years later, with my own spins on them.
    These new robes will now replace the default robes and have been made upgradeable.
    Two of his robe reskins have been omitted (red and blue guard robes), and
    my personal reskins of the brown jedi armored robes now use three of the default jedi robe texture slots.
    These robes have been redone to add shine to the obvious metal parts, which also meant that the shredded outer robe on the Inquisitor's and Marauder's had to be "spliced" with full and intact versions.
    In order to make up for the missing shredded robes I went and put some nice textures on them.
     
    Double click the .exe file to install.
     
    Version 1.3.1 adds the missing texture on the Consular's Battle Robe (my bad), adjusts stats on all robes and touches up Inquisitor's Battle Robe, and lowered the vendor prices on a few robes.

  16. Revan's TOR Saber

    Revan's Canonical TOR Lightsaber's 1.1

    Compatible with TSLRCM 1.8.4
     
    Here is the return of Revan's Canonical TOR Lightsabers. This time the models have been rescaled and the skins touched up a bit. It comes in all the standard game colors and is only learnable by fighting the vision of Revan in the Korriban Tomb.
     
    The mod is compatible with SLM 2.0 with the compatibilty patch included, but will replace the "Mandalorian War Leader's" lightsaber models and icons. I tried to pick an SLM saber that I thought not many would care for to replace it with. Who knows if I succeeded.
     
    Simply run the "RevanSabers.exe" to install for normal TSLRCM 1.8.4 gameplay.
    If also using SLM 2.0 - immediately apply the SLM compatibilty patch.
    To remove open the BACKUP folder created in the the original download folder and replace all files in game's Override and Modules folders.
    Not compatible with VP's Duplisaber Mod.
