  1. Thank you very much for this. As outstanding as TSLRCM is, it is unfortunate when it restores content that was *not* cut due to time or production restraints, but rather cut because they don't fit the latest iteration of the story.

    Extended Carth Meeting

Okay, scratch that. Standard copy/paste install of this causes Residential Module 082 West to disappear (once loaded, it's completely empty of objects and NPC's; only the base textures appear). The file 204tel.git seems to be the culprit, since the area loads normally after I remove said file. Could this file be the one messing up the installer, as well? What does it do?
  3. I love what this mod does, but there are some problems. Sometimes, the robes don't spawn where they're supposed to, and in one encounter with the Dark Jedi (on Kashyyyk), one of them remains neutral and passive and only the two others turn hostile and fight you. Lastly, encountering Darth Bandon with this mod results in a CTD, just like the WOTOR mod does if you have that. Apparently, altering scripts related to that guy is asking for trouble. Other than that, I like the design of the robes, both their form and function. Thanks for sharing!
  4. Such a small thing, but it does make a difference. Thanks for sharing!

    Visas Unmasked!

Oh, wow, I love this! But I can't seem to get it to work. Installer finishes without errors, but her new head doesn't appear in-game (but now equipped robes appear). Does this need to be installed before meeting her for the first time or something? I did as you asked and installed the mod last (I don't have many mods to begin with, but TSLRCM at least).

    Peragus Tweak

Excellent! This, together with Dark Peragus, goes a long way to creating an excellent sensation of survival horror. Thanks for sharing! There's one corpse as you enter the dormitories (if my memory serves), however which doesn't spawn lying down. Instead it's standing up stiffly in the t-pose, without the miner uniform equipped. The mod installed without errors, so I doubt it's something there that went wrong. Since it only affects one single corpse, it's not a big deal, but I thought I'd mention it.
  7. Great! It's one of the first things that stuck out to me during my first run with TSLRCM. Thanks for fixing it!

    ...A Darker Peragus

I love what you've done here. The whole Peragus/Harbinger section of the game is among my favourites, but I've always felt it could be more unsettling; more scary, in lack of a better word. This mod achieves just that, and I thank you for sharing it with us!

    M4-78 Enhancement Project

Brilliant! Thank you for sharing this project with us. I really like this planet, the way you've made it, and it has a lot of fun gameplay and quest-design, and interesting narrative content. Excellent piece of work! I've read your own retrospective (sort of review) of the mod, and I agree with most of the points you make there. All-in-all, I actually have very few complaints about this. I think the one thing I outright would wish would change, is the (sorry!) horrendous voice-acting. It's not only the voice-acting abilities themselves, but also the sound quality, which is at a record low, it seems. Sometimes the voices for the droids are also missing emulation, so they end up sounding just like normal humans. I really wish the voices were left out of this mod and replaced either with completely silent dialogue - even if that alternative is very unattractive to most - or, in the case of the droid voices, stick to the different kinds of beeping- and modem-voices Obsidian made. Normally, things like these would be minor gripes, but I am uncharacteristically brutally honest here, and the voice-acting here is sometimes close to ruining the experience for me. I might even experiment to see if I can uninstall the voices for my next playthrough. I know it was all done by volunteers, and you mention it yourself that it's really hard to find people willing to work for free and supply their voices, and I don't really want to hurt anyone's feelings, but this part of the mod should've better been left out. Other than that, I am really pleased with the end product. It restores a major (and awesome) part of the game, which now - in no small part due to my robot-fetish - is one of my favourite parts of the whole game. Thank you so much!
  10. Great work! It makes a huge difference. I've had a reskin called 'Lord of Hunger' installed before, but I prefer this one due to its higher resolution (both K1 and K2 could use some more high-res mods). As long as Nihilus looks just as spooky as he deserves.

    Extended Carth Meeting

I decided to try the manual override installation idea, and it seems to have worked just fine. The scene played out exactly as you described, and even if it is such a small thing, it really made a difference. Brilliant work and thank you so much for sharing it with us!

    Extended Carth Meeting

I keep encountering an error as I attempt to install this mod: • Adding file 221carthend054.lip to the lips\205TEL_loc.mod archive... • Adding file 221carthend055.lip to the lips\205TEL_loc.mod archive... • Adding file 221carthend056.lip to the lips\205TEL_loc.mod archive... • Error: Unhandled exception: Access violation at address 00003934. Read of address 00003934 (0) This is with only TSLRCM and M478EP installed. Could the mod possibly be installed by simply putting the files into the override directory, skipping the installer altogether, or do files like these not work that way? I realize that I'd miss out on the benefits of using the installer, but if that's what it takes for me to get it to work... I thank you in advance for your help.
