  2. Hi everyone, I’m looking for a small texture adaptation or a patch if anyone has a few minutes. I’m using: Real Cathar Head by miro42 (for the more feline head shape) Fens – Juhani (for the higher-quality face texture) The combination mostly works (RCH shape + Fens texture), but the nose and jaw look a bit off because the Fens texture was made for the original head proportions/UVs. Would anyone be willing to quickly adjust the Fens P_JuhaniH01.tga so it fits the Real Cathar Head mesh better (mainly the nose and lower face) or make a patch for it? I don’t need a full retexture, just a small warp/adjustment so it sits cleanly on the RCH head. Happy to provide the exact files if needed. Credit of course goes to the original authors (miro42 and Fenharel). Thanks in advance!

  4. View File Movie Style Effixians Extra Robes Upon finding Effixian's Extra JC's Jedi Robes mod, I instantly fell in love as I loved all the designs and it added new robes to Kotor, as this game was very much lacking in terms of unique robes unlike TSL, However I also loved the K1 Movie style Jedi Robes by N-DReW25, and wanted to use both mods ,but no patches existed to make the two mods compatible, so I pulled a Thanos and decided to do it myself which led me to making this mod. All these textures were made by me, with the help of other textures for the K2 movie style robes mod by Deadman. I hope you enjoy this mod. INSTALLATION: 1. you must install JC's Jedi robes mod by JCarter426 for this to work properly: 2. you have to install the K1 Movie style Master robes by N-DReW25: 3. then install Effixian's Extra Robes mod by Effix: 4. then finally drop the files for this mod into the Override folder, Replace any files if prompted. 5. That's odd. I have all of these but the Trask, Sneak, Dark Side Romance, NPC/PC HD mods, and it runs fine for me. My only issue is with the cutscenes not being scaled.
  6. Final Update: Reinstalled the whole modlist. Everything works fine so far. I'm about done with the second planet. Haven't seen problems any except for a whote square logo as the icon for the sneak attack itme or skill or whatever it was. I think Salk was right. My first install of the game somehow got corrupted or something.
  7. Holy crap. This should work with module reskinning, right? That would be amazingly useful because that is a freaking nightmare manually going through and replacing every one of those texture names by hand.

  9. I will look into making them compatible Thank you for telling me!
  10. After working through my mod list (which is essentially an edited version of Snigaroo's build), I have narrowed down some incompatibilities. The following mods cause the game to crash to desktop after character creation. The game loads fine with all of them installed together without this patch. If a save is made without widescreen, then reloaded after patching in widescreen, the game will run until it tries to load a new module, at which point it will crash during the loading screen. Trask Ulgo Without Tutorials High Quality Starfields and Nebulas NPC and PC HD Pack Dark Side Ending Cutscene Enhancement Dark Sacrifice Romance Enhancement Weapon Model Overhaul Juhani Real Cathar Head Thematic Companions Sentinel Sneak Attack Manaan Pazaak Tournament Considering my list consists of over 130 mods, only 10 incompatibilities is very good showing, yet baffling. I have no idea what commonality these mods have that causes the exact same crash. Some are loose files, others use patchers. Some edit modules, some tweak combat settings, some are just model or texture replacers. And I have several other mods installed that do those sorts of things without causing a crash. Several only make modifications to later areas (two only modifying the very last cutscene) and yet the game fails to load the intro. Incompatibilities aside though, this really is an exceptional enhancement on its own. Really appreciate the amount of work that went into this.
  11. I will look into it Thank you Will be fixed in the next update!
  12. View File KotOR Blender Texture Swap script Have you ever had a model where you need to replace the textures for WAY to many meshes? This automates that process turning a tedious couple hours into a quick and easy process. No need to convert to .ascii and batch files, this python script allows you to work and achieve your goal right within KotOR Blender! This Script is meant to replace texture names in the KotOR Model Node ->Mesh -> Main Texture textbox in KBlender. To USE 1)In Blender switch to the scripting- text editor (shift+f11) 2)Create a new Text Data Block (ALT N) 2)Paste the script 3)On lines 10 and 11 replace "blue" (make sure to replace "blue" on BOTH lines) with your original texture name AND replace "green" with the new texture. -You can replace just part i.e. bladeblue will become bladegreen, OR specify the whole name (replace "blue" with "bladeblue" and "green" with "testgreen" and blueblade will become testgreen. 4) Run script by pressing play button at top of scripting window or (Alt P) 5) To confirm changes at top of blender select Window -> Toggle Console. 14. epic work , looking forward to pfhc01 one day!
  15. I'm working on getting some textures animated correctly on the Switch version of Kotor and Kotor 2. I've figured out that although the texture files are the exact same as the PC version, for whatever reason the animation doesn't work, and it has something to do with the .txi files and mipmaps. Take fx_tex_stealth for example. This is the full .txi file for that texture: proceduretype cycle numx 2 numy 2 fps 8 blending additive decal 1 mipmap 0 downsamplemax 0 downsamplemin 0 I made this short video to show the behavior on the Switch (I used an emulator to record but I have verified that it is the exact same behavior on actual Switch hardware). With the default texture there is simply no animation. Removing the 'mipmap' line, or setting mipmap to any number above 0 gets the animation shown on the right in the video. The texture is correctly animated, but it stops when you get close enough. (When I recompress the texture to .tpc I have to change numx to 1 and numy to 4, but that's kinda unrelated). So its got to be something about the highest quality mipmap not being able to cycle through the texture for whatever reason. I thought this might be a limitation on the size of the texture so I halved it but it still has the same behavior. I've tried messing with the downsamplemin and max parameters but it didn't make a difference. Any .txi experts out there that have seen something like this before? Is there a way to force the texture to always render at the second highest quality mipmap or something? I'd appreciate any advice. Thanks to JC and J for the initial help on the discord.
  16. Updated the model and texture. Added polygons and mesh decoration. Removed some imperfections.
  17. My cinematics aren't playing scaled to my monitor but other than that, this is such a great mod!
  18. For reasons beyond me, this mod seems to be incompatible with Trask Ulgo Without Tutorials by Leilukin, and the now-depreciated Tutorial Remover by darthbdaman. Having either of them installed causes the game to crash while trying to load the Endar Spire after character creation. Strangely, darthbdaman's Jedi From the Start does not have this issue.
  19. In KOTOR Tool, you can open the 2DA editor (click on the 2da button) and then open any 2DA file. I would personally not recommend enabling the setting to look in the game's Override folder for 2DA files. It makes it harder to tell if you are working with the original or edited files.
  20. Did you ever find a solution?
  21. In KOTOR Tool you need to go to Tools/options/other and look at the bottom there is a box that says "Look in game's override folder for 2DA files" check that box. In Holocron I think it is Tools/filesearch then make sure the boxes are checked for Override and 2DA but I am pretty sure you can just use file -> open and select your override and open the 2da. (It's been a while since I last configured Holocron so memory is fuzzy)

  23. View File Qel Droma Movie Style Jedi Robes retexture mod similar to my Red-Brown-Blue retexture for K1 Movie-Style Jedi Master Robes by N-DReW25, this mod changes the look of the Qel Droma Robes for Kotor 1 utilizing Effixian's Qel-Droma Robes Reskin for JC's Cloaked Jedi Robes 1.0.2. INSTALLATION 1. you must install JC's Cloaked Jedi Robes for everything to work properly: 2. install the same Qel Droma robes mod by Effixian: 3. then install the Movie Style Master Robes mod by N-DReW25: and finally you can then install this mod to Properly install this mod, delete all mods with the names starting with PFBI05 and PMBI05 in the Master Robes mod folder because they are in tpc format and this mod is in .tga format meaning it won't work while the .tpc files are in you're override folder. Hope you enjoy this mod -Sebastian The Blue Bird. Submitter SebastianTheBlueBird Submitted 09/06/2026 Category Mods K1R Compatible Yes
  24. View File Red-Brown-Blue retexture for K1 Movie-Style Jedi Master Robes 1.1.0 I make my deadly stream debut with this retexture. As soon as I saw the K1 Movie-Style Jedi Master Robes by N-DReW25 I fell in love because a mod I loved in TSL was finally put into K1. Download it here: However recently I had the thought of "what if I made the robes to look like the Red Brown and Blue robes from JC's Fashion Line I: Cloaked Jedi Robes for K1 1.4 which you can also download here if you want that mod instead: it turned out to be quite successful. I used the white and black robes from the OG movie style robes mod by DeadMan and made new textures from the red blue and qel Droma Robes which I will upload separately Initially I made it just for myself but I decided to share it on Deadly Stream for others to enjoy, I hope you like my first mod. INSTALLATION: Step 1: you must install the original mod by N-DReW25 for this mod to work properly which also requires JC's Jedi robes mod I have left the links for both mods above the installation. Step 2: to install this retexture, first you must look through the names of all files from this mod, then delete all .tpc files with the same name as all files in this mods folder as this mod's files are in .tga format and tpc files appear first in Kotor, meaning if you just put this mods files in the Override, the mod would not work because the .tpc files are still in the Override folder (I would have just made the mod files .tpc files but this is my first mod and I don't know how to do that im a complete noob) Once you have put the retexture files in the override and deleted the .tpc files with the same name you are good to go enjoy my first mod and let me know if you come across any bugs. -Sebastian the Blue Bird Submitter SebastianTheBlueBird Submitted 09/06/2026 Category Mods K1R Compatible Yes
  25. View File K1 High FPS Fixes K1 High FPS Fixes Fixes several problems in Knights of the Old Republic that appear when playing above 60 FPS. Included fixes: Dialogue letterbox timing Post-combat movement freeze Free-look mouse sensitivity Animated textures such as rivers, waterfalls, and flashing mines Lightsaber trails Tree leaves and similar moving effects Water ripples and force fields Should make the animations and timings feel as close as possible to their speed when played at 60fps. No longer do you need to lock your frame rate to enjoy the game. Tested up to 240 FPS. But should work at even higher fps though let me know if any issues arise. Requirements: Kotor Patch Manager 0.6.3 KOTOR 1.03 If your swkotor.exe has already been modified by widescreen, 4 GB patch, or other executable patches, I have an experimental adapter available on Github. It's also compatible with other kpatches. Also let me know if any issues happen with the adapter. Do not install the standalone versions of these fixes alongside this combined version, such as J's post combat fix or my individual fixes on my GitHub or previous deadlystream post. 26. This thread shouldn't have been resurrected from the dead in the first place, definitely not in the method it was, and besides that J has already provided a fix. There's no need for this continued back-and-forth from either side, but with that said to make it utterly clear RonRhea, you are the side which is more in the wrong. You (or, more accurately, your LLM which you quite possibly did not even check the output of before posting) made haughty demands of volunteers and then attempted to dictate the terms at which others could engage with a thread which is not even your own, and which you would not have the right to set the terms of engagement for even if it were yours. Use J's fix or don't, but the topic is closed.
