Yeh it would be nice to know how the compatibility is with some of the other mods, maybe more so K1 restoration. Hopefully some of the more experienced modders can share their thoughts. -

ESET is Slovakian ? I've seen a few topics elsewhere where people say it's Russian. Thank you. I just learnt something today! --------------------------------------------------------------- Sorry Sith Holocron, I didn't realize it was so old. Someone was asking about it on Steam and I did say at first what I thought it probably was. After a bit of Googling which also had this thread in the search results, my suspicions were confirmed. -

It happens a lot on [snipped]. There is original work on there. I've downloaded some Mafia 1 and 2 mods from there that were made by good Russian modders. But sadly some on there don't care very much about this sort of thing, different strokes. Eset (a Russian antivirus program) blocks most of the stuff from that site - which tells you something. p.s: Make sure you have Ublock and Noscript before ever visiting or it will make your eyes bleed + other dangers. -
Good work ,can't be easy making these old textures look better. -
Make sure all mod uploaders pack their files with 7zip (or peazip with 7z set to ultra). I've had a few files from here that could have been much smaller to download if they were compressed better. I think 7zip seems to be the best for the types of files here.

I have this other BOS file in my archives called 'bos_1.07_patch.rar' (895kb). Would that be redundant if i download this version instead ? -
p.s: I just zipped up all the archive parts and i get a file that is 66mb with winrar or 55mb with 7zip. could save a bit of bandwidth if it was packed into one file. -
I haven't played kotor 1 in a long time ,i used to install all the texture mods by Xarwarz along with countless other mods from a few of the old sites (used to love finding those small sites hosted by individual modders). I have a lot of mods stored on hard drives ,don't remember what half them are ,should be fun checking them Anyone know if this mod will install ok alongside the texture packs by Xarwarz ?

I was just looking for the latest version of this mod and now I discover it has "DRM", locked behind a gateway. That's a shame, should it not be released DRM free first and foremost? I'm an "old skool" gamer here and I just like to install mods myself, just sayin'. We need to stop this slow decline currently happening or the end result will not be very nice at all (i.e.: the Creation Club)
