After a week straight of no Wifi, I have got it back. It feels so good to be writing this out on a keyboard and not my Phone.
Btw, for those waiting, K1 Gameplay Improvement 1.21.0 has been released with some highly requested features.
Managed to get in touch with Inyri Forge about permission to use Female Mandalorians in LME, so I guess I'll work on updating that. Thanks Inyri Forge!
That's because probably at least 75% of issues ultimately boil down to a scripting problem or using a scripting resolution.
We'll consider it. We have made other similar changes in the past based on differences in a UTC. Added as issue #284.
K1CP is not a restoration mod. It's focus is on fixing bugs and other issues. Unlike TSL, K1 doesn't really need any restoration. Its cut content were almost all due to design decisions, not lack of time or money as was the problem in Obsidian's case. We prefer not to go against developer intent unless there is a good reason.
This mod brings detail to the next level! Add a more 3-D feel with aging and realistic skin! So like all my mods, I add some age to the character - wrinkles around the eyes, nose, forehead, laugh lines. I increased the sharpness in game and this make a huge difference. The hair looks a lot better than VANILLA... she differently looks older! (But not as old as that witch!) The reason for this is she was a Jedi so probably 20 years old if not older then roughly 10 years traveling around space puts this one at 30 or older. (I think older.) Oh yeah, let me say that this re texture and the modifications I made are a big step up from my two re-textures! If you're going to download a skin, please down this! I worked my butt off and I learned a lot of new things along the way. This is truly a PASSION project.
THIS IS A MANUAL INSTALL.
I also added a dark side transition but they are not as detailed as the base face if this gets downloaded enough, I'll add the aging to the dark side. Thank you for all the support and the downloads. I really hope you enjoy this skin. I'm personally doing a brand new play through.
Splicing is a way to expand the dialogue that's in the game. However it's limited to the skill of the splicer and what's available in the game. (We all know how awful some of my splices turned out.) It seems to me that DeepFake AI samples of dialogue may provide a decent workaround to those issues. Here's a Twitter account with a few examples of what I'm talking about.

Perhaps this fella (or someone else working on this technology) should be influenced to work on making sound sets for the major KotOR and TSL characters. I think Kreia is likely the best sound set to make as there are many lines that weren't voiced (i.e. some of the Trayus lines that only remain voiced by Atris' character) or they didn't have the versions for both genders. I'm sure there are quite a few other missing lines by other characters that I'm not thinking of right now as well.
What are your thoughts?
Edit: Here are some videos in case you have no access to Twitter for some reason.
Oh, good eye! I believe in the first 2 or 3 images it seems like I was using someone elses mod. Whoops! The hilt should be just the vanilla hilt once it's installed. I didn't modify anything to do with that hilt lol.
Interesting mod, lots of potential! Nice voice splicing, by the way. Most of the lines are super recognizable for those that played this game bazillion times, but they're still fun to hear.
Although this mod certainly adds to the replay value, at this stage I feel the Genoharadan faction is way too similar to the Exchange. They have the same base of operation and the storylines are directly linked. The new fight sequences and additional dialogues are nice but don't feel particularly refreshing.
Completely separating the Genoharadan storyline from the Exchange storyline and change its base of operation to another planet (something like Telos surface military base) could potentially boost replay value. I would suggest adding some motivation for the Exile to go after Genoharadan. Perhaps instead of the Exile being kidnapped, its one of his/her companion like Atton that's kidnapped. And despite Kreia's disapproval, the Exile decides to go after the kidnapper and is lured to another planet for a final confrontation.
