View File Mandalorian HK-47 As requested by Oaks, this gives HK a new coat of paint to make him match with the mandalorian neocrusaders. Options for normal or white eyes and a neocrusader logo on his chest, head, both or neither. Just a reskin so it shouldn't cause any problems except with other mods that reskin HK. Not so much a request but more a "I know this mod exists I just can't find it anymore". In the past I had a mod that did this but no matter how much time I spend searching I can never find it again. So I was curious to see if anyone on here still had it or knew where I could get it.

I've had this idea in my head for a while to change Atton's Jacket so it has the boots from the K1 scout clothes. What program would I use to do that?

View File Darkstar Gear This is a simple mod that adds a set of equipment based on my character Elwood Darkstar. It adds an implant, visor, gloves, a shield/armband, a wristlauncher, a belt and a set of armor. They have been added to the footlocker in your room on the Harbinger. See the screenshots for stats. Credits: Thanks to Fair Strides, DarthParametric and Rece for your help. Without you I wouldn't have been able to make this. Looking for train companions in prestige classes for TSL
Elwood288 replied to Elwood288's topic in Mod Requests
Yep that's the one! Thanks! -
Quite a while back I remember seeing a mod which allowed you to train your companions in prestige classes instead of the base jedi classes. I've looked on the various K2 mod sites but can't find it. So links anyone?
-
Right okay. I wondered if I should change those but left them alone. Well it's working now so thanks everyone for your help.
-
Okay the glitch is gone when I use your files. What did you do?
-
Yep that's what it should look like. So I missed a ref? Let me go check that out. Also when I try to download that 7zip I get a 404 not found.
-
Sure thing. I just made an archive of the whole folder. I included the save I've been using for testing. Blue Interface Band.rar 000022 - Game21.rar
-
That did the trick but I'm having a bit of a glitch. It seems that if anything with the default texture is equipped by anyone else in a module where someone has my visor equipped it uses the mod texture instead of the default. Since that description was pretty horrible here's a video.
-
Right thanks. I've added the mdx and the headgear is now the correct model but it is still using to the original texture. Seems it's tied to that model. How would I change that to my texture?
-
I did what you said and it didn't work out. The model changed to a different piece of headgear. Here's the files I have for it right now. The I_VerpHBnd88 is the item texture. Not really using the mdl as it crashed the game when I put it in my override and tried to equip the headband.
-
In an effort to not clutter up the forums I'll be posting all questions I have here in this thread. First one. I am currently trying to make a new piece of headgear based on the verpine headband but with a new texture that makes it blue. So my question is how do I make the new item have the blue texture without changing the red texture on the original. Unlike with armor there is no texture box for headgear. What it looks like in KOTOR Tool Currently my theory is I will have to copy the model, apply the blue texture and then add it to the game in a new slot. I am having trouble finding an mdl editor to do that with though.

UTI question from a nooby modder
Elwood288 replied to Elwood288's topic in General Kotor/TSL Modding
.......... Well now I just feel stupid. Remember when you said it had to be with a new version of the item? That, ah, that was it. Was doing all my testing with an already existing version of the armor. Well thanks for the help! Glad to get that sorted. -

Yeah, noticed that myself after uploading. Fixed it. -
UTI question from a nooby modder

The top one is the file in question. The changes I've made in KOTOR tool. What it looks like in game. -
Heyo everybody. So I've been working on a basic replacer mod for the Battle Armor. I've done the retextures and such and everything has gone smoothly until now. Basically when I edit info in the UTI (change the name and description) and drop it in my override the changes don't show in game. It's still called Battle Armor and has the default description. Now according to the various tutorials I've found that should have worked. I've started a new game to see if it just wasn't affecting my current playthrough but that wasn't the case. What am I missing?
