I heavily doubt those extra planets will be included with Ilum, but it appears to be a Canon map with both Kotor 1 and 2 planets. Quote

I kinda get a feeling this is going to be an April Fools mod that will be purposefully terrible to mock another familiar planet mod we all know and hate.
