2 pointsSo with the performance gains I decided to try getting rid of all the sprites and seeing what happened. This is what I came up with, 180K polys worth of static meshes: Somewhat surprisingly, the performance hit was fairly minimal. Something like 5-7fps. I'm interested to see if that improves with a condensed, monolithic mesh version, assuming I can get MDLOps to compile it. I'm not a fan of the apprentices/Sith, but they are placeholders. I'm wondering whether I should use some of the TSL models, maybe in conjunction with a separate mod that replaces all the K1 Dark Jedi with those as well. Edit: OK, god damn, it took MDLOps well over an hour (!) to compile, but I finally managed to test the monolithic mesh version of the crowd. As with the level model, it was a noticeable improvement, once again returning to a solid 60fps. So it seems that the real issue at play here is entity count? Too bad there's no practical way to animate the crowd as a single mesh (I think it would only be possible with PLA - point level animation). @ndix UR: What is your analysis of this performance issue?

1 pointI would do as SH says, or just create a general purpose request, but regarding your request for Sithspecter's Coruscant Jedi Temple for K1, yes, I do have both the original version and a more self-contained version I compiled, but the latter has missing textures on the statues. Be aware that it is not compatible with BoS:SR. 1 pointTriggers aren't fired by scripts, it's the other way around. A trigger is given specific geometry in the .git file for the module, then you edit the .utt file (which is the trigger file itself) and set its OnEnter script to whatever script you want to fire. Then anytime anyone walks into the area defined for that trigger, the script will fire. (Make sure you check that the person entering is the PC, or otherwise it will fire for anybody that walks in). What you probably want to do is edit the script for the trigger that's already there

1 pointI would guess it's a trigger in that area that fires a script which spawns the sentry if he's not already there, and then initiates dialog.

1 pointThanks. <bashful> I just quit the Staff. I ain't leaving the site, folks. Easier to have less responsibilities so I can concentrate on assisting other mods - mainly by recruiting. It is more rewarding (for me) and I think I might appear less like a blowhard that way. You're not rid of me yet...

1 pointkey information here man!!!! copying pasting instantly as we speak !!! a good number of most interesting mods i use myself in that list, interesting to know you finished the game (like Coruscant Jedi temple, Dustil restoration, etc etc). great job Obi Wan. May the force be with you ( I actually did that mod looong ago --Nar Shaddaa Hidden Complex-- and Darth Tartarus btw did a good job improving and correcting some things uploading those versions, but i was never able to make time enough to check for full compatibility with TSLRCM and other KEY mods. shame on me )

1 pointNo they are not. TSL Loot&Immersion Upgrade serves both mods functions but this mod is the more up-to-date version of the new onderon merchant mod. Edit: I finally fixed the mod with updated textures, icon, item file, and a couple extra items that were good. I removed the merchant so it wouldn't keep glitching or conflicting. In this new version, I have established some more item skins and correct items/icons are included. Edit: Sorry about shamelessly upvoting myself. Take notes
