I have the same problem. I'm also using 4CD + TSLRCM (not M4 though) on Windows 7. I've tried searching for the values but they just won't show up. Ideas anyone?

Yes, Vash is always found dead in the torture cage in vanilla, with a datapad on her. What you're experiencing is strange to say the least, since no twi'lek is supposed to be there even with M4-78 installed.. (it's been ages since I played it, so please correct me if I'm wrong, but I only remember finding a backpack with Vash's datapad in it).

I had the same problem during my last run, but managed to get around it by switching to Atton and boarding the shuttle with him instead of the PC.

If you're playing as LS, maybe lose some more INF with Atton? Pretty sure that Atton has to be DS to trigger this

Almost done with my first pthrough as a LS male, and it may have been my most enjoyable run to date. Thank you for this amazing mod. One question, though.

This happens to me as well, but I'm not sure the mod's to blame, since ive been having the same problem with K1. Yes, a bit tiresome, but quicksaving & loading is my best solution to this so far
