    hi er1 i decided instead of going the ebook route im going to make a wiki, for kotor modding, sure holowan labs and the forums here are great, but i think having a wiki would be a good idea, providing one central place to develop methods, theories, tutorials, etc. for tsl/kotor modding first thing is first we must pick a name... ideas welcome! a few i have: holowan holocron. the korriban academy. the enclave. im going to make a poll to simplify things

    im thinking of making a kotor/tsl modding book, compiling all known information on different file types, known txi commands, fixing common problems, how kotor/tsl scripting differ and putting in tutorials from different plsces in there, all in one book. thoughts?

      You know, I was JUST thinking about putting out a call for all modders to keep a journal, which we would call holocrons, of their modding careers, and upload them to a new site.

       

      For your idea, I would recommend forgoing the wiki route and making a KotOR/TSL version of the NWN Lexicon.

       

      It'd be much appreciated by those who have little to no internet access, since they could just download it.

    I actually intended for the other droids to not change because G0-T0 had said he modified himself to be more intimidating. The original droids were identical and i saw no difference. As for the textures, I'm going to update them shortly, weird on my play-through and my beta testers play-through there was no game stopping bugs. PM me more details please, i can't fix the arms being off (that's what deadman told me.) For the hip thing, I have a fixed model (thought i had included it) so I'll update it. Thank you for your input as it helps refine my mod

    To you maybe but from personal experience there are a lot of spherical droids in star wars. The ball doesn't make him unique his story does. I personally have to disagree with you there. It makes him far more interesting, in my opinion.

    Well, my first beta is... It's hard to actually test it since it branches off of the breaking him part, so yeah . .. lol It's my first time using dlg editing for something like this, and my absolute first time at scripting, though it was very easy since obsidian already provides the script for all other party members (a_makejedi I believe it's called)

    i dont like the bicep plates that much so i think either they are going to go or they will be modified depending on how it looks

    Oh personality wise & story-wise I completely agree, but usefulness-wise not so much, so I made this mod for people who feel the same way as me. Everyone, what do you think of my mod? Do you have any suggestions for it? I'm planning on making an update for M4-78 but should I add any more items, tweak stats etc. maybe add an armour that changes his appearance? (I know exactly how to do it now. LOL)
