  1. Redhawke's Beginner's Item Pack

    Author : RedHawke 02/17/05 Version 1.0
    ============================================================================
    This simple mod adds a metalbox into the Medical Storage room at the beginning of the game, along with some basic items to begin the game with, a belt, gloves, 1 medium power level 1 implant, and 1 low end level 2 implant, along with some credits, chemicals, and components.
    It also adds some additional reasonable items to the Security Room's Large Locker, I was surprised there were no actual security type items in that locker so I fixed this, all the items fit into the story and game level (IE NO Blasters or Incindiary Explosives)... a new datapad is included explaining these items as well.
    Basically it adds some Stun Batons, Vibro Weapons, Mining Laser Pistols, Ion and Sonic Grenades, and a few extra surprises, explained in the datapad! Surprise Items Below.
    Installation Instructions:
    -----------------------------
    First, if you have not already done so, create a folder called "Override", without the quotes, in your KOTOR2 directory.
    Unzip these files contained in the .zip, except the Source folder, into your KOTOR2 override directory, and as this mod is for the very beginning of the game... start a new game.
    Uninstallation Instructions:
    -----------------------------
    Simply delete these files from your override directory.
    Giveitem Item Cheat Console Codes:

  2. Redhawke's Prestige Class Bonus

    Author : RedHawke 03/06/05 Version 1.0
    ============================================================================
    This simple mod alters what happens when you get your Prestiege Class in the game, First you get bonus Force Points, plus you gain either Force Enlightenment if you are a Jedi and Force Crush if you are Sith.
    Weapon Master/Marauder gains 20 Force Points
    Watchman/Assassin gains 30 Force Points
    Master/Lord gains 40 Force Points
    Installation Instructions:
    -----------------------------
    First, if you have not already done so, create a folder called "Override", without the quotes, in your KOTOR2 directory.
    Unzip the a_pc_jedi.ncs file contained in the .rar into your KOTOR2 override directory, before you get your prestiege class in your current game... or you can always start a new game. The Source folder is for the benefit of fellow modders and the PrClRSPackCompatable folder is only necissary if you have that mod installed.
    If you have Maverick187 & My Prestiege Class Robe & Saber Pack installed a compatable a_pc_jedi.ncs is included in the PrClRSPackCompatable subfolder, simply copy the a_pc_jedi.ncs from that folder to your KotoR2 override instead.
    Un-installation Instructions:
    -----------------------------
    Simply delete this file from your override directory.

  3. Redhawke's TSL Armor Pack

    Author : RedHawke 07/26/05 Version 1.0
    ============================================================================
    This mod brings the 5 armors I did for KOTOR I into TSL. This mod was helped along by a request from Darth Occido.
    Installation Instructions:
    -----------------------------
    Easy as cake... er' pie. This mod uses stoffe -mkb-'s installer program... so just extract this rar to wherever you want, the desktop is always a safe bet, then run the RedHawke Armor Install.exe and simply tell the program where you have TSl installed.
    Note: Just tell it where you have your game installed and let the program do the rest. Do NOT point it to your Override!
    The default path is C:\Program Files\LucasArts\SWKotOR2
    Uninstallation Instructions:
    -----------------------------
    Simply delete these files from your override directory, the files are indicated in the installlog.rtf file, and be sure to restore the 2da files in the backup directory to your override.
    Armor Stats:
    ---------------------------------------------------
    Antegan Safety Armor (Class 5 Armor)
    ---------------------------------------------------
    Defense Bonus:        +6 (Max Dex Bonus +6) (+10 Total)
    Immunities:        Mind-Affecting, Critical Hits
    Attribute Bonus:    +2 Dexterity
    Skill Bonus:        +4 Treat Injury
    Regeneration (HP):    2
    History/Notes:        Upgradeable as Light Armor, Does Not Restrict Force Powers
    A relatively new type of armor, from relatively new makers, this suit mimics the major muscle movements of the wearer with mechanical impulses, resulting in faster reaction times, as well as including a built in medical unit that increases the wearers recovery rate. The Antegans are relatively new to the military trade but if these armors are an example of what they can produce they will become a force to be reconed with.
    ---------------------------------------------------
    Verpine Modular Armor (Class 5 Armor)
    ---------------------------------------------------
    Defense Bonus:        Base 5 +5 (10) (Max Dex Bonus +6) (+10 Total)
    Immunities:        Mind-Affecting
    Damage Immunity:    Sonic 100%, Electrical 75%, Fire 100%, Cold 100%
    Saving Throws:        +2 To All
    History/Notes:        Upgradeable as Light Armor, Does Not Restrict Force Powers
    Another of the Verpine's fine creations this light armor is constructed of fine molecularly bonded components, reducing damage from sound, heat, cold, and electrical attacks, it is modular and can grow to suit its wearers needs. It is highly suited to provide comfort in a variety of environments.
    ---------------------------------------------------
    Verpine Reflec Light Armor (Class 5 Armor)
    ---------------------------------------------------
    Defense Bonus:        Base 5 +5 (10) (Max Dex Bonus +8) (+12 Total)
    Immunities:        Mind-Affecting, Critical Hits
    Attribute Bonus:    +2 Dexterity
    Damage Immunity:    Sonic 100%, Electrical 90%, Energy 90%
    Skill Bonus:        +8 Stealth
    History/Notes:        Upgradeable as Light Armor, Does Not Restrict Force Powers
    This is a special limited production run from the Verpine, it is an impressive suit of Verpine Light Armor, created with a new, and very hard to manufacture, revolutionary black polymer substance called Reflec, it actually bends most type of sensor probes and energy waves away from the substance, rednering the armor virtually invisible to detect with sensors, it also prevents the painting of insignia or any other markings upon it, and has an innate ability to make the armor virtually noiseless, and it insulates the wearer from sonic, and almost completely from electrical and energy attacks. Only a dozen or so prototypes have made it into the marketplace, and those that have have commanded a very hefty price.
    ---------------------------------------------------
    Bargawin Glazed Armor (Class 9 Armor)
    ---------------------------------------------------
    Defense Bonus:        Base 9 +6 (15) (Max Dex Bonus +8)
    Immunities:        Mind-Affecting, Critical Hits
    Attribute Bonus:    +4 Strength
    Damage Immunity:    Energy 100%, Electrical 100%
    Saving Throws:        +2 To All
    History/Notes:        Upgradeable as Heavy Armor, Does Not Restrict Force Powers
    This armor created by the Bargawins has only one real purpose, to take out opponents armed with energy weapons, the armors glazing reduces the damage of electrical and energy attacks. These suits of armor are known around the galaxy as Jedi-Killer armor. These suits were all thought destroyed during the war with Exar-Kun, but a rare few survived.
    ---------------------------------------------------
    Verpine Reflec Armor (Class 9 Armor)
    ---------------------------------------------------
    Defense Bonus:        Base 9 +7 (16) (Max Dex Bonus +10)
    Immunities:        Mind-Affecting, Critical Hits
    Attribute Bonus:    +2 Dexterity
    Damage Immunity:    Sonic 100%, Electrical 90%, Energy 90%
    Skill Bonus:        +8 Stealth
    History/Notes:        Upgradeable as Heavy Armor, Does Not Restrict Force Powers
    This is a special limited production run from the Verpine, it is an impressive suit of Verpine Heavy Armor, created with a new, and very hard to manufacture, revolutionary black polymer substance called Reflec, it actually bends most type of sensor probes and energy waves away from the substance, rednering the armor virtually invisible to detect with sensors, it also prevents the painting of insignia or any other markings upon it, and has an innate ability to make the armor virtually noiseless, and it insulates the wearer from sonic, and almost completely from electrical and energy attacks. 4. Redhawke's Darth Revan Cutscene Style Robes

    Author : RedHawke 11/28/05 Version 1.1
    New in version 1.1: Added in the Masked Revan Robes as well, allowing you to make either version... Re-made the mod with TSL Patcher for complete compatability. Due largely to multiple requests for the masked versions of these robes.
    ============================================================================
    This mod adds in the ability to make eight robes in the game, using the hooded Maskless Revan Cutscene Model and now the Masked Revan Model, unfortunately the model is just as unfinished in TSL as it is in KOTOR I, but I have gotten a lot of requests for them so here you go. They are buildable at the Workbench, depending on your level (At Least 20), your Repair skill (At Least a 29 and up for the others), and alignment on which ones will be available to your pc to build.
    Installation Instructions:
    -----------------------------
    First, if you have not already done so, create a folder called "Override", without the quotes, in your KOTOR2 directory.
    Extract the contents of the zip to a temporary folder, run the Patcher EXE follow the instructions, and you should be good to go.
    NOTE: You will need to completely uninstall the previous version of this mod before installing this version... sorry. But this should have no effect upon your savegames, as the original uti files and skins are un-altered.
    Using the TSL Patcher this mod now will modify appearance.2da, itemcreate.2da, and itemcreatemira.2da.
    Un-installation Instructions:
    -----------------------------
    Simply delete these files from your override directory, and restore any necissary files from the backup directory the patcher makes in the temp folder you run the patcher from.
    Acknowledgements:

    Version 1.1 Bug Notes: If you run the patcher without uninstalling the previous version of this mod (specifically the itemcreate.2da and itemcreatemira.2da files) there will be a glitch at the Workbench that will allow construction of 2 robes at a time, of course if this doesn't bother you then this is a non-issue.

  5. Redhawke's Workbench Makes Robes

    Author : RedHawke 02/12/05 Version 1.1
    Added a file I missed.
    ============================================================================
    This discustingly simple 2da edit mod adds the ability to make Jedi Robes at the Workbenches in the game. This is one of the first things I wanted to "fix" with TSL... so here you go!
    I always was disgruntled that you could make advanced armor components with the Workbench, but you couldn't sew a darn robe???
    Real Jedi and Sith know how to sew! ;^)
    Installation Instructions:
    -----------------------------
    First, if you have not already done so, create a folder called "Override", without the quotes, in your KOTOR2 directory.
    Unzip the two files itemcreate.2da, and itemcreatemira.2da contained in the .zip, into your KOTOR2 override directory, and it might immediately take effect or you might have to start a new game.
    Un-installation Instructions:
    -----------------------------
    Simply delete these two 2da files from your override directory.
    Acknowledgements:
    ------------------------------------------------

  6. Redhawke's Revan/Sith/Bastila Item Pack

    Author : RedHawke 12/20/05 V1.3
    Mod:  Revan/Sith/Bastila Item Pack
    New In V1.3: Made the mod able to use the TSL Patcher Program, yes it does work on KotOR I, for complete compatability.
    Install order for my 3 Item Packs is:

    New In V1.2: Includes the patch For the Star Forge Bug...
    The Patch Does:
    -----------------------------
    This adds the items From my Revan/Sith/Bastila Item Pack originally dropped by the fighting Jedi and Sith on the Endar Spire to appear in a new Footlocker in the Endar Spire room where you have to Slice the Computer or Repair the Driod to help you kill the Sith in the next room, before you meet Carth and get to the escape pod.
    ============================================================================
    These are a collection of custom items I created or are modified original KOTOR items that were re-entered into the game. These items can be found in game normally or gotten by using the 'giveitem' cheat with the cheat console, the giveitem codes are listed at the bottom of the readme.
    A small Warning, some of these items are very powerful, I tried not too be outragous, but everyone has a different opinion of what a powerful or outragous item is.
    Installation Instructions:
    -----------------------------
    Extract the contents of the zip to a temporary folder, run the Patcher EXE follow the instructions, and you should be good to go.
    NOTE: If you have the previous version installed and working you will not need to install this version, this is only updating the mod to use the Patcher Program for compatability.

    Simply delete these files from your override directory.

  7. Grif Vindh's Roleplay Padawan Mod

    Part of the...

    Roleplay Padawan Mod by Grif Vindh
    -------------------------------------------
    Version 1.0, 7 October 2004

    Introduction
    -------------------------------------------
    This mod is based on Achilles' excellent Padawan Mod, which is in turn based on Talchia's groundbreaking Padawan Mod. Both of these mods allow you to start the game as Jedi class, and both do the job well.
    What I wanted to do is to alter the beginning of the story so that the PC-as-Jedi on Taris made sense. The game does not treat the character as a Jedi until a pivotal moment on Dantooine: so how is it he's running around with a lightsaber on Taris, deflecting blaster bolts and stunning people?
    I have used the "training module" (the attack on the Endar Spire) as an opportunity to explain why this Jedi is on Taris, and why he never tells anyone -- including other Jedi -- that he already is one. It's not a perfect explanation, but it works, and I think it's fun.
    This is primarily a role-playing mod -- it puts the Padawan mod it is based on context in a way that will (hopefully) mesh with the rest of the story better.

    Features
    -------------------------------------------
    1. Uses the basic components of Achilles' Padawan Mod. This means that your character will:
        - start the game at third level (initial class and two jedi levels)
        - be given one short lightsaber of the appropriate color
    2. It breaks from Achilles' mod, however, in that you do not get Jedi robes. This is (hopefully) explained in-story.
    3. The introductory dialog has been completely rewritten to set up why your character has become a Jedi and why he will ultimately fail to point that out when he's talking to the Jedi Masters on Dantooine.
    4. The Endar Spire module has been modified to reflect your new status. The story is mostly the same, but the context is entirely different.
    5. Two responses to Carth's initial conversation on Taris have been modified slightly to fit in with the new backstory.
    6. Where possible, I have tried to move the "learning the rules" conversation branches and pauses that appear throughout the game, especially in the beginning. Unfortunately, I was only able to find the ones in the dialog branches (and I had to leave the dialog branches alone in the Starboard portion of the Endar Spire module, because I kept breaking them).

    What It Doesn't Do
    -------------------------------------------
    1. None of the new dialog options have sound files attached to them. Maybe someday.
    2. This mod is really of interest only if you're bothered by inconsistency of being a Jedi, going to Dantooine, and then being made a Jedi. The only reason to use this mod is if you're interested in the backstory and would like to see it fit a little better into the game itself. Also, it's a lot of fun to hack Sith guards to pieces with your lightsaber, and in the tutorial module you can do this without much trouble.
    3. While I have *tried* to remove as much of the "tutorial" portion of the game as possible, there is still enough hanging around to piss you off if you've been through it twenty times already.
    4. After you leave the Endar Spire, the "new storyline" sort of stops. If I get ambitious and people are interested, I'll try to expand it to Taris. Someday. Maybe. If it doesn't make me cry.

    Files Modified
    -------------------------------------------
    These files were based on Achilles' Padawan Mod, but were altered to conform to the new storyline:
    end_trask.utc - Trask Ulgo's character file
    end_trask01.dlg - Dialog file that triggers the scripts and sets up the story
    make_consular.ncs - assigns XP, Class, and Inventory for Consulars
    make_guardian.ncs - assigns XP, Class, and Inventory for Guardians
    make_sentinel.ncs - assigns XP, Class, and Inventory for Sentinels

    These files were taken from the Endar Spire module and altered to keep the story consistent:
    end_cut01.dlg
    end_cut04.dlg
    end_levelup.dlg
    end_pop01.dlg
    end_pop02.dlg
    end_pop03.dlg
    end_room3.dlg

    Installation
    -------------------------------------------
    To install this mod, copy all the files except for this readme into the Override folder in your KotOR directory. Once you have done this, start a new game.  After the movies play, you'll be taken to the new introduction and storyline.
    Please note: when this mod is installed you will *not* be able to play the "original" storyline -- if you wish to play a Soldier, Scout or Scoundrel beyond level 1, you cannot do so with this mod.

    Uninstall
    -------------------------------------------
    To uninstall this mod, delete the files listed above from your Override directory.

    Reporting Bugs and Making Suggestions
    -------------------------------------------
    If you find any bugs with this mod, or would like to make a suggestion, you can contact me at this email address:  [see read-me for contact information]

    Acknowledgements
    -------------------------------------------
    I would like to thank Talchia for the original mod that inspired Achilles' work.
    I also want to thank Achilles for the outstanding work on his version on the mod, and for giving me permission to use his mod as the foundation of mine.
    I would also like to think the creator of the KOTOR Tool for making my life a heck of a lot easier when I was working on this.

  8. Nur Al Sab's Bastila Hardcore

    Part of the...

    "BASTILA HARDCORE v1.0" Mod by Nur Ab Sal
    Mod original creation date: 21SEP2005
    Disappointed with pathetic performance of Bastila during the final duels on Temple Roof and Star Forge? Don't worry! Here we have something to fix Bioware's obvious bug and level down the cockiness of Revan fanboy hordes! This little, nice thing changes post-Leviathan dark side Bastila into a toughest opponent of both KOTOR games (maybe except Star Forge Malak)... so tough that you will in fact go mad trying to figure out how to break her... insanity guaranteed!
    Now, trying to be more serious: I was always surprised that Bastila was so easy to defeat. You would expect more after all that glorious blurb about her, eh? This mod will surely help Bastila to live up to her reputation.
    All hail to Bastila, the true Empress of the Star Wars universe!
    INSTALLATION:
    Simply throw all files into your Override folder, start the game and observe the slaughter of your team...

    BIG THANKS TO:
    Darth333, ChAiNz.2da, cry_of_paine (for useful hints on Holowan thread) and traditionally, Fred Tetra.

  9. Darth333's Mind Trick

    Part of the...

    --------------------------------------------
    FORCE POWER MIND TRICK
    --------------------------------------------
    By Darth333
    Custom Icon by Svösh
    Special thanks to TK102 for his Darkside choker which I used as an example for making this force power.
    Remember the Jedi Knight series? This is a level 9 light side force power, that allows you to turn your enemies into allies for a duration of 23.5 seconds.
    Source code included.
    ====================================================
    INSTALLATION:
    ====================================================

    DO NOT INSTALL EVERYTHING TO YOUR OVERRIDE FOLDER:
    The script (.nss and .ncs) and the spell.2da files
    have been modified to fit the following situations.
    Extract ONLY ONE of the following kits to your Override directory depending on what is applicable to you:
    1. If you are not using any other custom force powers or items that required a spell.2da file ( TK102'S DarKside Choker, GameUnlimited's force replication and Darth Khasei's force powers) extract the following files to your Override directory:
        - spells.2da
        - K_sup_trick.ncs
        - ip_trick.tga
    2. If you have installed TK102's DarkSide Choker, GameUnlimited's force replication or Darth Khasei's force powers, extract the following files to your override directory:
        - multi_spells.2da and RENAME IT spells.2da
        - k_sup_trick1.ncs
        - ip_trick.tga
        - g_i_frarmbnds51.uti
            With the permission of TK102, I included the g_i_frarmbnds51.uti file
            so that the DS Choker will not conflict with this mod (you still need to download the
            Darkside Choker by TK102 - just replace the original .uti by the one included
        in this package.)
    ====================================================
    UNINSTALL:
    ====================================================
    Delete the files from your Override directory

    Feedback is always appreciated.
    Enjoy!

    3. Check in the footlocker and there should be 3 lightsabers, and a Jedi robe.
    Notes: I placed a Mantle of the Force crystal at that bum's shop in the Undercity.
    Wahahahahahaha!!!!!! I did that to taunt you!!!!!!! I can do anything evil I want to and not fall to the dark side. You can use cheats to get it, but remember, cheating leads to the dark side.

  11. Prime's New Jedi Robes [K1]

    Part of the...

    KOTOR New Jedi Robes Mod
    =============================
    Author: Prime
    Email: [see read-me for contact information]
    Website: [link no longer functional]

    Description:
    ------------
    This zip includes all the versions of my jedi robes.  These robes are all based on the same original skin, but have different colour variations to give them
    different looks.  There are light and dark coloured robes which have special abilities, and there are other robes that are closer to those worn by various Jedi from the movies.
    Consult the associated read-me files for each robe for more details.
    The available robes are:
    Light Robes - these are light brown robes that give certain bonuses. -> jedirobesmod.zip
    Dark Robes - these are grey and black robes that give certain bonuses. -> jedirobesmod.zip
    Qui-Gon Jinn Robes - these robes have a colour scheme similar to Qui-Gon. -> jinnrobes.zip
    Obi-Wan Kenobi Robes - these robes have a colour scheme similar to Obi-Wan. -> kenobirobes.zip
    Anakin Skywalker Robes - these robes have a colour scheme similar to Anakin in Ep2. -> skywalkerrobes.zip
    Mace Windu Robes - these robes have a colour scheme similar to Mace. -> windurobes.zip

    Installation:
    -------------
    Consult the read-me for the associated skin to learn how to install it.  For the most part, it simply involves extracting the appropriate files into the Override Directory.
    Note: these robes are compatible with each other.

    Known Issues:
    -------------
    On the inside of the left hip flap that hangs down behind the leg, in certain stances and camera angles, a light spot can be seen.  Unfortunately, this is
    due to the way the texture is laid out and mapped onto the body, and is not correctable.  C'est la vie.
    If you encounter other issues, please report them to the email address specified above.
    I will do what I can to correct them.

    Acknowledgements:
    -----------------
    A big thanks to Fred Tetra for creating the truly fantastic kotor editing tool.  Also a appreciative shout out to the many friendly folks at the
    Lucasforums Holowan Laboratories board who have helped me learn how to dothings like this.  This included especially Kitty Kitty, T7nowhere, and Jackel.
    Finally, thanks to Bioware for making a truly kick ass game...

  12. Darth333's Spawning Armband

    Part of the...

    ====================================================
    Spawning Armband
    ====================================================
    By Darth333

    The idea to make this mod was given to me by Achilles.  He once told me that it was annoying to look for proper dialog entries to test scripts rapidly and more particularly spawn NPCs.
    To get the armband in the game, type the cheat code: "giveitem spawnband" (without quotation marks) for the regular installation and "giveitem spawnbnd" for the mods compatible with the AIOFPM (I removed the a for accidental overwriting.)

    ====================================================
    INSTALLATION/REMOVAL - 2 possibilities
    =====================================================
    If you want this mod to be COMPATIBLE with the AIOFPM v.3.0.1 (http://www.pcgamemods.com/7313/ ) extract the contents of the following folder to your override directory: aiofmp_compatible
    If you do not have the AIOFPM, extract the files contained in the non_aiofpm_comp folder to your Override directory.

    This mod will conflict with any mods other than the AIOFPM v.3.0.1, using the spells.2da file.

    To remove, delete the files from your Override folder.

    THERE ARE 4 MAIN FUNCTIONS:
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    1. Add/remove original party members
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    With this new armband, you can add/remove party members from your party at any time during the game. Simply activate the armband and make your selection.
    In order to diminish the risk of screwing up the game, the remove function will only be available when your party members are normally available during the game (ex. you will not be able to remove Zaalbar when is a prisoner on Kashyyyk).
    WARNING: I DON'T KNOW HOW THE GAME WILL REACT TO THIS USE WITH CAUTION. DO NOT COMPLAIN IF YOU SCREW UP YOUR GAME USING THIS: YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
    HOWEVER, THE GAME SUPPORTS THE ADDITION OF BASTILA AFTER THE LEVIATHAN
    IN ANY EVENT, SAVE OFTEN SO YOU CAN GO BACK IF YOU NEED.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    2. Recruit custom NPCs:
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Select the NPC you want to replace. You can also use it to recruit custom party members and remove your custom recruits from your party when you want.

    For more info on how to recruit custom party members see: http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=131944
    To use the add recruit function: open "ad_custom.nss" and replace my_npc_template by the name of the .utc file of the creature you want to recruit in the line:

     string sTemplate = "my_npc_template";
    DO NOT TYPE THE EXTENSION (.utc.) (Per Example, if you want to recruit Dustil from the recruitable Dustil mod, you have to type p_dustil and not p_dustil.utc).
    Finally, replace number 7 in the following lines:

       RemoveAvailableNPC(7);    AddAvailableNPCByTemplate(7, sTemplate);
    By the number corresponding to the party member you wish to replace - see list included in script for quick reference.
    Finally compile your script with HazardX script compiler (for download link and instructions on how to use the compiler, see: http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=129789
     - using the compiler is no more complicated than a simple double click on an icon if you make a bat file - )
    NOTE: to behave like a party member, the .utc file of the creature will have to be edited if taken directly from the game (see link provided above concerning recruitable mods)
    To remove the custom, recruit, simply select the appropriate option in the menu.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    3. Spawn NPCs:
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    A third possibility is to spawn any creature you wish, including custom creatures, anytime during the game to test your mods and dialogues or for whatever purpose (i.e. you can spawn hostile creatures and fight against them if you wish).
    How to use this: in the following line, simply replace my NPC with the name of the .utc file of the NPC or creature you wish to spawn. DO NOT REMOVE THE QUOTES.

              SpawnNpc("my_npc");
    and compile your script.
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    4. Test your scripts:
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Paste your scripts in the following file: my_script.nss and compile.
    Note: make sure you are in the same module as where you expect the event to happen when you select this dialog option.

    Enjoy!

    STHA04.mdl - helmet model for trooper replacement
    STHA04.mdx - helmet model for trooper replacement

    Installation:
    -------------
    The stormtrooper gear can be installed in by the following steps:
    1. Extract all the files into the Override folder in the The Sith Lords directory.  The files will be placed inside their own directory in there.  This allows the armour to be
    created during the course of the game, and replaces the Sith troopers with stormtroopers.  Note: a high enough experience level and repair skill are required to create the player items.
    2. Using the "giveitem" cheat command (Optional!)
    This method will add the armour and helmet to the player character's inventory.
    To enable cheats, in your game directory edit swkotor.ini and under [Game Options]
    add EnableCheats=1.  Start the game then when playing press ' to bring down the console prompt, which is not visible.
    At the console prompt, type "giveitem storm_armour" to add the armour suit to the inventory.  To add the helmet, type "giveitem storm_helmet".  For the blaster, type
    "giveitem g_w_blstrrfl065."  These can then be equipped by the player with the appropriate feats from the inventory screen.

    Modding Information:
    --------------------
    Several configuration files have been altered from the original game.  The following is
    information that can be used to combine this mod with others that affect the same files.

  16. Darth333's Turn anyone into a Tach

    Part of the...

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Turn anyone into a Tach  (A force power for Kotor 2) - Happy Birthday Mono_Giganto!
    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    By Darth333 (08-29-2005)
    I made this humorous force power for Mono_Giganto, the Holowan Labs tach lover.
    It will turn NPCs into tach for 30 seconds. The power appears in the friendly force power menu (same as heal) so it is usable at any time during the game.
    To give some usefulness to this power, if you use it against enemies, it will affect their attributes the following way:
    CONSTITUTION - 5
    STRENGTH - 5
    DEXTERITY -5
    =====================================================
    Using the force power:
    =====================================================
    - You will be able to select the force power in the level up menu once you reach lvl 4
    - You can also use KSE to add/remove this force power. KSE is available here: http://www.starwarsknights.com/tools.php

    Telos Secret Academy dlg fix

    By Darth333 (05-16-2005)
    Corrects a bug introduced in the handmaiden.dlg file in the Telos academy with patch 1.0b that would cause the conversation to stop if the dialogue option "All right, we mean no harm" was chosen
    and when the player would try to initiate conversation with Atton, he would get the following options:

    1. [Cheat Node] Jump to the PC confrontation with Atris.
    2. [Cheat Node] Continue with Kreia Conversation.
    The present fix will now lead you to the correct cut-scene.

    Simple mod that unlocks the two sealed doors on Nar Shaddaa as well as the private doors in Khoonda.
    (Actually it removes the doors in Khoonda as even opened, you could not previously be able to get into the rooms).
    Not much to see, just for curious people who want to explore these areas and modders looking for ideas. (The area on Nar Shaddaa has some good potential for other mods.)

    Part of the...

    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    FORCE CHOKE ANYONE (force power) v. 1.1
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    By Darth333
    09-09-2005
    A while ago, tk gave me the permission to release a TSL version of the dark side choker he made for Kotor 1 so here it is with a few modifications.
    This force power allows you to force choke anyone in the game except your party members.
    I modified tk102's original mod to make a force power which will appear in the friendly force power menu (where healing is) instead of using an armband. You can use it at any time and not
    only during battle.
    The other modifications I brought are:
    - reduced area of effect (8m instead of 17m, which should allow you to target a NPC with more precision)
    - removed the possibility to target droids (maybe I should have added an exception for G0-T0...)
    - removed the possibility to target puppets (poor Remote!)
    - removed the possibility to target some NPCs which had the friendly faction but were not party members
    - new icon for the force power menu

    Other comments from the original mod:
    - The first time you choke a specific NPCc,  it will cause a choke simulation but with no damage (safety measure to avoid killing NPCs by mistake).
    Force choking the NPC a second time will start causing damage to the already choking victim.
    - Dark side Points:  If the user is neutral or good, he/she will receive dark side points when using this armband to harm someone - no dark side points are given when force choking a NPC for the first time.
    =====================================================
    Using the force power:
    =====================================================
    - You will be able to select the force power in the level up menu only if you already have "Wound", which is a level 6 force power.
    - Once you have Wound and Level 6, you will be able to select Force Choke Anyone in the level up screen.
    Force Choke Anyone is not the Regular Force Choke from the game. It has its own Icon: a green icon with a man choking.
    - The force power will be available at anytime in your friendly force power menu (same menu as heal).
    - Don't go killing everyone in the game: if you kill key NPCs, you'll may end up unable to progress in the main quest.
    Choose your victims carefully. The script will target the nearest NPC. Use the force...and your head.

    =====================================================
    INSTALLATION:
    =====================================================
    This force power is compatible with any other force power mods previously installed.
    To install simply double click on Install_ForceChoke.exe and extract to the SWKotOR2 directory.

    =====================================================
    UNINSTALL:
    =====================================================
    Delete the following files from your overide directory:
    d3_choke.nss
    ip_chokef.tga
    spells.2da (careful if you are using other force powers mods: deleting this file will delete your other force power mods)

    The source code (.nss file) has been included.

  22. Darth333's Easy Warping Armband

    Part of the...

    -------------------------------------------------------------

    Easy Warping Armband v.1.0.1

    -------------------------------------------------------------

    By Darth333 (08-17-2004)

    v.1.0.1: loop in dialog preventing you to use the armband to travel on Manaan corrected.

    This armband will allow you to easily warp to any area while playing the game and without having to use cheats and look for the area cheat codes.

    See below on how to get the armband in the game.

    ============================================

    IMPORTANT NOTICE:

    ============================================

    This armband is primarily intended to be a tool for modders to test their mods.

    If you intend to use this armband just for fun, you are free to do so but it is *AT YOUR OWN RISK*.

    You could severely screw up your game in that many events could not trigger depending on where and when you use it. In the worst scenario, you could even be incapable of finishing a game.

    If it is not for testing purposes, I strongly recommend that you do not use the armband, unless you are comfortable editing globals.

    More specifically: if you want to use the armband to warp to the Leviathan before time and play the game as *you know who*, be advised that unless you edit the global for the Star Map, you won't be able

    to finish the game.

    If you decide to ignore the above notice and mess up with your game, then you can always try to repair the damages on your own by using TK102's KSE to edit globals.  His Global Variable Comparison tool can be useful for this too.

    =============================================

    Installation and getting the armband in the game:

    =============================================

    Extract the files to your override directory.

    If you start a new game, it will be placed automatically in your inventory under the name

    "d333 Warpband".

    You can also get the armband by using the cheat code "giveitem d333_warpband" (without

    quotes).

    Equip the d333_warpband and activate as any other armband. A screen will appear asking you to which planet you want to warp. Except for Yavin, the Rakatan Box and the Ebon Hawk to which you will be transported directly, a second screen will appear asking you the precise location where you want to go.

    =============================================

    Uninstall:

    =============================================

    Delete the files from your override folder.

    ============================================

    POSSIBLE CONFLICTS

    ============================================

    If you have other mods that use the spells.2da file, it could cause conflicts (mostly force power mods, tk102's armbands). Remove the existing spells.2da file from your override directory before

    using this one or edit the spells.2da and the .uti for the armband.

    A non-conflicting version will be released soon.

    In any event, enjoy! (I hope)

    Medium Difficulty Swoop Racing Course (Tatooine)
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Tired of spending many hours (and credits) trying to beat the three tiers in Manaan and Tatooine but still want swoop racing side quests, credits and fame?
    This simple mod is intended for semi-lazy players who don't want to invest too much time and efforts trying to beat the track but who find the easy mod just too easy.
    I slightly modified the normal track layouts in order to have less steep turns and repositioning a couple useless accelerator pads in more "useful" locations.
    ---------------------------------------------------
    Installation:
    ---------------------------------------------------
    Just extract the files into your KotOR Override directory.
    ---------------------------------------------------
    Uninstall:
    ---------------------------------------------------
    Delete the files from your KotOR Override directory.

  24. Darth333's Manaan Force Choke mod

    Part of the...

    -----------------------------------------------------
    Manaan Force Choke mod
    -----------------------------------------------------
    This small mod simply adds the option to force choke a few NPCs on Manaan during conversations.
    (Hukta Jax when he threatens you, one of the Sith who laughs at you, and one of the Selkath standing near the Sith girl who mocks you.)
    Note: it's up to you to discover how to trigger these conversation options.
    I added a few new sound files too.
    Installation (2 steps):
    1. Extract the following files into your KotOR
       Override directory:
        - man26_sithsolar.dlg
        - man26_sel2.dlg
        - man26_hukta.dlg
        - forcechoke2.ncs
    2. Extract the three .wav files to your KotOR streamwaves directory.

    Uninstall:
    Delete the files from your KotOR directory.
    Thanks to Gameunlimited for his help with the script.
