  1. The quest-list on the left side of the screen doesn't show the names of the quests all times. Sometimes it does. I haven't been able to find out when it does and when it doesn't, however, though I haven't had time to play with it very much.
  2. You might need to add the registry entries manually, though, if you want to use certain tools.

    Yeah, just dropping his body somewhere would be pretty random (though it could fit in the JJT tunnels, with a datapad that explains why he is there, like the two other bodies there). NPC would definitely be a better choice (the body-find was just an example of a most minimalistic mod possible) though considering that it was meant to be connected to GenoHaradan, having an informant or eye witness sounds very unlikely, unless (s)he is as sneaky as them. Like lord A'ron. Oh no, I might end up doing it myself, if I continue that way. Perhaps a person who actually killed him? Maybe the false Batu did not assassinate him but just took an opportunity when TSF officer was killed in a random bar fight.

    Yes, I know that. I meant that being able to find out what actually happened to real Batu Rem, not the false one. Like finding his body on Nar Shaddaa or something. I doubt that GenoHaradan would have him in force cage at their base or anything like that.
  6. Right... of course. Why didn't I think about that? Well... perhaps because Uthar doesn't say anything about him. But then again, perhaps he doesn't need to, as he already knows that Kel is a hopeless case...
  7. By the way... one thing that is slowly driving me crazy is the fact, that Uthar Wynn talks about "you five" in his welcome-to-Academy-speech. There's Shaardan, Lashowe, Mekel, and Revan, but that makes only 4, not 5. Is the fifth student something cut (that thought made me write the question here, as if it is cut, you may know about it and it might be included in the K1R), does the five include Yuthura also, is this just some random accident from the writer, or am I just unable to count?

    Strangely enough, .tpg seems to be a some sort of topographic map. Would be useful for walkmeshes, don't you think? Anyway, back to topic: I'd love to see a mod, no matter how small, that allows you to find out what happened to real Batu Rem. //Edit. For TSL, obviously. I guess that needs to be said just in case. I have a habit of thinking that everyone can follow my line of thoughts, even if I don't give enough information to do so without any skill in telepathy...

      Simply having the same script return the same results when given same parameters would be enough for me, but obviously even that seems to be too much to ask.

      And working on K1R, I've had random instances where messing with a global and then quitting the game at certain times will make the game CTD instead of actually quitting.:)

  11. Now that I played with BoS:SR a bit... BoS:SR is definitely going to need a patch - it has some serious issues when installed over any mod that changes appearance.2da.
  12. A small question - there is an empty apartment (well, it has a footlocker or something, but there's nobody inside) in the apartment block where the hideout is, are you going to put something in it or can I use it for my own content?
  13. I'm totally confused here. KAurora works fine now, except the little fact that walkmesh render window is perfectly empty.

  15. I'd really love to know why TSL has started to crash my graphics card instead of the game itself.

  16. I... somwhat connected two things in that post that were not meant to be connected. The point with the dwk was more like "so there's a walktype specifically for a walkmesh that can't be opened with the program that gives the option for that walktype". Well, I guess I can hand-calculate the values if needed be, I just need to know if the rooms the walkmesh is connected to are defined somewhere in the model, or does it just set that "this part is a connection to another room, check another file to see which one". Do you happen to have any advise on that?

  18. And the program can't open the .dwk files... great. Just when I was thinking that I might be able to do the walkmesh-bounday-thing easily without KAurora's render view. Ah well, back to calculator. But otherwise, nice job. I prefer Perl programs for cross-platform compatibility reasons, by the way... still can't run the newest version of KAurora.
  19. There's also a some kind of problem with the quest list. It's like it doesn't get the values from the dialog.tlk, at least unless you swap the mode it is in. I'm not perfectly sure, didn't do very extensive testing. Oh, the right-click! Didn't think about that... I guess it may be written somewhere, but the colour scheme doesn't really help my reading abilities.
  20. What's the "door" walktype? Can it be used to set the parts of the walkmesh that are connected to another rooms?
  21. I think I found a bug. It shows the K1 planets, even while you are at TSL mode. Is there a way to set the quest's "end" state with the editor? I can do it in K-GFF just fine, but then again, it feels stupid to use another tool for that, if you do the rest with this one.
  22. Half a dozen cutscenes manuscripted, and now I realize I can't use them. That's smart.

      Because they don't fit anywhere! Some are simply too long, so they would be fine with some cutting, but the others, well...

  23. No, thank you. You made the mod, I just compared files. (It was fun, too. More fun than playing the game, actually. There must be something wrong with me.) Not really, it wouldn't have been much easier as you should still use ErfEdit and such, and it might cause some potential compatibility issues itself. I'd rather make a TSLPatcher to do the job, if I can get Newbiemodder's permission to include the needed files in it. Edited the guide a bit - nothing to change really, as I tested it and it should work, but some notices to add. (A note about the Korriban Expansion's installer, and some issues you should be aware of.)
  24. The animations look cool, at least. Try to think it's not really Revan, it helps. It's just another entity that believes it is Revan. Like The Swamp Thing. //Edit. Now that gave me a crazy idea. I need to meditate on this.
