  1. Star Wars: Force Commander is a real-time strategy (RTS) computer game released for the PC in March 2000. The game's action runs from immediately before the Battle of Yavin through the Battle of Coruscant. The player takes on the role of Brenn Tantor, an Imperial commander who later defects to the Rebel Alliance. Game features include over 40 different unit types, 24 campaign missions and 27 multiplayer missions, 12 3-D environments, and remixes of John Williams' original Star Wars scores as music. Following a trend of its contemporary RTS titles, Force Commander eschewed the standard resource management system. Instead, the player gathered "Command Points" to grow his force. OK, so why am I mentioning this now 11 year old game? Mainly because it has voice overs from the voice actors that gave you Bastila, Carth, and Jolee. (Here's the whole cast list - in case you're curious: Force Commander Cast List.) I'd like to get access to said voiceovers but - n00b that I am - I can't figure out where they are stored and how do get at them. If anyone has an idea, shoot me a PM please.
  2. I was at least able to update this entry at Star Wars Fan-Pedia today, just in case more folks may have missed the latest update. Stoney is busy at the moment but it will be brought to his attention.
  3. Might you be able to provide a both a link to the entry and a translation of the entry here into English?
  4. Glad to see that you'll be able to see how Miraluka will be different than other species in the game. I think you ought to hold off show pictures of what they look like underneath the eye covers and let us see for ourselves in the game - but that's just me.
  5. 4 hours to go over here but to all of you . . .
  6. Will we be able to un-equip the eye covers to see the Miraluka unique eye sockets?
  7. I'm in the Hssiss chat room right now!

  8. Might I suggest using the TSL soundtrack decompression method that's described over at MixNMojo?
  9. Just starting shopping now? Good luck with that!
  10. On Yahoo Messenger now if you want to chat

  11. Will old threads be moved over to the new site? If not, someone should save the first posts of the most important threads. I nominate the following threads (for starters): "What's restored in TSLRCM" "Mod Compatibility List for TSLRCM 1.7" "TSLRCM 1.7 released" As long as I'm asking questions, will the posting limit for each post be increasing with the new build?
  12. I'm in the chat room at the Team Hssiss site if you'd like to say hello.

  13. Any news about that "combining the force powers into one pack" thing?

  14. I was bored on watch and I spotted a very interesting site completely by accident. There's a subculture of folks that like to build mock ups of the astro-mech droids (like R2-D2 or R5-D4) from the Star Wars movies. Well, the guy that owns the site does do those but he's also made a T3-M4. I thought I'd share a video of it in action with you all so you could see it for yourself: Here's the creator's site: Darth Moose's T3-M4
  15. I didn't know Canderis was part of the Malachor VI team.
  16. I recommend you complete the game before reporting findings.
  17. I like what you've done with the room. If only something could be done to improve the low-res lighting outside the window.
  18. Pssst . . . what's Lemsip? Feel better soon.
  19. Weren't you going to make a KOTOR1 mod? Whatever happened with that?

  20. The off-topic posts were eliminated with ruthless precision. Back on topic folks.
  21. You might want to update folks on M4-78 EP as yet another thread has popped up.

  22. There used to be a M4-78 EP section here but I recall they lost the information when the Deadly Stream crashed some time ago. As far as updates, you can ask Zbyl about those since Stoney handed the reins for M4-78 EP over to him.
  23. Unless I'm mistaken, that's probably my video. One half of that video is not in the game files as it was acquired from a Prima DVD guide. The other half of the video was part of the hi-res video pack that used to have that clip in it. From what I recall, the newer versions of the movie pack had that clip removed. It makes no sense to restore this into TSL. If you're thinking to have it blow up after leaving the Ravager, how would you get the Ebon Hawk back. (It's in one of the docking bays.) No comments by the characters remain in game for this event - which in the in-game world would basically destroy the Republic. I also won't offer up my video for this as I've already lent it out for a total conversion mod already.
  24. I miss seeing snow. As I'm in Northern California for my current "tour of duty", the Mrs. and I don't get White Christmases anymore. That won't stop me from putting up lights and my Star Wars themed Christmas decorations. (The Sith bring miniature presents! Pictures to come soon.)
  25. In one of your threads, you gave your theory of what may have happened before the start of TSL. Might you answer a question I have related to this period that I've posted over at Lucasforums, in this thread?
