    Why did I make that stupid TSL writing overhaul proposal thread... I think I still had some points about the narrative not airing views other than Kreia's enough, and maybe some other things, but large chunk of what I said has turned out to be half-baked (either things I was wrong about, or things I have incomplete info about to properly compose responses with), I keep falling into arguments that don't help anything, and any progress I make even on sample rewrites will be a long way off. And in the mean time, it seems to have become an attention black hole...

    I have 2 mod ideas:

    * Make Gorton Colu spontaneously combust (well, not 100% spontaneously - it'd be triggered by saying "People who stand around preaching bigotry just blow up sometimes").

    * A Sith airbase. Probably using assets from Dantooine (for the planetary terrain) and Taris (the military base landing pads, the docked fighters, and probably the base interior).

      Regarding simplicity (or lack thereof):

      The Kotor Level Editor seems like it would make building a new area relatively simple, assuming the area itself was simple. And "flat terrain with placeables and one building" seems simple to me. If not, I can probably use the Matale or Sandral grounds as a starting point since those have just enough flat area to work WITH.

    Would you want a Kotor remake? Rumors of one are surfacing again.

    I'm personally leaning towards no. I'm too paranoid they'll just make a trash product loosely based on the original game that plays and feels completely different.

    And if they do remake the first one, I really, REALLY do not want them to remake the 2nd one. It will almost definitely not implement the cut content, whether that just be the minor story consistencies or M478. 

    I kinda just want a Kotor 3 that eliminates a lot of the story in TOR and revises it it to make Revan's journey and the threat in the unknown regions less underwhelming... but that's probably asking for too much.

      If I had to guess, it'd be Canderous (I would not really like this), as far as I know he is the only one who kreia repeatedly describes as a beast/predator.

      I ask this because of Kreia's prediction in the endgame:

      "She will stop hunting life, and instead, live it. She was not born to be a predator, despite her true father and the life she led within the shadow of Nar Shaddaa"

      This sounds weird to me because we don't really learn anything about her parents, do we?

    TSL could have it's lack of content by interpreting that the devs actually intentionally left all of the gaps to be filled in by the players themselves. No HK factory? Maybe you were never meant to find it and the false hope was intentional. :/
