AUTHOR: Sith Holocron ORIGINAL RELEASE: 21 AUG 2022 GAMES: Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 1 [This mod will not work in Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic 2 as intended. Instead, use this mod specifically made for KotOR2 instead.] Description: So . . . this is a part of another mod that I’ve had on my computer/s for some time but I hadn’t gotten around to putting out there to the public. Until now. This all started out with getting higher resolution icons for crystals in TSL. There are way more crystals in that game than in KotOR1. However, it seemed logical to narrow the focus of that mod by releasing a pared back version and release it as a KotOR1 stand alone version. That’s what you have here – a test run for a possible TSL version later on. I found source pictures of many crystals over the years and took care to try and match the color, crystal type and - when possible - the orientation of the crystal to match what you saw in vanilla. Yes, I included the Mantle of the Force and the Heart of the Guardian crystals. And yes . . . I included the Krayt Dragon Pearl. From the pictures you’ve (hopefully) seen on the download page, you’ll notice that some of the crystals appear to be duplicated. That’s how it is handled in the game and it wasn’t an error on my part. Installation: Drop the TGA files into your Override folder. If you are using this mod with other mods that include re-texturing of the crystal's icons, install this mod after them. Uninstall: Remove the TGA files from your Override folder. Legal Disclaimer: All materials and copyrights belong to LucasArts, Bioware and Obsidian Entertainment Inc. I own none of the materials, and I'm not making any money out of this mod. It is to be distributed as-is without alteration, unless by permission of me. This mod is not to be distributed for profit, either. I hereby state that I specifically do NOT wish this mod to be uploaded to Steam Workshop. Ever. I may release this on NexusMods at a later date but I don't wish others to do so. Usage in other mods must be requested AND approved by me before your use. Messages that request permission without providing information on how your alternate version would be different than mine should be considered an instant denial of permission. Special Thanks: Thanks to @EbonHawkStowaway999for archiving the smaller texture version of the mod so I can bring it to all of you. Thanks to YOU for giving this mod a chance! Won’t you leave textual feedback on the download page? (I like to know what I’ve done right , you see…)

I do not know what's causing your bug as the man in your screenshot is a generic head and not one of the heads from my mod. I'd say install Helena Shan Improvement one more time and load a save from before you enter the Cantina, that should overwrite the bugged generic appearance and restore her old appearance.

Lets see if we can get this sorted. First off, if files you are downloading are automatically opening, you can fix that in your web browser by disabling auto-open downloads. Next you need a tool to actually handle the zipped files. Since you are on windows 11 I would suggest NanaZip - its a continuation of 7zip that works a bit better with modern windows. You can download it from the windows store here, so you dont need to worry about install issues either : https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9N8G7TSCL18R?hl=en-us&gl=US Once you have this tool installed, you can now actually extract files. To do so RIGHT click on the files you downloaded. From here you will see a new option for NanaZip https://imgur.com/198mls3 After you download the zipped file, RIGHT click on it, hover over Nanazip and Select "Extract to "foldername\" https://imgur.com/fzX9UoX That should actually get the files extracted. Also, it looks like when you click on the files the system is trying to use the wrong program (Word) to open them. You can fix that by opening the start menu and searching "Default apps" then opening "Default apps" in the system settings. Inside the search box labeled "Enter a file type or link type" search for .7z then click on the entry. After that select Nanazip as the default program. You can do the same for .rar and .zip files as well so they open in a program that can read them. Let me know if this was helpful, and if you need anything let me know and I will try to assist.

Depends entirely on the quality. As long as it doesn't turn out to be some Kaevee-level monstrosity, or worse, it's worth a try.

The creator of that mod is Disbeliever. The hold up on that mod's release from what I've heard is scripting - pure and simple. If anyone wants even a chance of that mod being released, a modder with excellent scripting skills would have to assist him. He's had other offers before and when they didn't finish the job, the mod remained in development hell. To repeat: If anyone wants a chance of that mod to see the light of day, they'd have to put scripting of that mod over all other modding jobs and continue on with it until the job was done. I'm sorry to state it so baldly but those are the breaks, as it were.

Though if they do repair these walkmeshes, perhaps they'll later try to takle K2's Telos's Entertainment broken walkmeshes?
